Abstract

Abstract. The main purpose of regional autonomy implementation is to improve public services and to develop the regional economy in Indonesia. Due to limited resources, local government should be able to allocate the earning income for productive output. However, in fact, the local government tends to allocate the income for Operating Expenditures. This research aims to analyze the effects of Regional Real Income, General Allocation Fund, and Special Allocation Fund to the Capital Expenditure. This is a quantitative research. The data used in this study research were APBD budget District and City in North Sulawesi Province from 2011 to 2015. The analysis method applied in this study research was multiple regression analysis and supported by SPSS Version 23. The result shows that Regional Real Income and the Special Allocation Fund influence positively and significantly Capital Expenditures. On the other hand, the General Allocation Fund does not affect Capital Expenditure. Keywords: Regional Real Income, General Allocation Fund, Special Allocation Fund, Capital Expenditure. Abstrak. Tujuan utama pelaksanaan otonomi daerah adalah untuk meningkatkan pelayanan publik (public service) dan memajukan perekonomian daerah di Indonesia. Dengan sumber daya yang terbatas, Pemerintah Daerah harus dapat mengalokasikan penerimaan yang diperoleh untuk belanja daerah yang bersifat produktif. Namun faktanya Pemerintah Daerah cenderung mengalokasikan pendapatan untuk keperluan belanja operasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Pendapatan Asli Daerah, Dana Alokasi Umum, dan Dana Alokasi Khusus terhadap Belanja Modal. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif. Adapun data yang digunakan adalah data APBD Kabupaten dan Kota di Provinsi Sulawesi Utara Tahun 2011 sampai 2015. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi berganda dengan menggunakan bantuan aplikasi SPSS versi 23. Hasil penelitian menunjukan Pendapatan Asli Daerah, dan Dana Alokasi Khusus berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap belanja modal. Sedangkan Dana Alokasi Umum tidak berpengaruh terhadap Belanja Modal. Kata Kunci : Pendapatan Asli Daerah, Dana Alokasi Umum, Dana Alokasi Khusus, Belanja Modal.

Abstract

Abstrak :Pelayanan yang diberikan oleh Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Puncak Provinsi Papua sangat dipengaruhi oleh keberadaan dari sumber daya manusia atau pegawai-pegawai yang ada di dalam Dinas tersebut. Gambaran terhadap aktivitas pegawai yang terjadi, atau fenomena yang terjadi saat ini antara lain: tugas rutin di kantor agak terbengkalai karena sesudah absensi pagi para pegawai tidak kelihatan lagi di kantor, dan akan kembali muncul di kantor pada sore hari jam pulang kantor. Begitu juga masih kurangnya motivasi para pegawai dalam melaksanakan pekerjaan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh pegawai sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Puncak yang berjumlah 34 karyawan dan sampel diambil dari seluruh populasi. Penelitian ini mengunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik analisis menggunakan Teknik Analisis Jalur dengan menggunakan SPSS 22.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi dan budaya organisasi, kepuasan kerja signifikan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja sedangkan gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja sehingga faktor kepuasan kerja pegawai sangat diperhitungkan.Kata Kunci : Lingkungan Kerja, Motivasi, Pelatihan, Kompensasi, Kinerja Pegawai

Abstract

Abstract:  Such  as  the  implementation  of  the strategy  at  CV  dr  BL  Skincare  that  is  not  in  accordance  with  existing  work  standards  or  standard  operational procedure  (SOP).  This  research  aims  to  identify  how  the  employee  retention  strategy  at  CV  dr  BL  Skincare Bekasi,  in  West  Java.  Type  of  this  research  approach  is  descriptive  with  qualitative  method  is  applied  in  this research  since  there  will  be  observation  and  in-depth  interview  needed  as  a  tool  to  gather  data  and  analysis.  The sample  used  saturated  sampling   method  and  only  will  be  used  in  a  small  population  such  as  employees  and  dr. Between  Lutam  as  the  owner  at   CV  dr  BL  Skincare,  which  is  there  are  7  informants  in  this  research  in-depth interview.  There  are  five  indicator  will  be  used  in  in-depth  interview  there  are;  Nature  of  Work,  Remuneration, Flexible  Working  Hour,  Team  Relationship,  and  Job  Security.  The  result  employees  at  CV  dr  BL  Skincare  think that  employee  retention  strategy  in  indicator  remuneration  is  important  there  must  be  change.  The  strategy  that being  used  situational  salary  at  least  up  even  if  it  does  not  follow  UMP  Bekasi  West  Java.  From  the  result  the researcher  suggests  are  made  the  employees  are  not  satisfied  with  their  remuneration  provided  by  the  organization.Keywords: human  resources,  employee  retention  strategy

Abstract

Abstrak : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis signifikansi pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan Transaksional dan Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional terhadap Komitmen Organisasi dan Organizational Citizenship Behaviour pada pegawai Kantor Sekretariat Dewan Kabupataen Siau-Tagulandang-Baro. Jenis penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif.Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh pegawai di Kantor Kantor Sekretariat Dewan Kabupataen Siau-Tagulandang-Baro, dengan teknik sampling adalah sampling jenuh. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur.Berdasarkan hasil analisis data maka penelitian ini diperoleh hasil bahwa pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan. Transaksional terhadap Komitmen Organisasi secara parsial adalah tidak signifikan. Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional terhadap Komitmen Organisasi secara parsial adalah signifikan.Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan Transaksional terhadap Organisational Citizenship Behaviour secara parsial adalah signifikan. Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional terhadap Organisational Citizenship Behaviour secara parsial adalah tidak signifikan. Pengaruh Komitmen Organisasi terhadap Organisational Citizenship Behaviour secara parsial adalah signifikan. Kata Kunci : Gaya Kepemimpinan, Komitmen    Organisasi, Organizational Citizenship Behaviour

Abstract

Abstract: Knowing the importance of the existence of their employees, Bank Mandiri is concerned about their employees’ work-life balance and organizational commitment. This research is conducted with the purpose of knowing the work-life balance and organizational commitment at Bank Mandiri Manado. This research is a qualitative research that utilize data gathered from semi-structured interviews with 16 informants from Bank Mandiri Manado. The informants are selected by using purposive sampling. From the result of interview analysis, it is found that 12 out of 16  informants are having a healthy work-life balance in terms of involvement balance, and all of the informants are committed to Bank Mandiri in terms of continuance commitment. In order to help the employees balancing their work and life, Bank Mandiri should consider to provide on-site child care in Bank Mandiri Manado, and also should consider to implement culture-change strategy such as training for the managers to help the employees to manage work-life conflicts. To increase the employees’ organizational commitment, Bank Mandiri should consider to increase the salary and improve the benefits offered to the employees.Keywords: work-life balance, organizational commitment, bank mandiri, qualitative study.

Abstract

Abstract: The research objective are: to analyze various factors that motivates young women to become entrepreneur in North Sulawesi. This research type is causal uses quantitative type of research. This study is conducted in Faculty of Economics and Business Sam Ratulangi University at Manado. This research was held at 2018. This research use university students as respondents. Sample of this research are 60 respondents. Data analysis using validity and reliability test and regression analysis and hypothesis test. This research finding are: based on the results of hypothesis testing in particular the model of the research found that the research model consisting of: need for achievement, need for affiliation, need for autonomy, and need for domination simultaniouslly and partiallya has a positive and significant influence on motivation to become woman entrepreneur. Suggestions are: for women who are interested in becoming entrepreneurs, they must pay attention to various things that can motivate themselves to become entrepreneurs, including need for achievement, need for autonomy, need for autonomy and need for need for domination; the government and related parties in encouraging gender-based entrepreneurs or women to become new entrepreneurs must pay attention to the findings of this research where it is necessary to encourage motivation to become entrepreneurs among women, namely need for achievement, need for affiliation, need for autonomy and need for need for domination. Abstract

Abstract: The right to have an adequate level of life, health, and welfare of people is a part of human right and recognized by all nations in the world, including Indonesia. The problem is that not all citizens of Indonesia can afford health care services. On December 31, 2013 the government established BPJS as the administrator of the National Health insurance of Indonesia called JKN (Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional). JKN helps the citizens, but as for the Hospitals, there are so many changes that exhibit and they need to change their payment system from fee for service to INACBG’s. With INACBG the Hospitals will Receive the payment after they make monthly claim. Currently, BPJS is experiencing deficit, and this is effecting the claim process.  The purpose of this study is to make a comparison of service quality of the hospitals before and after the implementation of JKN. Using Wilcoxon signed rank test and descriptive analysis. It is found that there is no significant difference of the service quality of Hospitals before and after the implementation of JKN and the users want to use JKN again for financial ease. In order to make JKN a successfull program, the government need to make sure that all of the parties within the cycle of JKN need to work together. Keyword: bpjs, jkn, health care, service quality.

Abstract

Abstrak:. Untuk meningkatkan produktivitas karyawan dalam suatu organisasi, mereka harus menerapkan disiplin karyawan. Selain itu, kondisi kerja, juga merupakan faktor pendukung peningkatan produktivitas seorang karyawan. Dengan hal tersebut, karyawan diharapkan bertanggung jawab dalam pekerjaan tertentu karena karyawan diberi pendidikan dan pelatihan, disamping juga diharapkan dapat mencapai target perusahaan. Kualitas pelatihan dan kondisi kerja adalah hak setiap karyawan dan juga kewajiban bagi perusahaan untuk mendkung kontribusi karyawannya untuk mencapai beberapa tujuan tertentu. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kausal yang menggunakan data primer untuk diperoleh melalui kuesioner dan menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis Dampak Pelatihan dan Kondisi Kerja terhadap Produktifitas Karyawan (Studi Kasus PT. Carshen Jaya Anugrah Manado). Populasi mengamati semua karyawan di PT. Carshen Jaya Anugrah, sehingga sampel penelitian ini sama dengan populasi, yaitu 50 responden. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Kondisi Pelatihan dan Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Produktifitas Karyawan.Kata kunci: pelatihan, kondisi lingkungan kerja, produktivitas karyawan

Abstract

Abstract: Customer satisfaction is the feeling of pleasure or disappointment incurred for comparing the performance of the products with the desire to be expected. If the performance of the product is lower as expected, then the customer will feel disappointed. It is important for a company to meet customer satisfaction. The aims of this study are to analyze the effects of customer experience and brand image on customer satisfaction withdrawing taking fast food restaurant KFC Manado Town Square as its case study. This research is causal type of research which uses primary data obtained through questionnaires and uses Multiple Regression Analysis. The population observed is people in Manado who have experienced  bought the product and experience the facilities at the KFC Manado Town Square with 100 respondents as the sample size. The result of this study shows that customer experience and brand image have significant effects on customer satisfaction. It is important to provide good experience to customer in order to meet customer expectation. Consistent food quality, service quality and atmospheric quality increase customer satisfaction. KFC also has to keep building and maintaining the value of reputation of brand name. Keywords: fast food, customer experience, brand image, customer satisfaction

Abstract: Branding is very influential in the eyes of consumers and in general, brand can build consumer perception. Good branding also will encourage consumers to buy a product. If the consumers already feel the benefits of the product, they will support it by helping suggest those particular products to their relatives to experience it as well.The purpose of this research to analyze the effect of brand function on consumer response to Colorbox Brand that has been measured through guarantee, personal identification, social identification and status and to identify dimension of brand function that the most effect on consumer response to Colorbox Brand.This research uses causal type with a quantitative approach. The population of this study is the people who buy and use Colorbox brand products. The sample of this research is 100 respondents with data obtained through questionnaires.The finding of this research shows that guarantee and status are significantly effects consumer response to Colorbox brand. The contrary, personal identification and social identification is insignificantly effects consumer response. As the recommendation, the Colorbox companies have to maintain and improve the quality of the brand so that the company will receive positive response and will generate consumer royalty to the brand.Keywords: brand, brand association, consumer response
