Abstract

The aim of this community service is to increase learning motivation, insight into thinking and the obligation to study at the tertiary level for students and students at Cepu Islamic Middle School, Central Java. The method of community service is seminars and discussions. The population in this community service activity is 100 people, all of whom are students of Cepu Islamic Middle School, Central Java. The result of this community service is that all participants understand and apply all the material and discussions that occur during the event so that the goals of this service are achieved.

Abstract

The aim of this community service is to increase learning motivation, competence and insight into thinking at the tertiary level for the students of the Al-Mutakabbir Foundation, Bogor Regency. The method of community service is seminars and discussions. The population in this community service activity is 50 people, all of whom are students from the Al-Mutakabbir Foundation, Bogor Regency. Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of capital intensity, inventory intensity and debt levels on Effective Tax Rates. Empirical Studies of Non-Consumer Cycle Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2021 period. The theory used in this research is agency theory. population in this case study were 114 non-consumer cycle companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange Exchange. The sampling technique in this study was purposive sampling. So that a sample of 24 companies was obtained. The type of data used is secondary. The analysis technique used is panel data regression analysis with the help of the Eviews 12 program where the classical assumptions were testedfirst before testing the hypothesis using the t-test, f-test and coefficients determination.

Abstract

Improving lecturer performance is essential for ensuring the quality of higher education, particularly in responding to the growing demands of academic excellence and institutional accountability. This research aims to examine the influence of two critical factors competence and work discipline on lecturer performance. Specifically, the objectives are: (1) to determine the influence of competence on lecturer performance, (2) to determine the influence of work discipline on lecturer performance, and (3) to determine the simultaneous effect of competence and work discipline on lecturer performance. This study employs a quantitative approach and is classified as associative research. The research was conducted in the Accounting Study Program at Pamulang University. The population consisted of 145 lecturers, and the sample was selected using convenience sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using data quality testing, classical assumption testing, regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results indicate that both competence and work discipline significantly affect lecturer performance, both individually and simultaneously. Competence contributes to lecturers' ability to perform academic tasks effectively, while work discipline improves consistency and responsibility. The combined influence of both factors shows a stronger positive impact on performance. These findings highlight the importance for higher education institutions to enhance lecturer competence through training and foster a disciplined academic environment.

Abstract

The aims of this research are (1) to determine the effect of service quality on student learning motivation, (2) to determine the effect of the campus environment on student learning motivation, and (3) to determine the effect of service quality and the campus environment simultaneously on student learning motivation. This research is research that uses a quantitative approach. Furthermore, this research is a type of associative research. The data collection technique is in the form of a questionnaire. The data analysis methods in this research are data quality testing, classical assumption testing, regression testing and hypothesis testing. The results of this research are as follows: (1) there is an influence of service quality on student learning motivation, (2) there is an influence of the campus environment on student learning motivation, (3) there is a simultaneous influence of service quality and campus environment on student learning motivation.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah (1) Untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan pengaruh penggunaan aplikasi Eviews terhadap sikap belajar, (2) Untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan penggunaan aplikasi Eviews terhadap kemampuan pemecahan masalah statistik. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian yang menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Lebih lanjut, penelitian ini merupakan penelitian asosiatif. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa tes dan angket. Metode analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah uji kualitas data, uji asumsi klasik, uji regresi dan uji hipotesis. Hasil dalam penelitian ini sebagai berikut:. (1) terdapat pengaruh penggunaan aplikasi Eviews terdahap sikap belajar, (2) terdapat pengaruh penggunaan aplikasi Eviews terhadap kemampuan pemecahan masalah statistik.
