Abstract

Jumlah penduduk yang tidak terkontrol merupakan tantangan bagi suatu negara khususnya negara berkembang. Berdasarkan hasil Sensus Penduduk 2020, jumlah penduduk Indonesia mencapai 270,2 juta jiwa. Melalui program Keluarga Berencana (KB), pemerintah menginginkan pemerataan dalam menekan laju pertumbuhan penduduk di seluruh Indonesia. Salah satu kendala suksesnya program ini adalah unmet need, yaitu kebutuhan untuk ber-KB yang tidak dapat terpenuhi. Hal tersebut tentu beresiko menyebabkan kehamilan yang tidak diinginkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat determinan unmet need pada wanita usia subur menikah menggunakan metode Regresi Logistik Biner. Data yang digunakan bersumber dari Survei Demografi dan Kesehatan Indonesia tahun 2017 dan memfokuskan penelitian pada kawasan Indonesia timur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pulau tempat tinggal, umur, jumlah anak, pendidikan suami, dan status bekerja wanita signifikan berpengaruh pada kejadian unmet need.

Abstract

This study aims is to determine the results of the development of interactive multimedia-based anecdotal text learning modules by students State of Vocational High School 1 of Batang Toru. The module developed is in the form of a digital module. This type of research is development research based on the 4-D development model. With the subject of the trial consisting of design experts, material experts, Indonesian language teachers, and class X students of State of Vocational High School 1 Batang Toru. The results showed that (1) the validation of the material experts included the content eligibility is 88.0% in the good category, the feasibility of presenting is 93.7% learning module Very good category, Interactive Mutimedia aspects is 95.8% very good category, language assessment aspects 92, 5% category is very good, and aspects of project based learning is 83.3% Good category (2) validation of design experts includes initial design is 89.2% with good category, content design is 83.9% good category, digital module typography is 83.3 category good, and 87.5% illustration in good category. (3) limited trials obtained a score is 82.79% with good criteria. (4) Expanded trials obtained a score is 80.04% in the good category. The difference obtained was 13 from before and after using a digital module. This research has implications, namely the module developed will contribute to the practice , especially in the implementation of the learning process for teachers as additional teaching materials to provide convenience to the material being taught can be independent or classical.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Professional Fee Audit, Audit Delay on Audit Quality with the Audit Committee as a moderator of the LQ45 index companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2021. The population in this study is the LQ45 index companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018. 2018-2021, the sampling technique uses the purposive sampling method and produces 32 companies. Data analysis used logistic regression test using the Eviews 9 application. The results showed that Professional Audit Fee, Audit Delay had a simultaneous effect on Audit Quality. Against the partial test Professional Fee Audit has no effect on Audit Quality, Audit Delay has an effect on Audit Quality, the Audit Committee is not able to moderate the influence of Professional Audit Fee on Audit Quality while the Audit Committee is able to moderate the effect of Audit Delay on Audit Quality

Abstract

The aims of this study are (1) to determine the effect of lecturer competence on student satisfaction, (2) to determine the effect of the campus environment on student satisfaction, and (3) to determine the effect of lecturer competence and the campus environment together on student satisfaction. This research is a research that uses a quantitative approach. Furthermore, this research is a type of associative research. The data collection technique is in the form of a questionnaire. The data analysis methods in this study are data quality test, classical assumption test, regression test and hypothesis testing. The results in this study are as follows: (1) there is an influence of lecturer competence on student satisfaction, (2) there is an influence of academic services on student satisfaction, (3) there is an effect of lecturer competence and campus environment simultaneously on student satisfaction.

Abstract

One element of education is teaching in schools, and many current educational problems arise from these elements, starting from the curriculum, the way lessons are delivered, to the condition and quality of teaching teachers. Even though there are many theories about teaching, these methods always experience obstacles in practice. One of them is student boredom in learning because learning methods and learning places tend to bore students. Educational technology seeks to solve and/or facilitate the solving of lifelong human learning problems, where, when, how, and by anyone. Learning problems can be found at home, at school, in places of worship, at work, and in society. By developing one of the principles of educational technology "learning can be anywhere", teachers in the classroom and parents at home can use any means.

Abstract

In the world of Islamic education, morality and fiqh are two important pillars that shape the personality and social life of a Muslim. Understanding of normative fiqh is sometimes perceived as rigid or less in accordance with the ever-changing social dynamics. Therefore, it is important to conduct an in-depth analysis of morality and fiqh material so that the material taught is not only theoretical, but also contextual and applicable. This analysis is expected to provide an overview of how morality and fiqh material can be taught more electively, and how to connect the two materials in forming a ballistic Muslim character. This study discusses the concept of morality in Islam with a focus on the perspective of fiqh. The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between morality and fiqh in the Qur'an and Hadith. The research method uses content analysis and literature study. The results of the study show that morality has an important role in shaping Muslim behavior. Conclusion, morality and fiqh have a close connection in Islam.

Abstract

Implanting teachings and values in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) since elementary school age is an important foundation in shaping students who have strong faith, commendable morals, and a sense of responsibility. The presence ofthe Merdeka Curriculum as a new learning system provides freedom for educators to develop moral and spiritual aspects through student -centered approaches and based on real life contexts. This study aims to evaluate the extent to which PAI values can be integrated optimally in the implementation of an independent curriculum at the elementary scl level, as well as examining the opportunities and obstacles that accompany it. This study uses a literature study method with a descriptive-qualitative approach, utilizing references from various academic publications, curriculum policies, and educational implementation reports. The findings show that the independent curriculum provides great potential for strengthening religious values, such as through the integration of Pancasila student profiles, freedom to design learning, as well as the implementation of value-oriented projects. However, a number of obstacles also emerged, including the limitations of teacher understanding of the value integration model, the disparity of learning facilities, and the need for sustainable training for educators. Therefore, the synergy between various parties, especially schools, teachers, parents, and government is the key in ensuring PAI's values are truly manifested in the educational process, not only theoretical. This study is expected to be a conceptual contribution in designing contextual religious education and in harmony with today's national curriculum policy.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Auditor Change, Public Accounting Firm Reputation, and Audit Committee on Audit Delay. The independent variables in this study are Auditor Change, measured by a dummy variable, Auditor Firm Reputation, measured by a dummy variable, and Audit Committee, measured by the number of Audit Committee members within a company. The dependent variable in this study is audit delay, measured by a dummy variable. This is a quantitative study using secondary data. The population in this study were manufacturing companies in the machinery industry listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2019-2023. Purposive sampling was used, resulting in a sample of 31 companies. The analysis technique used Logistic Regression Analysis. This study employed descriptive statistical data analysis. The results of this study indicate that Auditor Change has no effect on Audit Delay, Public Accounting Firm Reputation does, and Audit Committee has no significant effect on Audit Delay.

Abstract

Employee performance is a crucial factor in determining the effectiveness of public organizational functions. This study aims to analyze the influence of transformational leadership style and organizational culture on employee performance within the Secretariat of the Regional House of Representatives (DPRD) of East Kalimantan Province. This research employs a quantitative approach using a survey method, with respondents selected through simple random sampling from the total employee population. The sample consisted of 144 respondents. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS version 29, in order to examine the partial and simultaneous effects of the independent variables on the dependent variable. The results indicate that both transformational leadership style and organizational culture have a positive and significant impact on employee performance, both individually and simultaneously. These findings highlight the importance of leaders who are capable of inspiring their teams, as well as the implementation of a strong organizational culture in fostering a professional and productive work environment that aligns with the institution’s goals.

Abstract

The use of gadgets among elementary school children has significantly increased, bringing both positive and negative impacts. While gadgets can serve as effective learning tools through educational applications and digital literacy, excessive use may lead to problems such as reduced social interaction, decreased learning concentration, and eye health risks. This study aims to provide education to students of SD Inpres 6/75 Libureng regarding the impacts of gadget use and to foster awareness of its wise utilization. The research employed an educational approach through counseling, interactive discussions, and Q&A sessions with 40 fifth- and sixth-grade students as research subjects. The findings revealed that prior to the educational program, most students primarily used gadgets for entertainment, such as playing games (45%) and watching videos (35%), while learning-related use was relatively low (15%). After the educational intervention, a significant improvement was observed in students’ understanding: the high-level understanding category increased from 15% to 45%, while the low category decreased from 50% to 15%. These results demonstrate that educational approaches are effective in enhancing children’s digital literacy from an early age. Thus, this study contributes to raising awareness of the importance of parental supervision and teacher guidance to ensure that gadget use supports children’s learning and overall development.
