Abstract

Abstract. This study aimed to analyze the influence of leadership and organizational culture onperformance of educators at the Islamic University of Bandung. This study uses a quantitative methodwith descriptive analysis and verification. Data was collected by questionnaires. The sample in thisstudy 130 respondents. Analysis of the data used is path analysis. The results showed transformationalleadership and work environment at the X University included in the excellent category that influencemotivation education personnel in order to improve the quality of service and the impact that is good forthe performance of educators at the X University

Abstract

MSME business owners face various obstacles: sales reductions, difficulty obtaining raw materials, limited distribution, finance difficulties, and production delays. The action research approach is used in this study. Participants in social situations participate in collective inquiry and self-reflection to improve the rationality and justice of their own social or educational activities and their understanding of these practices and the conditions under which they take place. This community service project has three parts: training, mentoring, and evaluation. The training activities took place on Saturday, September 18, 2021, at the Karyawangi Village Hall in Parongpong District, while the mentoring and assessment took place on Sunday, September 26, 2021, at the home of Mrs. Ani, an SME owner who participates in community service activities. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine Entrepreneurship Competency variables and Innovation variables that affect MSME Performance with Knowledge Management as a mediating variable. Entrepreneurship Competence latent variable (X1) (Strategic Competencies, Opportunity Competencies Relationship competencies, Conceptual Competencies, Organizing Competencies, Commitment Competencies, and Innovation (Innovation in Process, Innovation in Structure, Innovation in Culture, Innovation in HR) contributes an influence of 0.748 or 74.8% on MSME performance (Y2) mediated by knowledge management (Y1) while the remaining 25.2% is the influence of other factors that are not observed Knowledge management is a mediating variable while the dependent variable is MSME performance The sample method used used was a purposive sample with a sample size of 200 MSME owners.This study used the Equation Model Structural equation model with the help of Smart PLS 3. This research method is quantitative, namely conducting a primary data search with the research object of MSME owners registered at PT. LEN's UKM Fostering. Based on the results of the research partially the variables that have a significant effect are Entrepreneurship Competence, Innovation and Knowledge Management while Entrepreneurship Competence and Innovation on the performance of Culinary MSMEs in Bandung City which are mediated by Knowledge Management do not have a significant effect and give an effect with the nature of mediation which weakens, and reduces Entrepreneurship competence and Innovation.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the influence of emotional and spiritual intelligence on lecturer performance, with organisational citizenship behaviour (OCB) acting as a mediating variable. The research focuses on lecturers at private universities in Bandung City, where performance is critical to institutional success in a competitive educational landscape. The study employs a quantitative explanatory survey design, utilising data from 371 respondents, all permanent lecturers at private universities in Bandung. Data was collected through structured questionnaires and analysed using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) via the AMOS application. This model allowed for the measurement of both direct and indirect effects of emotional and spiritual intelligence on performance, with OCB as the mediator. The results show that both emotional and spiritual intelligence have significant direct and indirect effects on lecturer performance. Emotional intelligence directly improves performance and also contributes to increased OCB, which further enhances performance. Similarly, spiritual intelligence is a strong predictor of lecturer performance, and its positive impact is amplified through the mediating role of OCB. The study highlights the importance of emotional and spiritual dimensions in fostering positive citizenship behaviours, which, in turn, enhance lecturer effectiveness and institutional success. The findings suggest that educational institutions should prioritise the development of emotional and spiritual intelligence alongside technical skills in lecturer training programmes. By fostering a supportive work environment through OCB, institutions can improve lecturer performance and, ultimately, the quality of education provided to students. This study provides a comprehensive model integrating emotional intelligence, spiritual intelligence, OCB, and performance in the context of higher education, offering valuable insights into the role of personal and organisational factors in lecturer effectiveness.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of the physical work environment on employee job satisfaction at the Rahayu Batujajar mas shop. The research instruments used have passed validity and reliability tests. Data collection was carried out through interviews and questionnaires with employee respondents. Participation in this research involved 80 respondents using data collection techniques field research with simple random sampling. Data analysis uses a quantitative descriptive approach, validity testing, reliability testing and simple linear regression with the help of software statistik diprogram of social science (SPSS) version 27. These two hypotheses were strengthened by a one-party test of acceptance and rejection between the physical work environment on employee job satisfaction. These results indicate that the physical work environment has a positive effect on employee job satisfaction. The findings of this research can provide benefits for companies and management as consideration in making decisions regarding the physical work environment and job satisfaction.

Abstract

Kinerja guru memegang peranan penting dalam menentukan keberhasilan proses pendidikan, terutama di tingkat sekolah dasar. Guru PNS di lingkungan sekolah negeri sering kali menghadapi tantangan yang beragam, baik dari aspek motivasi internal maupun kondisi lingkungan kerja. Motivasi kerja yang kuat dapat mendorong seorang guru untuk terus berinovasi dan memberikan pembelajaran yang lebih efektif, sementara lingkungan kerja yang kondusif mampu mendukung suasana yang produktif dan kolaboratif. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini berusaha menggali lebih dalam bagaimana motivasi kerja dan lingkungan kerja mempengaruhi kinerja guru PNS di SD Negeri Desa Cijagang. Melalui pendekatan kuantitatif, penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan gambaran yang lebih jelas mengenai hubungan antara kedua faktor tersebut dan implikasinya terhadap peningkatan kinerja guru di lapangan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik survei, di mana data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada sejumlah guru PNS di SD Negeri Desa Cijagang. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan teknik regresi linier berganda untuk menguji pengaruh variabel independen (motivasi kerja dan lingkungan kerja) terhadap variabel dependen (kinerja guru). Hasil dari uji hipotesis motivasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja menunjukkan 0,000< 0,05. Sehingga Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima, motivasi kerja dan lingkungan kerja secara signifikan berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja guru. Dengan demikian, manajemen sekolah diharapkan mampu menyediakan fasilitas yang memadai serta merancang program-program yang dapat memotivasi guru agar kinerja mereka semakin optimal.

Abstract

Data shows that job satisfaction among couriers is declining, which suggests that technological and scientific advances require high-quality talent. Factors affecting job satisfaction include work motivation and organizational culture. The aim of this research is to find out how work motivation and organizational culture influence job satisfaction in delivery services. Using a saturated sample, 48 couriers were registered as respondents. This quantitative research was conducted using double regression data analysis supported by SPSS version 26 and data collection through documentation, interviews, and questionnaires. According to this study, job motivation has no effect on courier job satisfaction. However, organizational culture has an influence on the satisfaction of the courier.

Abstract

The physical work environment and work safety continue to be poorly monitored, resulting in a decline in employee performance. Based on data, employee absenteeism continues to increase. A messy and dirty physical work environment makes workers uncomfortable, and work safety remains high. The aim of this research is to find out how the physical work environment and work safety influence the performance of PT.XYZ employees in Purwakarta, both partially and simultaneously. This research uses quantitative methods and primary data, the research population consists of 59 respondents taken using saturated sampling techniques. Data analysis was carried out using multiple regression analysis. Data were processed with SPSS version 26.00

Abstract

This research analyzes the influence of motivation, commitment, and job satisfaction on employee performance at Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) Jayapura Branch. This research uses quantitative methods with a survey approach. The research results show a significant influence between motivation, commitment, and job satisfaction on employee performance at the BRI Jayapura Branch. It is hoped that these findings will be useful for BRI Jayapura Branch management in formulating strategies for improving employee performance through increasing motivation, commitment, and job satisfaction. In conclusion, there is an influence of motivation, commitment, and job satisfaction on employee performance at Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) Jayapura Branch.  Keywords: Performance, Job Satisfaction, Commitment, Motivation
