Abstract

Job satisfaction is important in supporting productivity at UPT TPA Sukabumi. Employees who feel happy tend to be more motivated and loyal. Based on various studies, the main factor influencing job satisfaction is the harmonization between career demands and individual life (work-life balance). However, non ASN employees face obstacles such as uncertain job status, lack of facilities, uneven division of work time, and poor communication. This study analyzes how much effect work-life balance and workplace environment have on job satisfaction of non-ASN employees through a quantitative approach. Data analysis was conducted by analyzing multiple regression supported using SPSS. Data was obtained from 33 non-ASN employees by conducting observations, interviews, and distributing questionnaires, using a semantic differential scale. The results of the study indicate that both separately and simultaneously, work life balance and work environment have a positive and significant influence on job satisfaction of employees. That is, when the balance between personal life and work is achieved and the work environment conditions are supportive, the level of employee job satisfaction will also increase significantly.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation and work discipline on employee performance in the Supply Chain Management department of PT. ABC in Bandung, both partially and simultaneously. The research method used was quantitative descriptive and associative, using a survey approach using questionnaires, interviews, and documentation with 35 employees as respondents using a saturated sampling technique. The results showed that work motivation and work discipline were in the high category, and employee performance was classified as very good. Based on multiple linear regression analysis, work motivation and work discipline had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, both partially and simultaneously, with a contribution of 76.8%. The conclusion of this study is that the higher the employee motivation and work discipline, the higher the performance in the Supply Chain Management department of PT. Abstract

High employee performance has a positive impact on both the company and the organization. To improve employee performance, it is important to pay attention to job satisfaction experienced by employees and to consistently implement disciplinary guidance. Based on data on employee absenteeism, it was found that the absenteeism rate of civil servants (ASN) at Department X is relatively high, which is one of the factors affecting employee performance. This study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction and disciplinary guidance on the performance of civil servants (ASN) at Department X in West Bandung Regency, both partially and simultaneously. The research method used is quantitative, with data collected through questionnaires. The data were analyzed using multiple regression analysis with the help of SPSS version 27.0. The study involved 48 respondents, consisting of 47 civil servants and 1 supervisor. The results show that job satisfaction has a positive effect on employee performance, and disciplinary guidance also has a positive effect on employee performance. Simultaneously, job satisfaction and disciplinary guidance significantly affect employee performance. It can be concluded that the higher the job satisfaction and disciplinary guidance, the better the performance of civil servants at Department X in West Bandung Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of the physical work environment and internal communication on employee job satisfaction at the Cimahi City Education Office. The research method used a quantitative approach with field research and literature techniques, where data were collected through interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The research sample consisted of 46 randomly selected respondents, and data processing was carried out using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS version 26.0. The results showed that partially, the physical work environment had a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction with a significance value of 0.009 <0.05, and internal communication also had a significant positive effect on job satisfaction with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. Simultaneously, both variables had a significant effect on employee job satisfaction with a calculated F_value of 27.413, greater than the F_table of 3.067 and an R Square of 0.560, which means the contribution of both variables to employee job satisfaction was 56%. The conclusion of this study is that the better the physical work environment and the more effective internal communication, the higher the level of employee job satisfaction at the Cimahi City Education Office.   Keywords: Physical Work Environment, Internal Communication, Job Satisfaction, Employees

Abstract

The research found the Influence of compensation and work facilities on the performance of inpatient nurse at Tk.II Iskandar Muda Hospital Kesdam Iskandar Muda. The data used in this study is preliminary data that was collected using a survey strategy using an online questionnaire with responses from researchers who were paid in accordance with the study's objectives. The study's time horizon is cross-sectional, with a minimum of 122 respondents. This research uses the statistical hypothesis test with the version 22 of the Social Science Program (SPSS). This study reduces compensation and work facilities. The study's findings indicate that the aforementioned variable has a positive and significant impact on work performance. Workplace facilities indicate that the results of this study have a positive and significant impact on work environment. The results of this study indicate that compensation and work facilities have a positive and significant impact on the work force of domestic workers in a hospital.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis sejauhmana pengaruh lingkungan kerja fisik dan pembinaan disiplinterhadap kinerja karyawan pada bagian administrasi Rumah Sakit XYZ di Karawang. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalahkuantitatif dengan desain kausal, serta teknik sampling jenuhyang melibatkan seluruh populasi yaitu 37 orang karyawanadministrasi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan SPSS versi 25 dengantahapan uji validitas, reliabilitas, asumsi klasik, regresi linear berganda, uji t, uji F, serta analisis koefisien determinasi. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja fisik dan pembinaan disiplin berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikanterhadap kinerja karyawan baik secara parsial maupunsimultan. Nilai R² sebesar 0,561 mengindikasikan bahwa56,1% variasi kinerja karyawan dapat dijelaskan oleh keduavariabel tersebut, sedangkan 43,9% sisanya disebabkan oleh faktor lain di luar penelitian ini.

Abstract

Kinerja karyawan merupakan hal yang sangat pen­ting bagi perusahaan. Kinerja yang baik dari karyawan akan memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap pencapaian tujuan perusahaan secara keseluruhan. Salah satu faktor utama yang memengaruhi kinerja karyawan adalah proses rekrut­men dan seleksi yang dijalankan oleh perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis proses rekrut­men, seleksi, dan hubungannya terhadap kinerja karyawan Quality Control (QC) di PT. EMM. Metode yang diguna­kan adalah studi kualitatif melalui wawancara dengan HRD, Kepala QC, dan karyawan terkait. Hasil penelitian menun­jukkan bahwa proses rekrutmen masih bersifat prak­tis dan responsif, namun belum terstandar secara sistemik. Seleksi dilakukan melalui tahapan administrasi, wawan­cara, dan simulasi kerja, namun belum konsisten dalam mene­rapkan tes tertulis, psikologi, maupun kesehatan. Eva­luasi kinerja dilakukan secara berkala berdasarkan indikator produktivitas, kualitas kerja, kedisiplinan, dan kemam­puan kerja sama tim. Penelitian juga menemukan sejumlah tantangan, seperti tingginya tingkat turnover, kurang­nya standar seleksi formal, serta tekanan kerja yang tinggi. Terdapat hubungan yang erat antara kualitas rekrut­men dan seleksi terhadap kinerja karyawan QC. Rekrut­men yang tergesa-gesa cenderung menghasilkan karyawan dengan performa rendah.

Abstract

Kinerja karyawan adalah elemen vital dalam menen­tukan suksesnya sebuah organisasi. Semakin luar biasa performa yang ditunjukkan oleh pegawai, maka semakin besar sumbangsihnya terhadap pencapaian tujuan perusa­ha­an secara menyeluruh. Dua faktor utama yang dipercaya memengaruhi performa tersebut adalah doro­ngan untuk bekerja dan kedisiplinan. Studi ini bertujuan untuk meng­evaluasi pengaruh motivasi dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di sektor area, berdasarkan observasi langsung dari pengawas di PT. XYZ, baik secara terpisah maupun secara kolaboratif. Metode pendekatan kuantitatif yang dipakai dalam studi ini, melibatkan 42 peserta yang berasal dari karyawan bagian area, yang dipilih dengan mema­kai teknik pengambilan sampel jenuh. Proses pengum­pulan data dilaksanakan dari kajian literatur dan survei lapangan, selanjutnya dianalisis menggunakan metode deskriptif dan asosiatif dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SPSS versi 27. Temuan analisis menunjukkan bahwa kinerja karyawan dipengaruhi secara positif oleh motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja. Kedua elemen ini juga secara signifikan memengaruhi kemampuan PT. XYZ. Oleh karena itu, dapat disimpulkan bahwa peningkatan motivasi dan disiplin memiliki pengaruh besar terhadap kinerja pekerja secara keseluruhan.

Abstract

Job satisfaction is one of the factors in obtaining and achieving maximum performance. When employee at all levels from lower level to upper feels satisfied, it positively impacts the development of the organization. BPKAD of West Java Province, there is indication of a high level of employee tardiness which may contribute to a decline in job satisfaction. Factors that can increase job satisfaction include the implementation of Dynamic Working Arrangement (DWA) and an ideal non-physical work environment. This study aims to examine the effect of the implementation of DWA and a non-physical work environment on the job satisfaction of civil servants in BPKAD of West Java Province, both partially and simultaneously. This research is quantitative research, the sample consists of 60 civil servants at BPKAD of West Java Province using the Slovin formula. The sampling technique applied was probability sampling, Data were collected through library research and field research. The data analysis methods used include descriptive and associative analysis, with multiple regression analysis conducted using SPSS version 24. The results show that the implementation of DWA and non-physical work environments, both partially and simultaneously, have an impact on the job satisfaction of civil servants at the BPKAD of West Java Province. It can be concluded that the increasing implementation of DWA and non-physical work environments.
