Abstract

Pranata pendidikan adalah sebuah seperangkat aturan serta norma yang terstuktur mengenai pendidikan yang berlaku didalam sebuah masyarakat dan mengikuti semua norma dan kebiasaan masyarakat. Dengan demikian berarti bahwa pranata pendidikan disesuaikan dengan struktur dan kebudayaan masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan Pelaksanaan Program Indonesia Pintar (PIP) dengan perubahan pranata pendidikan di Kecamatan Jagong Jeget Kabupaten Aceh Tengah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan gabungan dua teknik pengambilan sampel yakni purposive sampling dan disproportionate stratified random sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 60 orang siswa SMA N 5 Takengon Penerima dana manfaat PIP, 60 orang tua siswa penerima dana manfaat PIP dan 3 orang guru SMA N 5 Takengon pengurus pelaksanaan PIP. Alat ukur yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah skala pelaksanaan PIP dan skala perubahan pranata pendidikan yang dibuat sendiri oleh peneliti. Analisis datayang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Pearson Product Moment Correlation yang menunjukkan nilai koefisien korelasi (r) sebesar -0,155 dengan  nilai  (p)=0,000  (p0,05) pada subjek penelitian siswa penerima dana manfaat PIP dan nilai koefesion korelasi (r) -0134 dengan nilai (p) = 0,000 (p0,05) pada subjek penelitian orang tua siswa penerima dana manfaat PIP.  Hipotesis yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini diterima sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan negative dan signifikan antara pelaksanaan PIP dengan perubahan pranata pendidikan di kecamatan Jagong Jeget Kabupaten Aceh Tengah.Implementation of Program Indonesia Pintar (PIP) Change of Educational Institution Jagong Jeget Sub-district Central Aceh District.ABSTRACTEducational institutions are a set of rules and norms that are structured about the education that prevails in a society and follow all the norms and habits of society. Thus means that the educational institutions are adapted to the structure and culture of society.This study aims to determine the relationship between the implementation of Program Indonesia Pintar  (PIP) with the change of educational institutions in Jagong Jeget Sub-district, Central Aceh District.This research uses quantitative approach by using combination of two sampling technique that is purposive sampling and disproportionate stratified random sampling with number of sampels of 60 students of SMA N 5 Takengon Beneficiary of PIP benefit fund, 60 parents of beneficiary of PIP and 3 SMA N 5 Takengon executive board of PIP implementation. The measuring tool used in this study is the scale of PIP implementation and the scale of changes of educational institutions created by the researchers themselves.Data analysis used in this research is Pearson Product Moment Correlation which shows correlation coefficient value (r) equal to -0.155 with value (p) = 0,000 (p 0,05) on research subject of PIP beneficiary student and correlation coefficient value ( r) -0134 with value (p) = 0,000 (p 0.05) on the subject of parent research beneficiary of PIP benefit. The hypothesis proposed in this study is accepted so it can be concluded that there is a negative and significant relationship between the implementation of PIP with the change of educational institutions in Jagong Jeget sub-district, Central Aceh regency.

Abstract

Ulee Kareng District is the largest coffee powder producing area in Aceh. This success cannot be separated from the social network formed by coffee traders and consumers. This study aims to analyze the social network that occurs in Ulee Kareng coffee powder traders, namely Solong Coffee Powder, Said Ida Coffee Powder, and Kupi Ceeh23. This study was conducted in Ulee Kareng District and has a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. Furthermore, the data will be analyzed from data reduction, data presentation to drawing conclusions. The results of the study show that the social network that is formed is very good including 4 things, namely: 1. Strong network norms and density, 2. Strong ties and weak ties run continuously to help open new networks, 3. The role of active structural holes, and 4. The anchorage of non-economic actions to economic actions runs sustainably. Therefore, it can be concluded that the social network that has been formed in coffee traders in Ulee Kareng District is very good. Indirectly, this shows that there is very good social network management by coffee traders. It is hoped that the social network formed among these coffee traders can be an example for other coffee traders and the government to provide empowerment for coffee traders who do not yet have a social network like the network formed among coffee traders in Ulee Kareng District.
