Abstract

  ABSTRAK Untuk menjalankan fungsi dan tugasnya, DPRK memiliki beberapa unit-unit kerja yang biasa disebut alat-alat kelengkapan. Dasar aturan penetapan alat-alat kelengkapan DPRK merujuk pada Undang-Undang No 27 tahun 2009 tentang MD3, UUPA, Peraturan Pemerintah No 16 tahun 2010 tentang pedoman penyusunan tata tertib. Alat kelengkapan DPRK terdiri dari ketua dan wakil ketua I dan II, komisi-komisi, badan-badan serta pansus yang sifatnya situasional. Tidak bisa pungkiri sangat rentan terjadi polemik dan tarik ulur kepentingan dalam proses penetapan alat kelengkapan DPRK yang pada akhirnya menghambat proses penetapan alat kelengkapan DPRK itu sendiri.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan bagaimana proses penetapan alat kelengkapan DPRK berjalan, sudah seharusnya penetapan alat kelengkapan DPRK mengacu pada aturan-aturan yang berlaku agar tidak menimbulkan polemik yang dapat menghambat proses penetapan alat kelengkapan DPRK. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu penelitian lapangan dan penelitian kepustakaan.Studi lapangan untuk memperoleh data primer yang dilakukan dengan cara wawancara. Sedangkan penelitian kepustakaan untuk memperoleh data sekunder berdasarkan buku-buku dan bacaan terkait.Hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa tarik ulur kepentingan dalam proses penetapan alat kelengkapan DPRK Aceh Barat Daya terjadi karena perbedaan pandangan dalam menelaah aturan-aturan yang ada dengan mempertahankan kepentingan masing-masing. Sehingga hal ini berdampak pada terlambatnya penetapan alat kelengkapan itu sendiri hingga membuat kinerja DPRK menjadi terhambat. Namun demikian alat kelengkapan DPRK Aceh Barat Daya akhirnya berhasil dibentuk. Hal ini disebabkan karena tidak dipermasalahkannya lagi rangkaian proses penetapan alat kelengkapan DPRK Aceh Barat Daya oleh Fraksi Abdya Bermartabat dan Fraksi Nasional Bersatumeskipun tidak sesuai dengan harapan dari masing-masing fraksi tersebut. Diharapkan kepada DPRK Aceh Barat Daya agar kedepan dalam mengambil keputusan harus sesuai dan mengacu pada aturan-aturan yang berlaku sehingga kedepan keputusan tersebut mendapatkan legalitas dan sah dilaksanakan di mata hukum. Kata Kunci : DPRK, alat kelengkapan dewan, Aceh Barat Daya  ABSTRACT To carry out the functions and duties, regional legislative council (DPRK) have several work units or also referred as tools of completeness. The fundamental rule of determining the tools of completeness refers to constitution No 17 in 2014, UUPA, Government Regulation No 16 in 2010 about order of compiling. DPRK’s tools of completeness consist of chairman, deputy chairman I and II, commissions, agencies and special committee of its situational. It cannot be denied that there is a very vulnerable polemics and the tug of interests in the process of determining the tools completeness of DPRK which in turn inhibits the process itself.The purpose of this research is to explain how the determination process of the tool completeness of legislative council that refers to the current rules in order to avoid the polemics which can impede the process itself.The methodology applied in this research is qualitative descriptive. The use technique of data collection are field research and library research. Field research is to attain the primary data which is conducted by means of interview. Meanwhile library research is to gather the secondary data based on the books and articles. The result of this research explains that the tug of determination process of tool completeness of southwest Aceh legislative councilwas happened for the reason that there is distinctive point of views in reviewing the current rules by defending the self interest. So that is why it is affected to the delays of determining the tool completeness itself with the result that the functions of DPRK got obstructed. Nevertheless, the tool completeness of southwest Aceh legislative council is finally formed. This is because no longer disputed the determination process of the tool completeness of southwest Aceh legislative council by Fraksi Abdya Bermartabat (Abdya Prestige Faction) and Fraksi Nasional Bersatu (National United Faction) even though it is not in accordance with the expectations of each of these factions.It is expected to the legislative council of southwest Aceh that the fore in making decision should be appropriate and referring to the rules so that in the future, the decision will be gaining legality and it is legitimate to be implemented in the rule of the laws.  Key Words:Regional Legislative Council,Tool of Completeness Council, Southwest Aceh

Abstract

Abstract. In general, Islamic educational philosophy is an effort to guide humans in depth, both physically and spiritually, based on the Islamic religion so that the main personality is formed in accordance with Islamic teachings. Philosophy is an attitude or view of life and an applied field to help individuals evaluate their existence in a way that is more satisfying. Philosophy brings us to understanding and understanding brings us to appropriate action. Philosophy needs understanding for someone who is involved in the world of education because it determines one's thoughts and directs one's actions to achieve goals. In general, systematic philosophy has three main discussions or parts, namely; epistemology or theory of knowledge which discusses how we obtain knowledge, ontology or theory of nature which discusses the nature of everything that gives rise to knowledge, and axiology or theory of values ​​which discusses the use of knowledge.

Abstract

This journal discusses the beginning of the modernization of Islamic education in West Sumatra (Minangkabau). Library research methods. The results of the literature study show that the modernization of Islamic religious education in Minangkabau was initiated by the renewal of Islamic thought as a response to the social situation and conditions of the community and understanding of Islamic religious teachings at that time. The modernization process started from an educational institution called surau. From this surau the modernization movement grew and developed which later became a modern Islamic educational institution.

Abstract

Abstract. Philosophy is not only seen as the parent and source of knowledge, but is also part of science itself, which also experiences specialization. In this transitional stage, philosophy does not cover the whole, but has become sectoral. For example, philosophy of religion, philosophy of law and philosophy of science are part of the development of philosophy which has become sectoral and focused in one particular field. In this context, science as a philosophical study is very relevant to study and deepen. Philosophy of Science is considered very necessary because this knowledge is closely related to scientific culture which is part of a person's life. The area of ​​study of philosophy does not only concern science and the various methods used to obtain knowledge. A framework of thinking that is only based on the paradigm of empiricist thinking with a number of induction logic and suggestions as well as tools for quantitative statistical thinking, or rationalism with a deductive-qualitative method with suggestions and tools for mathematical thinking, but also a metaphysical dimension which in certain contexts is broader than just demanding knowledge. This philosophy of science examines the development of science, the character of science from time to time, and how each character is influenced and influences the culture and civilization that surrounds it.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berfokus pada pentingnya program tahfidz Al-Qur'an dalam membentuk karakter dan meningkatkan kemampuan menghafal di kalangan siswa. Mengingat tantangan yang dihadapi oleh siswa dalam proses menghafal, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi implementasi program tahfidz di MA Sejahtera, Pare Kediri. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif, dan teknik pengumpulan data didapat melalui wawancara dengan guru, siswa, serta observasi dengan survei sebagai penguat dalam pengambilan data penelitian. Dengan cara ini, peneliti dapat memperoleh pemahaman yang lebih mendalam tentang pengalaman dan tantangan yang dihadapi oleh siswa dalam program tahfidz. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana implementasi program tahfidz Al-Qur'an di MA Sejahtera dan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mendukung maupun menghambat keberhasilan program tersebut. Penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk memberikan rekomendasi bagi pengembangan program tahfidz di masa mendatang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program tahfidz di MA Sejahtera telah dilaksanakan dengan baik, meskipun terdapat beberapa tantangan yang dihadapi siswa, seperti kesulitan dalam mengingat dan kurangnya dukungan dari lingkungan. Namun, dengan adanya metode evaluasi yang terstruktur dan dukungan dari guru serta orang tua, siswa dapat mencapai kemajuan yang signifikan dalam menghafal Al-Qur'an. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi positif bagi pengembangan program tahfidz di lembaga pendidikan lainnya.
