Abstract

Abstract—This study aims to describe and explain the value of local wisdom contained in Lagu Batanghari nine. This research is a qualitative descriptive study with content analysis method. The data in this study is the Batanghari nine song. The results of this study indicate that the value of local wisdom contained in the BatangHari Sembilan song and in this song illustrates the life of the atmosphere in the author's song area and the meaning implied in the song contains entertaining elements because the selection of words (diction) is interesting to be heard. Keywords - Batanghari Sembilan, regional songs, local wisdom values Abstrak— Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menjelaskan nilai kearifan lokal yang terkandung dalam Lagu batanghari sembilan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan metode content analysis. Data dalam penelitian ini adalah lagu Batanghari sembilan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa adanya nilai kearifan lokal yang terkandung dalam lagu BatangHari Sembilan dan dalam lagu ini menggambarkan kehidupan suasana di daerah sang pengarang lagu serta makna yang tersirat di dalam lagu tersebut mengandung unsur menghibur karena pemilihan kata ( diksi )  menarik umtuk didengar. Kata Kunci— Batanghari Sembilan, Lagu daerah, Nilai kearifan local

Abstract

This study examines the problem of developing process standards and content standards which are important variables in improving teacher performance. Teacher performance is increasingly important to improve in line with the increasingly complex demands of teachers as professionals. The purpose of this study was to describe and analyze the influence and comparison of the development of process standards and content standards on improving teacher performance which focused on the main problems, namely: (1) the magnitude of the influence of developing process standards on teacher performance, (2) the magnitude of the influence of developing content standards on performance. teachers, and (3) the magnitude of the influence and comparison of the development of process standards and content standards simultaneously on improving the performance of state high school chemistry teachers in Bandung Regency. In this study, the Embedded Concurent model of the Mix Methods approach was used. Data were analyzed using descriptive analysis techniques and inferential analysis techniques. The results of the analysis show that the development of process standards and content standards together contributes positively and significantly to improving teacher performance, which is stated based on the positive correlation coefficient and determination coefficient values ​​with an effect of 76%, meaning that the effect is good, this proves that the better the development of standard processes and the development of content standards are carried out, the better the increase in teacher performance. Meanwhile, the remaining 24% is influenced by other variables

Abstract

Background: Coronavirus Disease 2019 (Covid-19) is an infectious disease caused by the new Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) virus which was first detected in Wuhan City of China and spread widely to more than 180 countries in the world . Given the high number of Covid-19 cases both globally and nationally, this study aims to identify the characteristics of co-morbidities in patients with Covid-19. Method: This research is a qualitative descriptive research using secondary data through the official website covid.go.id. Results: a descriptive study through the official government website showed that the majority of Covid-19 sufferers were dominated by women (51.3%) with most of the deaths occurring in the age group > 60 years (46.7%) and the majority of Covid-19 patients suffered hypertension (50%) and diabetes mellitus (37.2%). Conclusions and Suggestions: Most of the co-morbidities in patients with Covid-19 in Indonesia occur in the age group >60 years with chronic disease conditions, the majority being hypertension and diabetes mellitus. So, as a self-defense effort, giving vaccines to co-morbid groups must still be carried out by following the technical instructions for implementing the Covid-19 vaccine.

Abstract

Penghasil sampah organik terbanyak adalah rumah tangga, selama ini di RT 05 Kebun Dahri masyarakat belum mengelola sampah organiknya dengan baik. Adapun tujuan kegiatan Pengabdian pada Masyarakat ini adalah untuk memberikan pelatihan pengolahan sampah organik rumah tangga menjadi pupuk organik cair dengan memanfaatkan barang tak terpakai, Metode dalam kegiatan ini dilakukan bentuk edukasi berupa pelatihan secara langsung kepada ibu-ibu tentang pengolahan sampah organik menjadi pupuk organik ciar dengan metode dokomposer. Dari sosialisasi yang dilakukan di RT 05 Kebun Dahri bahwa semua ibu-ibu belum melakukan pemilahan sampah, melainkan sampah yang dihasilkan di rumah tangga dibuang di tempat sampah kemudian diangkat petugas menuju TPA. Kegiatan Pengabdian pada Masyarakat ini diharapkan dapat terus terlaksana secara kontinyu untuk membantu ibu-ibu RT 05 Kebun Dahri dalam mengelolah sampah organik dirumah sehingga bisa diolah menjadi pupuk dekomposter yang bermanfaat.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of the use of digital payments through Shopee PayLater on the consumer behavior towards Surabaya society. The research method used a quantitative method with a survey approach. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to Surabaya society who use the Shopee PayLater service. Data analysis was carried out using statistical tests to determine the influence of the independent variable (use of Shopee PayLater) towards the dependent variable (consumer behavior). The results of the study showed that there was a significant influence between the use of Shopee PayLater on the consumer behavior of Surabaya society. The more often people use Shopee PayLater, the higher the level of consumer behavior shown. This is due to the ease of access and various promotions offered by Shopee PayLater, which encourage people to make purchases without careful consideration.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the role of leaders in enforcing work discipline to improve employee performance, as well as to identify the obstacles faced by leaders in implementing work discipline. The research employs a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collection techniques including interviews and observations. The data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results of the study show that in implementing work discipline at PT. Berkat Indo Perkasa, leaders provide space for employee participation by involving them in rule formulation and problem-solving, followed by consistency in enforcing discipline. This creates a conducive work environment that positively impacts employee performance. Individual responsibility and organizational goals at the company can be optimally achieved through collaboratively led work discipline. This study specifically highlights the role of leadership in implementing work discipline as a key factor directly contributing to improved employee performance. This approach integrates leadership and discipline in a comprehensive manner, which has rarely been explored in depth before, thereby offering a new perspective on human resource management in organizations. It also contributes to the development of leadership and work discipline theory in the context of enhancing employee performance.   Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui  peran pemimpin dalam menerapkan disiplin kerja guna membentuk peningkatan kinerja karyawan dan juga mengidentifikasi hambatan yang dialami pemimpin dalam menerapkan disiplin kerja. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif diskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui  wawancara dan observasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan simpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam penerapan disiplin kerja di PT. Berkat Indo Perkasa pemimpin memberikan ruang partisipasi pada karyawan dengan melibatkan penyusunan aturan, serta penyelesaian masalah, yang berlanjut pada  konsistensi  dalam menegakkan disiplin kerja, sehingga tercipta lingkungan kerja yang kondusif yang berdampak pada peningkatan kinerja karyawan. Peningkatan tanggung jawab individu serta tujuann organisasi di perusahaan tersebut dapat tercapai  secara optimal melalui penerapan disiplin kerja yang dipimpin secara kolaboratif. Penelitian ini menyoroti peran pemimpin secara khusus dalam penerapan disiplin kerja sebagai faktor kunci yang berkontribusi langsung terhadap peningkatan kinerja karyawan. Pendekatan ini menggabungkan aspek kepemimpinan dan disiplin secara terpadu, yang jarang diteliti secara mendalam sebelumnya, sehingga memberikan perspektif baru dalam pengelolaan sumber daya manusia di organisasi, serta bermanfaat dalam memberikan kontribusi pada pengembangan teori kepemimpinan dan disiplin kerja dalam konteks peningkatan kinerja karyawan.
