Abstract

Dengan persamaan regresi Y=a+bx=29,65 +0,605x. Koefisien korelasi (r )=0,974 signifikan pada 0,05. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan berguna untuk para pendidik khususnya guru matematika.ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the effect Motivation of Students Primary School Angkasa 10 Jakarta Halim Perdana Kusuma Timur. Hypothesis be tested is there are positive influence between learning motivation and learning outcomes in mathematics. This research was conducted by survey method, with a target population of all students of class VI Angkasa Primary School Halim Perdanakusuma 10. Samples were taken randomly. The research instrument that would be used was the spread of the lift and the tests measured motivation .To learn math using attitude scale tests that are based on the content validation. With the reliability was calculated by Cronbach alpha formula. Achievement test using questions provided in accordance with the curriculum runs. By reliability was calculated using the test for normality and homogeneity tests were continued by t test (test the two parties) on significant at the 0.05 significance level. On the test of the experimental group obtained Y = 0.0978 and L tables = 0.161 and X Lo = 0.0974). The study concluded the following: "There is a positive influence between the students' motivation to learn math student outcomes. With the regression equation Y = a + bx = 29.65 + 0,605x. The correlation coefficient (r) = 0.974 significant at 0.05. The results of this study are expected to be useful for educators, especially teachers of mathematics.

Abstract

This study investigated the significant relationship between learning motivation and academic achievement among high school students across the diverse educational landscape of Indonesia. Recognizing motivation as a core psychological determinant (Setyadi et al., 2021), the research aimed to quantify the association between these two key variables. Employing a quantitative correlational design, data were systematically collected from a nationally representative sample of 605 students (N = 605) from various regions, ensuring adequate representation across geographic and socio-economic strata. Data sources included standardized motivation questionnaires and official academic records (report card averages). The findings reveal a positive and statistically significant correlation (r = 0.41, p < 0.05) between learning motivation and academic achievement, indicating that higher levels of motivation are moderately yet strongly associated with superior academic outcomes. Further analysis demonstrated that learning motivation accounts for approximately 17%  of the variance in student achievement. The analysis of mean scores confirmed this trend, showing that highly motivated students achieved substantially higher average grades (87.2) compared to students with low motivation ( 74.5). The study concludes that fostering students' intrinsic motivation through supportive home and school environments consistent with the tenets of Self Determination Theory (Deci & Ryan, 2012) is essential for enhancing academic success in secondary education. These results provide critical, evidence-based direction for targeted interventions in educational practice and policymaking in Indonesia.

Abstract

Students' study habits, academic relationships, and scientific integrity have been significantly impacted by the emergence of AI in higher education. However, in the case of mathematics education in Indonesia, previous studies have largely overlooked the impact of AI on students' academic culture and instead focused on the effectiveness of AI in learning. This study aims to examine how academic culture has changed in the AI era among fourth-semester students of STKIP Kusuma Negara enrolled in the Mathematics Education Study Program. The research was conducted using a case study methodology and qualitative descriptive techniques. Thirteen instructors and 15 students participated in in-depth interviews, while three others observed and documented the process. The results indicate that AI improves learning efficiency and access to academic information, but also creates technological dependency, a decline in critical thinking intensity, and dilemmas about academic integrity. The novelty of this research lies in its analysis of the transformation of mathematics education students' academic culture, encompassing changes in learning culture, intellectual interaction, and scientific integrity due to generative AI. The study recommends strengthening AI literacy, developing digital academic ethics, and designing critical thinking-based learning so that the use of AI in higher education continues to support students' academic quality
