Abstract

Student creativity in learning mathematics is one of the cognitive abilities that students need to master. The aim of this research is to determine and analyze students' mathematics learning creativity. This type of research is quasi-experimental. The population in this study were all class VII students at SMP Negeri 4 Baubau which consisted of 10 parallel classes with a total of 280 students. The sample in this research was taken using the Random Sampling technique. 28 students from class VII.10 were selected as the experimental class and 28 students from class VII.9 as the control class. The instruments used in this research were observation sheets and students' mathematics learning creativity tests. Data analysis uses descriptive analysis and inferential analysis. The hypothesis testing technique uses Independent Sample t-test analysis. The research results showed that the average pre-test for the experimental class was 43.57, while the post-test was 83.93. The control class pretest average was 46.61, while the post-test was 58.04. The results of the independent sample t-test were obtained t-count= 3,187 > t-table= 1.674 with a significance value of 0.045 < 0.05. It can be concluded that the GNT (Guided Note Taking) learning model is effective in increasing students' mathematics learning creativity. To increase students' creativity in mathematics learning, teachers should use learning media to build students' creativity concepts in visualizing the material being taught.

Abstract

Urgensi penelitian ini ialah untuk memberikan motivasi dan strategi bagi anak divorce family agar mampu untuk bangkit dan memperoleh prestasi akademik. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu; 1). Mendeskripsikan bagaimana motivasi anak divorce family dalam belajar, 2). Menggambarkan bagaimana keadaan lingkungan yang mendukung anak divorce family untuk berprestasi, 3). Mendeskripsikan pola asuh yang diterima oleh anak divorce family yang berprestasi. Jenis penelitian ini menerapkan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. Data-data diperoleh dari hasil observasi, wawancara, hasil pemotretan, penggalan dokumen tertulis, catatan lapangan yang dibuat peneliti dalam bentuk narasi. Hasil dan pembahasan penelitian ini yaitu motivasi berprestasi anak divorce family disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor yaitu parenting positif yang diperoleh dari orang tua yang mengasuh dan mendidiknya, pandai dalam memilih lingkungan pertemanan yang saling mendukung, tekat yang kuat untuk mengubah nasib diri dan keluarga, keinginan yang besar dari dalam diri untuk membahagiakan keluarga. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa tidak semua anak divorce family yang memiliki sikap negatif dan terjerumus pada hal-hal yang buruk. Terbukti ada juga yang berhasil dan berprestasi.

Abstract

Transformative learning approach in social rehabilitation centers is an important basis in the process of developing people with social welfare problems (PMKS). This article discusses the transformative learning process through three main stages: disorienting dilemma, self examination, and planning a course of action. This process helps create changes in attitudes, behavior and skills that support the social function and independence of PMKS.  The uses a qualitative with a case study type. The results of this research transformative learning process tissystematically designed in social rehabilitation centers has an impact on fundamental changes in clients characterized by the ability to recover from trauma so that they can significantly improve social function and independence.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji secara sistematis model pembelajaran yang berkontribusi terhadap peningkatan self-efficacy siswa dalam pembelajaran matematika. Metode yang digunakan adalah Systematic Literature Review (SLR) terhadap 33 artikel dari jurnal pendidikan matematika terakreditasi SINTA 2 dan 3 di Indonesia selama periode 2015–2024. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa model pembelajaran seperti Problem Based Learning (PBL), CORE, Team Assisted Individualization (TAI), pembelajaran berbantuan Geogebra, RME, dan Reciprocal Teaching terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan self-efficacy matematis siswa. Model PBL menjadi yang paling dominan karena berorientasi pada pemecahan masalah yang melibatkan partisipasi aktif siswa, menumbuhkan rasa percaya diri, dan memperkuat keyakinan akan kemampuan diri. Penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya pemilihan model pembelajaran yang tepat dalam membentuk efikasi diri siswa dan merekomendasikan PBL sebagai alternatif utama dalam pengembangan pembelajaran matematika yang humanis dan bermakna.

Abstract

AbstrakPetani memegang peran sentral dalam ketahanan pangan dan pembangunan pedesaan, namun masih menghadapi tantangan dalam peningkatan kompetensi akibat keterbatasan pendidikan formal dan akses pelatihan. Pendekatan experiential learning (pembelajaran berbasis pengalaman), sebagaimana dikembangkan oleh Kolb, menawarkan kerangka yang relevan untuk membangun kapasitas petani melalui proses belajar yang bersumber dari pengalaman nyata. Kajian sistematis ini bertujuan menelaah praktik experiential learning dalam pendidikan petani berdasarkan literatur global terbitan 2015–2024, serta menilai implikasinya bagi pengembangan pendidikan petani di Indonesia. Metode mengikuti pedoman PRISMA dengan pencarian di database Scopus, menghasilkan 141 artikel, dan diseleksi hingga tersisa 4 artikel yang memenuhi kriteria. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa experiential learning diterapkan dalam berbagai konteks melalui simulasi iklim, pertukaran pengetahuan komunitas, diskusi reflektif, dan eksperimen lapangan. Seluruh praktik mencerminkan tahapan siklus Kolb secara utuh atau parsial. Pembelajaran global memperlihatkan pentingnya ruang belajar yang partisipatif, berbasis komunitas, dan kontekstual. Kesimpulannya, experiential learning terbukti mampu meningkatkan kompetensi petani secara reflektif dan adaptif. Kajian ini merekomendasikan integrasi pendekatan ini ke dalam sistem pendidikan petani di Indonesia, dengan menekankan pentingnya fasilitasi lokal, ruang eksperimen sosial, dan pengakuan atas pengalaman petani sebagai sumber pengetahuan utama. Kata Kunci: Siklus Kolb, kompetensi petani, experiential learning

Abstract

Stunting is a crucial health problem in Indonesia, especially in children under five years. Various factors influence this condition, including nutrition, economics, environment, and health. Empowering communities with character is an effective strategy to prevent stunting by actively involving the community in decision-making and program implementation. This article discusses the transformation of community empowerment with character to prevent stunting through a participatory approach, capacity building, and culture-based interventions. This study examines the transformation of community empowerment with character to prevent stunting. This study uses a qualitative method with a case study type. Data collection uses observation and interviews. Data are analyzed descriptively and qualitatively. The study results indicate that empowerment transformation is an approach to prevent stunting characterized by developing modules on nutrition, stakeholder involvement, and conducting evaluations for the sustainability of community empowerment. The impact of community empowerment transformation is that they have greater capacity to maintain the health and well-being of their children.

Abstract

This study explores parents' knowledge of digital technology among the digital immigrant generation, who often face difficulties in utilizing technology, parenting practices for preschool children, and associated challenges. It employs qualitative research through a case study method, conducting interviews with parents born before 1981, having children aged 0-6 years, and falling within the lower-middle-class income bracket. This research was conducted from May to June 2023 in Bandung. From the five informants, it was evident that they possessed various digital devices, including smartphones, televisions, computers, and laptops with internet connections. Despite not growing up with digital technology, these parents utilize smartphones to enhance their children's motor and language development, often through educational videos or entertainment, such as games. Nonetheless, they face challenges and risks, such as children becoming overly reliant on technology and reducing their direct social interaction. In the current digital age, parents play a crucial role in ensuring appropriate and safe digital technology usage for preschool-aged children whose cognitive and functional abilities are still developing. Consequently, these findings emphasize the need for parents to exercise careful supervision of the content accessed by their children, potentially by implementing special rules or restrictions on screen time.

Abstract

MSMEs are an important part of the economy in Indonesia, marked by their contribution in reducing unemployment by absorbing labor. Cassava Multipurpose MSMEs in Cirendeu Traditional Village are also required to be able to innovate in marketing and product innovation produced in order to remain competitive against changing times. Some of the problems of Cirendeu's Multipurpose Cassava MSMEs are still in terms of the limitations of MSME actors to innovate such as the lack of innovation in processed products from cassava, still traditional packaging and conventional marketing. MSME development needs to be carried out in improving and fostering competitive capabilities. Therefore, the involvement of various actors will help the development run optimally. Through pentahelix synergy, which is cooperation between stakeholders consisting of academy, business, government, community, and media. This research aims to find out and describe community empowerment with the pentahelix model in the development of MSMEs. The method used in the research is descriptive qualitative through interviews, documentation and literature study. The results showed that the development of MSMEs has involved five actors in the pentahelix model, namely academics, business, community, government, and media.

Abstract

MSME facilitators are crucial in supporting the region's development of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises. MSME companions represent the 17th SDGS goal, namely partnerships to achieve goals (partnerships for the goals). This research aims to determine the effectiveness of learning exchange: The role of UMKM Facilitator in the CIKEPO Community of Cimahi City. This research uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach—data collection techniques using interviews and documentation. MSME Facilitators have a role in encouraging awareness of MSME players in following the learning exchange process, which can improve skills. Also, MSME Facilitators provide education and training for MSME owners, including business management, marketing, and understanding local business regulations. Apart from that, MSME mentors also provide individual business guidance to help MSME owners identify potential and overcome the challenges they face.Keywords: MSME Companion, Learning Exchange

Abstract

Indonesia faces unique challenges in the provision of internet services. Cable and fiber optic infrastructure is often difficult and expensive to implement in many areas. Based on data from the Asosiasi Penyelenggara Jasa Internet Indonesia (APJII), by 2024 internet users will reach 221.5 million. Starlink, Elon Musk's satellite-based internet service through his SpaceX company, offers an innovative solution to fill the void in Indonesia's telecommunications infrastructure. However, Starlink's presence has raised concerns among local service providers, particularly regarding potential market disruption and existing regulations. Starlink could also pose a potential threat to Indonesia's security and sovereignty. Starlink has been a hot topic on various social media platforms, including Twitter. Twitter is a very popular social media platform with millions of active users who often share their opinions in real-time. The number of public responses in assessing the presence of Starlink in Indonesia, became a reference for a sentiment analysis. The Support Vector Machine algorithm is used to classify opinions into positive and negative categories. Based on testing that has been done using the Cross Validation technique with a K-Fold value with a total of 1976 tweets data. The results show that 1112 tweets contain positive sentiment and 864 tweets contain negative sentiment. This shows that 56.3% of people agree with the presence of starlink in Indonesia. While from the use of the Support Vertor Machine algorithm, the Accruracy value is 76.22%, Precision is 77.48%, and Recall is 81.38%.
