Abstract

Tetrasiklin merupakan antibiotik yang umum digunakan sebagai obat-obatan veteriner untuk pencegahan penyakit. Penggunaan yang berlebihan dapat meninggalkan residu dalam produk peternakan tersebut, termasuk daging ayam. Implikasi klinis yang dapat terjadi, antara lain alergi, keracunan, dan resistensi. Residu tetrasiklin dalam daging ayam pedaging dapat dianalisis menggunakan spektrofometer ultraviolet dengan teknik adisi standar. Daging ayam diekstraksi lebih dulu menggunakan metode Matrix Solid Phase Dispersion (MSPD). Hasil uji perolehan kembali berdasarkan metode penambahan standar sebesar 84,40% dengan batas keberterimaan sebesar 80-110%. Penyimpangan baku relatif yang diperoleh 1,36%; batas deteksi dengan konsentrasi 5,16 µg/ml; batas kuantitasi 5,54 µg/ml; dan linieritas dengan nilai koefisien korelasi 0,9997. Hasil uji analisis sampel daging ayam pedaging yang berasal dari tiga pusat perbelanjaan di kota Bandar Lampung menunjukkan bahwa kadar residu tetrasiklin 42,40 mg/kg; 61,05 mg/kg; dan 44,47 mg/kg. Nilai tersebut telah melebihi batas maksimum residu tetrasiklin dalam daging menurut SNI 01-6066-2000, yaitu 0,1 mg/kg.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kepuasan pasien rawat jalan terhadap pelayanan kefarmasian di instalasi farmasi RSUD Mayjend H.M Ryacudu Lampung Utara. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode deskriptif non eksperimental. Penilaian terhadap kepuasan didapatkan dari hasil penyebaran kuesioner SERVQUAL yang memuat 5 dimensi pelayanan kefarmasian. Analisis data menggunakan nilai kesenjangan rata-rata harapan dan rata-rata kinerja, persentase kesesuaian kepuasan pasien, dan Importance Performance Analysis. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 161 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelayanan yang diberikan di Instalasi farmasi rawat jalan RSUD Mayjend H.M Ryacudu Lampung Utara dengan tingkat kesesuaian kepuasan dan harapan > 75% di setiap dimensinya yaitu kehandalan 98,57%, daya tanggap 98,23%, jaminan 98,05%, empati 97,99% dan bukti langsung 96,94%. %. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa pasien rawat jalan sudah merasa puas dengan pelayanan yang sudah diberikan oleh petugas farmasi akan tetapi pihak rumah sakit perlu memperbaiki apa yang menjadi harapan pasien yang belum tercapai guna meningkatkan mutu pelayanan kefarmasian. Kata Kunci : Analisis Kepuasan, Kualitas Pelayanan, Rumah Sakit Umum Mayjend H.M Ryacudu Lampung Utara ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the satisfaction of outpatients with pharmaceutical services at the pharmacy installation of Mayjend H.M Ryacudu Hospital, North Lampung. This research was conducted with a non-experimental descriptive method. Assessment of satisfaction was obtained from the results of distributing the SERVQUAL questionnaire which contained 5 dimensions of pharmaceutical services. The data analysis used the gap value of the average expectation and average performance, the percentage of patient satisfaction compliance, and Importance Performance Analysis. The number of samples in this study were 161 respondents. The results showed that the services provided at the Outpatient Pharmacy Installation at RSUD Mayjend HM Ryacudu North Lampung with a level of conformity with satisfaction and expectations > 75% in each dimension, namely reliability 98.57%, responsiveness 98.23%, guarantee 98.05%, empathy 97.99% and direct evidence 96.94%. %. This shows that outpatients are satisfied with the services that have been provided by pharmacists, but the hospital needs to improve what the patient's expectations have not been achieved in order to improve the quality of pharmaceutical services. Abstract

Labu kuning (Cucurbita moschata) jenis tanaman hortikultura yang cukup banyak ditanam di Indonesia, buah ini kaya akan beta-karoten yang terbukti memiliki aktivitas melawan bahaya radikal bebas. Beta karoten salah satu jenis karotenoid yang berfungsi sebagai provitamin-A, beta karoten juga berperan sebagai antioksidan yang efektif pada konsentrasi rendah oksigen. Penelitian ini bertujuan Untuk mengetahui kadar beta karoten dan aktivitas antioksidan pada labu kuning (Cucurbita moschata). Labu kuning diekstraksi menggunakan metode maserasi dengan pelarut n-heksan. Hasil ekstraksi dilakukan uji kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Uji kualitatif menggunakan metode kromatografi lapis tipis (KLT) sedangkan uji kuantitatif menggunakan spektrofotometer UV-Vis. Kadar beta karoten pada sampel labu kuning adalah sebesar 14,59%. Untuk hasil antioksidan pada ekstrak labu kuning didapatkan IC50 sebesar 30,75 dan asam askorbat sebesar 18,43 sehingga dapat digolongkan sebagai antioksidan dengan kategori sangat kuat. Kata Kunci : Labu kuning (Cucurbita moschata), beta karoten, antioksidan, spektrofotometer UV-Vis.

Abstract

ABSTRACTGuava is one of the plants that can traditionally be used for the treatment of diseases. Many kinds of guava, one of which is the Australian guava has the characteristics of roots, stems, leaves, dark red fruit. This study aims to determine the toxicity of the ethanol extract of Australian guava leaves (Psidium guajava L) using the BSLT (Brine Shrimp Lethality Test) method and determine the chemical content of Australian guava leaves (Psidium guajava L). The extract was made by the ultrasonic method using 96% ethanol solvent. Toxicity tests were carried out using 48-hour-old Artemia salina Leach shrimp larvae. The toxic effect of the extract was identified by the percentage of shrimp larvae mortality using probit analysis (LC50). From the research results, phytochemical content includes tannins, flavonoids, alkaloids, terpenoids and saponins, and flavonoid compounds have the highest content compared to the others. Research shows that the ethanol extract of Australian guava leaves is of a moderate category (LC50 441,977 ppm).Keywords :Australia guava leaves, BSLT, Artemia salina L, Ultrasonic

Abstract

ABSTRACT Sweat is produced by the apocrine glands, if infected by bacteria that play a role in the decay process will certainly produce foot odor. Some of the bacteria that cause, including Staphylococcus epidermis, Corynebacterium acne and there is one bacterium that causes pungent foot odor that is Bacillus subtilis. Bacillus subtilis enzyme leucine dehydrogenase produced the highest, resulting in isovaleric acid foot odor. Lime peel (Citrus aurantifolia) has the potential to be developed for the antibacterial active ingredient of foot odor contained in tannins, alkaloids and flavonoids. Spray can be effective for inhibition of feet due to water fleas or bacterial infections. The purpose of this research is to test the inhibitory zone of the preparation of foot odor spray ethanol extract of lime peel (Citrus aurantifolia) with variations of gelling agent. Bacterial inhibition zone testing on extracts of lime peel spray preparations using the disc method. This test was carried out on spray with extract concentration of 0% extract base carbopol, 0% extract base HPMC, 0.2% extract base carbopol, 0.2% extract base HPMC, 0.4% extract base carbopol, 0.4% extract base HPMC and positive control with an average inhibition zone of 9,13 mm, 9,12 mm, 11,86 mm, 11,29 mm, 13,17 mm, 12,30 mm, 8,13 mm against the bacterium Bacillus subtilis. Antibacterial test results were analyzed using ONE WAY ANOVA, the results of statistical analysis on the preparation of lime peel extract showed a significant inhibition zone difference of 0.000 (P = <0.05) between all concentrations. Abstract

Dayak onion (Eleutherine polmifolia (L.) Merr) was a typical plant of Kalimantan. Empirically dayak onion (Eleutherine polmifolia (L.) Merr) used by the comunity to treat skin infections. The purpose of this study was to determine the antibacterial activity of ethanol extract of dayak onion power against Salmonella typhi and Escherichia coli bacteria. The highest concentration used was 100%, and the lowest concentration was 0,5%. As a control of cloramfenikol for Salmonella typhi and ciprofloxacin for Escherichia coli bacteria. This research method used agar diffusion. The results showed the ethanol extract of dayak onion (Eleutherine polmifolia (L.) Merr) contained flavonoids, alkaloids, tannins and phenols with the highest levels was by tannins at 7,45%. Dayak onion (Eleutherine polmifolia (L.) Merr) are inhibiting the growth of Salmonella typhi bacteria at a minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC)of 1% with a inhibition zone diameter of 6,24 mm and 0,9% with a inhibition zone diameter of 6,20 mm at Escherichia coli bacteria.Keywords : Eleutherine polmifolia (L.)
