Abstract

This research is motivated by the growth of the Hotel, Resort and Cruise Lines Industry which does not always increase every year. The value of the Hotel, Resort and Cruise Lines Industry shows a decline starting from 2017-2022. This increase and decrease in value can be changed by Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Financial Performance. This research aims to: (1) Find out changes in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) towards Industrial Value, (2) Find out changes in Financial Performance towards Industrial Value, and to (3) Find out changes in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Financial Performance together. the same for the Industrial Value of the Hotel, Resort and Cruise Lines industry listed on the IDX in 2017-2022. The population in this study is the entire Hotel, Resort and Cruise Lines industry listed on the IDX in 2017-2022. Sample selection used purposive sampling technique. The number of samples obtained was 10 industries. The type of data collected is secondary data obtained from the IDX website. The analytical methods used are descriptive analysis, classical assumption test, multiple linear analysis, t test, f test, and analysis of the coefficient of determination (R2). The research results prove that: (1) Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) has had a significant negative change in Industrial Value, (2) Financial Performance has had a significant positive change in Industrial Value, and (3) Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Financial Performance have simultaneously had a significant change. on Industrial Value.

Abstract

This research began with the problem of environmental pollution by manufacturing companies which caused a reduction in clean water supplies, as well as fluctuations in share prices in Basic Industry and Chemical Sector Manufacturing Companies listed on the IDX in 2018-2022, which can result in fluctuating company values so that investors' desire to invest in these companies decreases. This research aimssto measureethe extent to which environmental performance affects company value in the industry and how financial performance affects company value. To analyze the data, descriptive statistical tests and classicallassumption test, in theeform of normalityytest, multicollinearity test, multicollinearity tests, autocorrelation tests and heteroscedasticity tests. Meanwhile, to analyze the data with multipleelinear regression methods.. Theeresearch results show that: 1) financiallperformance variables have annegative and significanteeffect on firmvvalue in this sector; and 2) environmental performance variables have a negative andssignificant effect on firm value in the basic and chemical industry manufacturing sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2018 to 2022.

Abstract

The main objective of this research is to examine and evaluate the extent to which the attractiveness, accessibility and facilities of the Sarasah Tanggo tourist location in Nagari Sarilamak, Limapuluh Kota Regency influence the possibility of visiting the public. A correlational strategy centered on quantitative analysis was used in this research. A total of ninety-six tourists were surveyed using Probability Sampling techniques. Methods such as surveys, participant observation, and documentation are used to collect data. Data analysis methods often use a series of tests, such as testing the reliability and validity of research instruments, as well as testing the classic assumptions of normality, autocorrelation, multicollinearity and heteroscedasticity. Apart from that, the R^2 Coefficient of Determination Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis Test, and Hypothesis Testing procedures in the form of Simultaneous Test/F Test and Partial Test/T Test were used. Software from IBM, SPSS Statistics 24, was used to carry out the experiment. The findings of this research indicate that the beauty variable has a significant effect on the tendency of tourists to visit Sarasah Tanggo. The tendency of tourists to visit the Sarasah Tanggo tourist destination is not significantly influenced and predicted by accessibility and facility criteria. Attraction, accessibility and facilities all work together to make the Sarasah Tanggo tourist area increasingly attractive to potential visitors.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low number of sales of typical food products in Dua Koto District, which is caused by the lack of promotion and innovation of products. The purpose of this research is to analyse the right strategy to increase product sales in the future. This research uses descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and SWOT analysis. The results showed that the most effective strategy is the ST strategy, which utilises existing strengths to overcome various threats that arise. This strategy includes increasing promotions, product innovation, and improving service quality to make products more competitive in the market. With the implementation of this strategy, it is expected that managers and sellers of typical food products can be more active in promoting their products, both through social media and direct marketing. In addition, innovations in packaging and product variations also need to be considered in order to attract more consumers. If this strategy is implemented optimally, it is expected that the number of sales of typical food products in Kecamatan Dua Koto will increase significantly in the future.

Abstract

Pertumbuhan nasabah produk pembiayaan pensiun di PT. BSI KCP Lubuk Basung dari tahun 2021-2024 mengalami peningkatan pertahunnya, tetapi selisih jumlah nasabah pertahun rentan sangat kecil dan jumlah nilai kontrak pertahun masih belum mencapai target bank. Oleh kaerna itu, Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan strategi yang dapat diterapkan oleh PT. BSI KCP Lubuk Basung dalam meningkatkan jumlah nasabah pada produk pembiayaan pensiun. Dalam konteks yang semakin kompetitif ini, di mana berbagai lembaga keuangan menawarkan produk serupa dan berlokasi di area yang saling berdekatan, sangat diperlukan pendekatan yang tepat untuk memenangkan persaingan pasar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pendekatan lapangan untuk mengamati fenomena yang terjadi di lokasi penelitian. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Adapun teknik analisis data yang diterapkan meliputi analisis SWOT, analisis matriks IFE dan EFE, serta analisis matriks SWOT dan total bobot skor. Berdasarkan analisis yang dilakukan, strategi-strategi tertentu dapat diterapkan oleh PT. BSI KCP Lubuk Basung untuk meningkatkan jumlah nasabah produk pembiayaan pensiun secara signifikan dengan menggunakan strategi SO yaitu mengembangkan produk pembiayaan pensiun dengan memanfaatkan teknologi yang tersedia dan menghandalkan SDM yang terampil. Meningkatkan promosi melalui berbagai media serta sosialisasi secara langsung (door-to-door). Meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan kepada nasabah dengan pelayanan yang professional. Memperkuat merek dengan tetap menjaga nilai syariahnya sebagai identitas utama.
