Abstract

Training is one of the functions that can be used to improve human resources. Training can be done in various educational institutions. In the world of education there are classes that are accepted not only students who have normal physical characteristics, but there are also learning schools that accept students who can be called Special Needs Children. Children with special needs can be said to be children who have limitations or differences compared to other normal children. These limitations can be shown through physical, ability, and emotional aspects. This research aims to analyze and suitable education patterns for children who experience special needs. The method used in this research is qualitative research using library research method by collecting data from recent articles. The results of this study show that children with special needs do not mean that they are not entitled to education like other normal children. Education for children with hearing and speech impairments can be done by implementing a learning environment that is tailored to their needs, for example: visual videos, picture cards, photos, and others.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the author's observations which show that there are still many MSEs who face various problems in running their businesses. This research aims to find out how empowerment is carried out by the Limapuluh Kota Regency Cooperative Trade and MSME Service and to find out the impact of this empowerment on the performance of MSEs that have taken part in the empowerment provided. This research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques use data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. And there were 7 informants in this study. The results of this research show that the empowerment provided by the Limapuluh Kota Regency Cooperative Trade and MSME Service is in the form of training, including product improvement training, financial managerial training, marketing digitalization training, technical guidance on business licensing, entrepreneurship training and MSE literacy to obtain certification. halal. And the empowerment provided influences the performance of MSEs which results in an increase in sales turnover from the previous year.

Abstract

The laws regulated by Allah in the Qur'an, basically have the aim of realizing and protecting human benefit, both individually and collectively. The Qur'an presents various forms of jinayat, and one of them is jinayat hudud. Shaykhul Islam Ibn Taymiyah Rahimahullah stated that hudud punishment comes from Allah's grace for the welfare of His creatures. The research method used is Library Research. Library Research (Library Research) is research in which data collection is carried out by collecting data from various literature. Etymologically, hudud is defined as a separation or barrier that cannot be crossed because of certain offenses that have punishment. Terminologically, hudud is defined as Allah's prohibition which commands humans to observe it and not approach it. This includes orders to abstain from certain acts that have been regulated and have predetermined penalties. Various Types of Violations of Hudud: Fiqhi scholars understand hudud in a limited and specific sense, which includes categorization of offenses such as adultery, accusation of adultery, theft, vandalism, rebellion, apostasy, and alcohol drinking. Hudud for each of these violations has a predetermined penalty.

Abstract

Mosques play an important role in the social life of Muslims, more than just a place of worship. In recent decades, mosques have begun to be seen as potential venues for carrying out a variety of activities that can support community well-being, one of which is in the area of health. The purpose of this article is to provide a more in-depth understanding of how places of worship, such as mosques, can play a significant role in improving the overall well-being and health of communities. involving qualitative methods. using several data collection methods that are qualitative in nature, including in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation. In-depth interviews were conducted with mosque administrators, medical personnel, and worshipers to explore their understanding of various aspects of the health program implemented at the mosque. The interviews were semi-structured, where the researcher used flexible interview guidelines to allow informants to explain their experiences more freely. research results This article examines how mosques can function as health centers that not only provide medical services, but also play a role in health education and counseling to worshipers. The research includes an analysis of mosques that have run health programs, such as free health check-ups, counseling on healthy lifestyles, and raising awareness of the importance of health.

Abstract

Digital transformation in the banking industry has driven the implementation of e-business as a primary strategy in realizing green banking, especially in Islamic banking based on the principles of sustainability and fairness. Digitalization through internet banking, mobile banking, and electronic payment systems enables operational efficiency, reduced use of physical resources, and reduced carbon footprint. In addition to increasing financial inclusion, e-business also strengthens transparency and transaction security. However, its implementation faces various challenges, such as digital infrastructure readiness, data security risks, and adaptation to Islamic regulations. Therefore, a comprehensive strategy and policy support are needed to ensure that this transformation is in accordance with Islamic principles and supports sustainability goals. The success of e-business integration in green banking in Islamic banking is highly dependent on technological readiness, supportive regulations, and awareness and active participation from various stakeholders. With proper implementation, Islamic banking can not only increase its competitiveness in the digital era, but also contribute to a more inclusive, efficient, and environmentally friendly financial system. Therefore, further research is needed on the most effective policies and business models to ensure that digitalization in Islamic banking is in line with the principles of green banking and long-term sustainability.

Abstract

The enactment of Indonesian law No. 5 of 2014 concerning the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) is the main driving factor in determining the success of a governance that focuses on employee performance that creates effective work productivity. This study aims to analyze the effect of the Smart ASN program on improving employee competence in the Sibolga Sambas District Government. The main focus of this research includes three variables, namely human resource management (HRM), Smart ASN employees, and socialization of the Smart ASN program. The method used is a quantitative approach with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis techniques through the SmartPLS application. The test results show that HR management has a significant influence on the formation of Smart ASN employees. Smart ASN employees have a positive impact on increasing employee competence and the success of the socialization of the Smart ASN program. In addition, Smart ASN employees act as mediators that strengthen the relationship between HR management with increased competence and the effectiveness of the socialization of the implementation of the Smart ASN program. This finding shows that effective HR management strategies can form ASNs that are adaptive to change and technology. The active role of employees in supporting the implementation of the Smart ASN program is an important factor in creating an innovative work environment. Therefore, competency development through the Smart ASN approach can be the basis for sustainable bureaucratic reform and improving the quality of public services.

Abstract

Game platform adalah sebuah sistem atau lingkungan di mana permainan video dapat dibuat, dan dimainkan. pemain mengendalikan karakter untuk melompati gantungan dan menghindari rintangan. Banyak game yang dimainkan dengan tingkat kesulitan yang tinggi dan susah dimainkan oleh kalangan orang karena dalam strategi permainan nya, sangat sulit dalam mengontrol jalannya di in game. Rabbit Jump adalah game yang dimana dalam bentuknya yang sederhana dan menarik perhatian kalangan banyak orang dan mampu membentuk konsentrari seseorang. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk membentuk karakter,konsentrasi dan pola pikir seseorang yang baik dan dituangkan ke dalam aplikasi Rabbit Jump. Dalam hal ini menggunakan metode Game Devlopment Life Cycle (GDLC) didalam metode ini terdapat 6 tahapan pengembangan yang digunakan diantaranya adalah tahap inisialisasi, tahap per-produksi, tahap produksi, tahap pengujian alpha, beta rilis dan versi liris. Aplikasi yang dikembangkan, nantinya dapat digunakan untuk memperkenalkan Rabbit Jump kepada anak-anak. Melalui game yang dibangun, harapannya dapat meningkatkan apresiasi terhadap Rabbit Jump, guna membentuk konsentrasi dan pola pikir yang baik.

Abstract

Administration is very necessary for the continuity of the teaching and learning process in the world of education. All of that cannot be separated from the activeness of those who master the administration in the school. People often underestimate the field of administration, even though if the administration is held by less skilled people then the administration will be messy and will not run properly. People who hold administration are people who have been trained in their field (people who have received knowledge or training). Administration is not only in financial terms but also in our neatness and order in bookkeeping. Administration is not only carried out within a certain time but every day systematically. The success of education in schools must be supported by orderly, directed, and planned school administration services. Where in its implementation must follow the direction of the development of an increasingly modern era and growing technological media. For this reason, there needs to be a clear and programmatic division of administrative tasks in each school to create a better school later.
