The purpose of this research is to determine how the image of Korean life imitating behavior in adolescents. Factors that influence adolescents imitate Korean lifestyle and psychosocial effects mimic Korean lifestyle in adolescents. In this study, determination of sampling in accordance with specific criteria that have been determined (criterion sampling). The research took two people from the respondents were older high school graduates go to college in Yogyakarta. Data Collection Methods in this study in the form of observation, semi-structured interviews and document study. The results of this study found that, mimicking the behavior of Korean lifestyle on the subject I is influenced by external factors such as positive reinforcement from the media, and the conditioning of the surrounding environment. While on the subject II is influenced by external factors such as positive reinforcement from the media, friends and conditioning of the surrounding environment. The impact of life imitating Korea. Namely, on the subject I, feel satisfied, his confidence increased, bigotry against idol, a addiet media (TV, CDs, magazines). While on the subject II, his confidence increased, a personal individualistic society like Korea, Consumptive against Korean entertainment, and want to figure idoanya. Conclusions in this study mimic the behavior of Korean lifestyle is found that both subjects using a different form in imitation. On the subject of I, he used a form of imitation modeling. While on the subject II using impersonation form of identification. Kata kunci : Observation learning, Imitation learning, Identifikation.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of compensation on the performance of employees in the production department at PT. Semen Tonasa II and III Pangkep Regency. The method used in this research is a quantitative method with the number of respondents being 51 employees who were used as samples using a sampling technique, namely using Solvin samples. The analysis used in this research is a simple linear regression test. The results of simultaneous testing of the education level variable have a positive and significant effect on the work productivity variable as proven based on the results of the simultaneous test with a significance value of f<α (0.000<0.05). The partial test results of the compensation variable have a positive and significant effect on employee performance variables with a significance value of f<α (0.000<0.05).

Abstract

Abstract

The rapid digital transformation in higher education has significantly impacted financial transaction systems, with electronic money (e-money) emerging as a pivotal technological innovation. This mixed-methods research comprehensively investigates the utilization, challenges, and implications of digital payment systems within academic institutions. By employing a sophisticated research design that integrates quantitative and qualitative methodologies, the study explores the adoption, user experiences, and technological infrastructure of e-money in higher education settings. The research encompassed a diverse sample of academic stakeholders across multiple universities, utilizing stratified random sampling to ensure representative data collection. Key findings reveal a substantial digital payment adoption rate of 72% among students and 68% among academic staff, indicating a significant shift towards digital financial ecosystems. The study identified critical factors influencing e-money adoption, including system security, user interface design, accessibility, and technological infrastructure.Notably, the research uncovered substantial variations in digital payment adoption based on socioeconomic backgrounds and geographical locations. Transaction efficiency improved by approximately 67%, with payment processes reduced from an average of 15-20 minutes to less than 3 minutes. However, challenges persist, with 33% of respondents reporting technical difficulties and accessibility concerns. The research contributes significant insights into the digital transformation of financial transactions in higher education, highlighting the need for inclusive technological strategies, robust security mechanisms, and continuous user education. Recommendations include enhancing technological infrastructure, developing user-centric design approaches, and fostering collaborative ecosystems between educational institutions, technology providers, and regulators. This study provides a comprehensive framework for understanding the complex dynamics of e-money adoption in academic environments, offering valuable perspectives for policymakers, educational administrators, and technology developers. By examining the intersection of technology, user experience, and institutional practices, the research illuminates the evolving landscape of digital financial systems in higher education.

Abstract

There are many landslide points on the Arso-Waris National road, so it is necessary to conduct research on the potential for landslides from the physical and shear strength properties. The analysis method uses Slope/W software from GeoStudio, using the Bishop and Fellenius analysis method. The results of the study on 4 points along the Arso-Waris section, showed that with a decrease in the value of the shear strength parameter, both the cohesion value (average decrease of 69.91%) and the value of the shear angle (average decrease of 92.77%) in the reverse analysis resulted in a decrease in the value of the safety factor score by 71.5% (Bishop Method) and 71.11% (Fellenius Method). The value of the smallest (critical) safety factor is 0,498, located at point 4 KM.105+193 in combination loading, by using Fellenius method. Changes in physical properties and shear strength have the potential to reduce safety factor so that there is potential for landslides.
