Abstract

Abstract. This study aimed to determine the relationship between self-maturity and forgiveness in the late adolescence. The hypothesis of this study was there is a positive correlation between self-maturity and forgiveness in the late adolescence. The population in this study were university students at UKRIDA. The research sample was taken by purposive sampling (N=108 subjects). This study used quantitative approach. The data were collected using a scale. The instruments that used in this study were forgiveness scale TRIM-18 (Transgression Related Interpersonal Motivation) and Self-Maturity scale. The data were analyzed by Pearson’s Product Moment correlation analysis. The result showed, that there is a positive relationship between self-maturity and forgiveness in late adolescence (r = 0.491; p < 0,01).Keywords: forgiveness, late adolescence, self-maturity

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah membedakan Pemahaman Tema Moral murid – murid di Sekolah Dasar Swasta dengan Negeri, sebab status sekolah menunjukkan perbedaan pengelolaannya, serta berdampak pada seleksi guru, proses pembelajaran dan sistem kontrol. Subyek penelitian adalah 568 orang murid SD Swasta dan Negeri di  Semarang, Magelang dan Temanggung yang dipilih secara random. Tes Pemahaman Tema Moral digunakan sebagai alat ukur dan data dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis varians. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya perbedaan Pemahaman Tema Moral yang signifikan, karena ternyata Pemahaman Tema Moral murid SD Swasta lebih tinggi dibandingkan  murid SD Negeri. Kata kunci : Pemahaman Tema Moral dan Status Sekolah.

Abstract

The scientific interest in homosexual measurement has grown over the past 30 years, marked by new instruments and terms that have emerged. This condition is triggered by LGBT people who get justice, especially in westerly countries, so the instruments that emerge in westerly countries are more directed towards justice and development for LBGT people. For this reason, the existent instruments are not in accordance with the Indonesian State, because existent instruments have not been adjusted to godly and cultural values. The purpose of this study is to develop a valid and reliable Inventory of Homosexuality and Transgender Exposure (IHTE) in accordance with religious and cultural values in Indonesia. Research samples 304 people spread in 14 provinces in Indonesia. The sampling technique is done by purposive random sampling; the analysis technique used is Rasch model. The findings show that the IHTE instrument is valid and reliable, inventory development is discussed further.

Abstract

The purpose of study is to describe domestic violence from the perspective of guidance and counseling using a behavioral and cognitive approach. Causes of domestic violence are wrong attitudes and values about the roles of men and women, authoritative power in the family, gender inequality, lower status of women, and power over women, and heads of households that manage or control the behavior of all ordinary families called the concept of patriarchy Based on the explanation above, the need for guidance and counseling services to overcome domestic violence behavior, namely: Adler therapy, rational emotive therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and feminist therapy. Abstract

AbstractSuccess in a career is synonymous with the welfare of an individual's life, which needs further handling from the counselor. In determining and preparing for a future career, counselors should use a valid and reliable inventory. However, inventory that is considered valid and reliable by the counselor still raises problems in administration, namely students are confused in setting the response point in the inventory. The purpose of this study is to find a clear and unambiguous rating scale to make it easier for students to set a response point in their inventory. The research sample uses area random sampling consisting of six groups of test subjects, namely: 1, n = 75; 2, n = 61; 3, n = 47; 4, n = 146; 5, n = 85; and 6, n = 63. Data in this study were 5-point Likert scale political data collected using career planning inventory. The research data were analyzed using the Rasch model by testing the rating scale analysis through Threshold analysis between ratings. The results showed the rating scale in the Threshold analysis, the rating scale changed to a four-point Likert scale with a choice of very inappropriate, not appropriate, appropriate, and very appropriate.Keywords: Career Planning; Likert Scale; Ratting Scale; Threshold AbstrakSukses dalam karier identik dengan kesejahteraan hidup individu, yang perlu penanganan lebih lanjut dari konselor. Dalam menentukan dan mempersiapkan karier dimasa depan, konselor mestinya menggunakan inventori yang valid dan reliabel. Namun, inventori yang dianggap valid dan reliabel oleh konselor masih memunculkan permasalahan dalam pengadministrasian, yaitu siswa bingung dalam menetapkan rating scale pada inventori. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menemukan skala penilaian yang jelas dan tidak ambigu untuk memudahkan siswa menetapkan rating scale pada inventori. Sampel penelitian menggunakan area random samplingyang terdiri dari enam kelompok subjek tes, yaitu: 1, n = 75; 2, n = 61; 3, n = 47; 4, n = 146; 5, n = 85; dan 6, n = 63. Data dalam penelitian ini berupa data politomi 5-point Likert scale yang dikumpulkan menggunakan career planning inventory. Data penelitian dianalisis menggunakan model Rasch dengan menguji rating scale analysis melalui analisis Threshold antar rating. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan rating scale pada analisis Threshold, rating scale berubah menjadi empat point Likert scale dengan pilihan sangat tidak sesuai, kurang sesuai, sesuai, dan sangat sesuai. Abstract

Indonesia is the 4th the most populous country in the world after China, India and the United States. So that the State of Indonesia is included in one of the developing countries in the world. However, in scientific publications, Indonesia ranks 48th in the world. This encourages researchers' interest in assessing the psychological condition of Indonesian students in writing, because writing skills is not only cognitive but also emotional activities. The purpose of this study was to describe the anxiety conditions of Indonesian students in writing based on gender, ethnicity, province, department, university, and writing experience. This type of research is descriptive. The research sample is 1002 respondents consisting of eight ethnic groups in Indonesia. The data in this study are 5-point Likert scale politomy data collected using the writing apprehension scale. The instrument consisted of 26 statements of general anxiety about writing, teacher writing evaluations, peer writing evaluations, and professional evaluations (e.g., publishers and magazine editors) administered online. The research data were analyzed using the Rasch model using variable maps, and subtotal specifications. The findings show that there is no difference in anxiety of male and female students in writing, students who have never written will experience more writing anxiety than students who have written. Thus, students who have written but have not finished writing a paper will also experience writing anxiety.

Abstract

Pada usia remaja 13-18 tahun biasanya individu memerlukan orang lain atau teman sebaya untuk membentuk persahabatan. Dalam persahabatan terkadang sering terdapat konflik yang memicu perselisihan antar individu yang bersahabat. Cara mengatasi konflik tersebut memerlukan motivasi pengampunan untuk menjaga hubungan kualitas persahabatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara pengampunan dengan kualitas persahabatan pada remaja. Partisipan penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan jumlah 381 partisipan remaja yang berusia 13-18 tahun. Skala yang digunakan untuk mengukur pengampunan adalah Transgression scale-Related Interpersonal Motivation (TRIM-18) yang berdasar pada teori McCullough. Skala yang digunakan untuk mengukur kualitas persahabatan adalah Friendship Qualities Scale yang dikembangkan oleh Bukowski, Hoza, dan Boivin. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif korelasional dengan menggunakan koefisien Spearman’s Rank. Hasil uji korelasi menunjukkan terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara pengampunan dengan dimensi-dimensi dari kualitas persahabatan. Motivasi pengampunan memiliki hubungan dalam suatu kualitas persahabatan pada remaja yang berkonflik.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to illustrate the contribution of BK supervision to counselor performance. The sample of this study was 87 Counselor spread in Sumatera Utara schools. Data were collected through two questionnaires, namely: BK supervision (reliability item 0.91) and the performance of Counselor (reliability item 0.95), which was analyzed descriptively. The results showed that the counselor performance was in the good category with a percentage of 62.1% and the supervision of the BK received was in the good category with a percentage of 50.6%. Furthermore, the results of the study indicate there is a contribution to the supervision of BK on the performance of Counselor with a contribution value of 20.2%. Besides that, the regression coefficient is positive, so it can be stated that the influence of the BK supervision variable (X) on the counselor performance (Y) teacher is positive. The implications are further discussed for the supervisory process of the counselor performance
