Abstract

This study aims to find out how much influence work discipline has on improving the performance of employees of the Directorate General of Human Rights. The research was conducted at the Directorate General of Human Rights which began from January 2014 to July 2014. With simple regression analysis techniques known that Work Discipline has a significant and positive effect on Employee Performance, the amount of influence is 35.0 percent.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the influence of motivation on employee productivity in the Medical Finance Administration Department of THE NAVY Hospital Dr. Mintoharjo Jakarta. The research was conducted at the TNI Al Dr. Mintohardjo Hospital Jakarta precisely in the Medical Administration section of the TNI Al Hospital Dr. Mintohardjo Jakarta which is located at Jalan Bendungan Hilir Tanah Abang, Central Jakarta. This research was conducted from March to June 2014. The method carried out in this research is regression analysis. This is done to find out the relationship between the two variables studied, as well as to find out if one variable has a significant effect on the other variable. The results showed that Work Motivation has a significant and positive effect on Employee Work Productivity, the amount of influence is 54.31 percent. While the remaining 45.69 percent was influenced by other variables outside the research such as Discipline, Remuneration, Leadership, Work Culture, and Competence

Abstract

Dalam sistem ekonomi konvensional salah satu bidang yang dipelajari adalah lembaga keuangan, yang lebih dominan dengan kegiatan terkait dengan perbankan. Hal ini dikarenakan bank merupakan lembaga keuangan yang cukup intens dinamika perkembangannya sehingga perlu dipelajari dinamika yang terjadi, tanpa menafikkan peran penting dari lembaga keuangan lainnya. Dalam perbankan, dipelajari pemberian kredit dan sumber dana perbankan, suku bunga, dan sebagainya.

Abstract

Kreativitas guru dibutuhkan untuk mendorong peningkatan kualitas lulusan agar mempercepat pencapaian tujuan pendidikan nasional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan strategi dan cara meningkatkan kreativitas guru untuk dijadikan masukan dan rekomendasi bagi pihak terkait yaitu guru, kepala sekolah, dan kantor kementerian agama. Hal ini dilakukan dengan menguji kekuatan hubungan antara kreativitas guru (Y) dan kepemimpinan transformasional (X1) dan keterlibatan kerja (X2). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian korelasional, menggunakan metode kuantitatif, dengan engumpulan data melalui survei. Dijelaskan dengan analisis statistik, dianalisis dengan analisis korelasional. Populasi penelitian ini adalah 165 guru tetap madrasah tsanawiayah di Madiun. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 116 responden ditentukan dengan rumus Taro Yamane, dipilih dengan menggunakan metode proportional random sampling. Hasil penelitian kuantitatif menemukan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional yang menekankan pengaruh ideal, simulasi intelektual, motivasi inspirasional, dukungan instruksional, pertimbangan individu, dan pengaruh nilai-nilai etika dapat meningkatkan kreativitas guru. Keterlibatan kerja yang menekankan partisipasi aktif dalam pekerjaan, kompetensi, pentingnya pekerjaan, peluang pengembangan, tingkat kinerja, dan minat pada tujuan organisasi dapat meningkatkan kreativitas guru

Abstract

The number of private pawnbrokers in Indonesia is increasing, but their contribution, particularly to credit distribution, is relatively small. This research aims to identify the correlation between company dimensions, pawnbroker income, and the inflation rate, with increased credit distribution. This study examines the strength of the correlation between the variables of company dimensions, pawnbroker income, and the inflation rate with credit distribution. This research uses a quantitative correlational method. The data collection technique uses purposive sampling. The data collection method is secondary, using annual time series data from 2016 to 2024. The analysis method uses multiple linear regression. The results of this research conclude that, in part, company dimensions and pawnbroker income have a positive effect on credit distribution. The inflation rate has a positive and very strong correlation between company dimensions and pawnbroker income with credit distribution. The inflation rate has a positive but less strong correlation with credit distribution. However, simultaneously, there is a positive influence and a positive correlation between company dimensions, pawnbroker income, and the inflation rate with increased credit distribution in private pawnbrokers.

Abstract

The research aims to find strategies and ways to improve creativity, by testing the strength of the relationship between teacher engagement and creativity. The study uses a quantitative approach with a correlational research method, with data collection through surveys. Data analysis techniques, using correlational analysis and SITOREM analysis. The research sample was 114 teachers, from a population of 160 teachers at MTs Kota Madiun. Determination of the sample using the Taro Yamane formula, selected using proportional random sampling techniques. The results of the study indicate that there is a positive and significant relationship between teacher engagement and creativity. This means that strengthening teacher engagement will be able to increase their creativity. The results of the SITOREM analysis show that there are indicators of teacher engagement that are a priority to be improved, namely: the job is important, interest in organizational goals, having competence, opportunities for self-development, and high performance for self-esteem. Indicators that need to be maintained/developed are actively participating in their work.

Abstract

The development of private pawnshops is increasing every year in Indonesia, with 200 private pawnshops expected to reach 200 by May 2026. However, their national revenue contribution is still small, at 3%. This study aims to determine the influence of the rupiah exchange rate, inflation rate, number of customers, and company size on the increase in private pawnshop revenue. In this case, the influence of the rupiah exchange rate (X1), inflation rate (X2), number of customers (X3), and company size (X4) on private pawnshop revenue (Y) was tested. The research method used a quantitative method, through an associative approach. The sampling method used purposive sampling. The data collection method used secondary data, in the form of annual time series data, 2017-2025. The data analysis method used multiple linear regression analysis. Referring to the findings of this study, it is concluded that the rupiah exchange rate partially has a positive and significant effect on private pawnshop revenue. The inflation rate does not have an effect and is not significant on private pawnshop revenue. The number of customers has a positive and significant effect on private pawnshop revenue. Company size has a positive and significant effect on private pawnshop revenue. Meanwhile, simultaneously, the rupiah exchange rate, inflation rate, number of customers, and company size have a positive and significant influence on increasing private pawn income.
