Abstract

PT. Cisadane Sawit Raya TBK. Labuhanbatu is a company engaged in the field of oil palm plantation located in Labuhanbatu district. This company is included in the company that has the most producers in the Labuhanbatu area, to increase production output, of course, a good and structured information system is needed. This study discusses the evaluation of a management information system for increasing oil palm production, a good information system is useful for planning, and making decisions about increasing oil palm production for the sustainability of the company, while the author's goal is to see what a management information system is being run by the company to improve yields palm oil production and whether the current information system is effective. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, all data that has been collected is analyzed and then a conclusion is drawn. from the results of data analysis that has been carried out, there is an increase and decrease in oil palm FFB every year, the highest production was in 2017 which increased by 17.2% from the previous year from the data that has been analyzed, it can be concluded that the management information system to increase oil palm production at PT. Cisadane Sawit Raya TBK. Labuhanbatu. This is good because the company's target is met every year, although the replanting of FFB still meets the company's target.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of promotional strategies, product design, and halal labels on purchasing decisions on the culinary king of kebabs and rantauprapat burgers. The population in this study is the culinary consumer of the king of kebabs and rantauprapat burgers. The number of samples in this study amounted to 96 samples. The sampling technique used was non-probability sampling and the researcher used accidental sampling. The testing technique used in this test is validity, reliability, multiple linear regression, normality test, heteroscedasticity test, multicoloniarity test and coefficient of determination. TEST The hypothesis uses the t-test to prove the effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable. The test results in this study indicate that promotional strategies affect purchasing decisions, product design affects purchasing decisions, halal labels affect purchasing decisions. Simultaneously promotion strategy, product design, halal label affect purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: 1) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh masa kerja terhadap komitmen organisasi pada PT. Lingga Tiga Sawit Sigambal, 2) untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap komitmen organisasi pada PT. Lingga Tiga Sawit Sigambal dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap komitmen organisasi pada PT. Lingga Tiga Sawit Sigambal. Hipotesis penelitian adalah variabel masa kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi pada PT. Lingga Tiga Sawit Sigambal, variabel kepuasan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi pada PT. Lingga Tiga Sawit Sigambal dan variabel lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap komitmen organisasi pada PT. Lingga Tiga Sawit Sigambal. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah karyawan pada PT. Lingga Tiga Sawit Sigambal. Karena populasi yang sedikit, maka seluruh 39 karyawan dijadikan sebagai responden dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) masa kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi pada PT. Lingga Tiga Sawit Sigambal, kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi pada PT. Lingga Tiga Sawit Sigambal dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi pada PT. Lingga Tiga Sawit Sigambal.

Abstract

Pandemi covid-19 yang melanda diseluruh dunia memberikan dampak terhadap keberlangsungan usaha terutama pada UMKM. Dengan adanya pembatasan social, dan protocol kesehatan yang perlu diterapkan, UMKM mengalami penurunan omset yang signifikan, bahkan tidak banyak pelaku UMKM yang harus tutup atau berhenti berproduksi. Namun UMKM di Rantauprapat banyak yang membuktikan diri tetap dapat berproduksi dan bertahan selama masa pandemic, karena memiliki kemampuan yang dinamis. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui strategi apa saja yang dilakukan oleh pelaku usaha mikro kecil dan menengah (UMKM) serta bagaimana penerapan strategi sehingga dapat bersaing dan bertahan selama masa pandemic covid-19. Metode analisis menggunakan analisis kualitatif dan deskriptif serta kajian literatur
