<![CDATA[Penelitian ini menguji pengaruh supervisi kepala sekolah dan motivasi kerja guru terhadap kinerja guru. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan expost facto. Instrument yang digunakan adalah kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis data korelasi linier sederhana dan korelasi linier berganda dengan bantuan program SPSS For Windows Versi 22 untuk uji signifikansi menggunakan uji-T dan uji-F. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh yang signifikan supervisi kepala sekolah dan motivasi kerja guru baik secara parsial maupun bersama-sama terhadap kinerja guru SD Negeri di Kecamatan Ilir Timur Tiga Kota Palembang. Penelitian ini memberi kontribusi bagi kepala sekolah untuk meningkatkan cara kerja supervisinya dan dapat meningkatkan motivasi guru agar kinerja guru menjadi lebih baik.]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian tindakan kelas merupakan penelitian yang dapat dilakukan guru dalam rangka memperbaiki proses pembelajaran di kelas untuk mencapai tujuan tertentu. Pelatihan ini untuk memberikan solusi atas permasalahan guru yang terjadi pada kelas yang diajarnya. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman guru-guru mengenai penyusunan proposal PTK dalam pembelajaran di SMA Negeri 3 Kayu Agung. Peserta kegiatan pelatihan adalah guru-guru SMA Negeri 3 Kayu Agung. Kegiatan dilakukan dengan pelatihan, tanya jawab dan drill dengan melalui beberapa tahapan. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini yaitu (1) Sosialisasi penyusunan proposal penelitian tindakan kelas; (2) pendampingan penulisan proposal PTK, (3) Pemberian tugas membuat proposal penelitian tindakan kelas. Dalam pendampingan pembuatan proposal penelitian tindakan kelas ini, setiap peserta diwajibkan untuk membuat proposal penelitian tindakan dengan didampingi oleh tim pengabdi dari PPs Universitas PGRI Palembanga, Jurusan Manajemen Pendidikan. Kesimpulan hasil pelatihan (1) Ada peningkatkan keterampilan guru di SMA Negeri 3 Kayu Agung dalam menyusun proposal penelitian tindakan kelas, (2) Dalam menumbuhkembangkan budaya akademik di lingkungan sekolah Taman Rama Denpasar dalam melakukan perbaikan mutu pendidikan sudah mengalami peningkatan dalam membuat proposal dan melaksanakan PTK.]]>

<![CDATA[This study was conducted to analyze and describe the influence of principal managerial and teacher work motivation on teacher performance, especially in high school in Region 3 OKU Selatan. The implementation of this research refers to quantitative research methods, with data collection techniques through questionnaires and documentation. To analyze the data, it is done by means of parametric statistical analysis through the t test and F test. The data obtained is carried out by analyzing the prerequisites that have been met such as the normality of the data distribution, and the absence of heteroscedasticity symptoms. The results achieved from this study are partially managerial principals have a significant influence on teacher performance; work motivation has a significant effect on teacher performance; Simultaneously, the principal managerial variables and teacher work motivation proved to have a positive and significant influence on the performance of high school teachers in Region 3 OKU Selatan.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to identify and analyze: (1) the relationship between the use of audio-visual media and teacher performance; (2) The relationship between teacher motivation and teacher performance; (3) The relationship between the use of audio-visual media and teacher motivation together on teacher performance. A double linear regression quantitative research method was used to achieve this goal. This research was conducted in Public Elementary Schools in Ilir Timur II District, Palembang, with 64 teachers as respondents—data collection techniques using questionnaires and documentation. The validation test uses validity by looking at the Pearson correlation value. Meanwhile, the reliability test uses Cronbach's Alpha. Analysis tests using normality, heteroscedasticity, multicollinearity, and linearity tests. Test the hypothesis using the T, F, and R 2 tests. The results showed that: (1) there is a positive and significant relationship t table 1.99773, (2) there is a positive and significant relationship between teacher motivation and teacher performance with a value of t table 5.816 > t table 1.99773, (3) there is a positive and significant relationship between the use of audio-visual media and teacher motivation with teacher performance with a correlation value of 0.713 with a percentage of 71.3%, while 28.7% was determined by other factors not mentioned in this study.]]>

<![CDATA[This study was conducted with the aim of analyzing and describing the influence of principals' leadership and school culture on teacher performance, either partially or simultaneously. To perform these tests, this research uses quantitative methods. Data collection techniques were carried out through questionnaires and documentation, and the data obtained were analyzed through multiple regression tests which first tested the normality distribution of the data, symptoms of heteroscedasticity and multicollinearity. The results obtained from the research conducted stated that the data were normally distributed, there were no symptoms of heteroscedasticity and multicollinearity so that the test was continued with parametric statistical analysis. So it can be concluded that the principal's leadership partially has a significant influence on teacher performance. Likewise, school culture has a significant influence on teacher performance in partial testing. In simultaneous testing, it was stated that the principal's leadership and school culture had a significant influence on the performance of kindergarten teachers in the Banyuasin III sub-district, Banyuasin Regency. <![CDATA[This study aims to determine the effect of teacher professionalism and teacher work commitment on the quality of teaching of Class X students in Middle School in Lempuing District. To achieve these objectives, using quantitative research methods. This research was conducted by SMA/MA in Lempuing District, Ogan Komering Ilir Regency, with a sample of 174 teachers from 8 SMA/MA selected by purposive sampling technique and used as the study population. Data collection techniques are systematic observation, literature study, questionnaires, and documentation. The operational definitions of the variables that will be presented are the operational definitions of the variables of professionalism (X 1 ), teacher work commitment (X 2 ) and the quality of learning of class X students of middle school in Lempuing sub-district ( Y). Based on the research that has been done, the results show that (1) there is a positive influence between teacher professionalism on the learning quality of class X Middle School in Lempuing sub-district, (2) there is a positive influence between teacher commitment to the quality of learning for class X Middle School in Lempuing sub-district, and (3) there is a positive influence between teacher professionalism and teacher commitment to the quality of learning for class X Middle School in the Lempuing sub-district.]]>

<![CDATA[This research examines the role of teachers in implementing a project to strengthen students' Pancasila profiles towards fostering a positive culture at SD Negeri 241 Palembang. The research aims to explore how teachers contribute to shaping students' understanding and realization of Pancasila values, thus encouraging the creation of a positive cultural environment in schools. Through qualitative methods, including interviews and observations, this research examines teachers' strategies, the challenges they face, and their impact on student attitudes and behavior. The findings show that teachers play an important role in instilling Pancasila values, influencing students' cultural perceptions, and fostering a conducive learning atmosphere in line with national ethos and moral values. This research underlines the importance of teacher involvement in character education and its implications in creating a harmonious school environment that is rooted in Indonesian cultural values.]]>

<![CDATA[Educational efforts are planned to influence other people, both individuals, groups, and communities so that they do what is expected by educators. This study provides a problem definition for the object of the research problem on the Influence of Leadership Style and Motivation on Teacher Performance in Junior High Schools Jirak Jaya District Musi Banyuasin Regency. The method in this research is a quantitative method with a survey approach using the Cluster Random Sampling Area technique and data analyzed using the SPSS Software For Windows Version 21 assistance program. The result in this research there are significant influence of leadership style on the performance of Junior High School teachers in Jirak Jaya District and contributes 29.7%, the performance of Junior High School teachers based on effect of teacher work motivation in Jirak Jaya District and contributes 29.4% of the influence, and the performance of Junior High School teachers based on leadership style and work motivation in Jirak Jaya District and contributes 70.8% influence, and the rest is influenced by other factors not listed in this study.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to determine the influence of teacher professionalism and learning facilities on the quality of education in State Middle Schools in Talang Kelapa District. Teacher professionalism is measured through teacher pedagogical, personality, social and professional competencies, while learning facilities include facilities and infrastructure that support the learning process in schools. This research uses a quantitative method with a survey approach, involving a sample of teachers and students in State Middle Schools throughout Talang Kelapa District. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression to test the influence of independent variables on the quality of education. The research results show that teacher professionalism and learning facilities have a positive and significant influence on the quality of education. This indicates that increasing teacher professionalism and providing adequate learning facilities can improve the quality of education in schools. Therefore, it is hoped that there will be improvements in these two aspects in order to achieve better quality education in State Middle Schools throughout Talang Kelapa District.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine and describe the influence of teacher motivation and competence on student learning outcomes at public elementary schools in the District of Sematang Borang Palembang. This research was conducted at a public elementary school in the District of Sematang Borang Palembang. The type of research used in this seresearch is quantitative research. The total population in this study was 100 teachers. Data collection techniques in this study were carried out in several ways, namely questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used is a multiple regression model with the help of SPSS for Windows. The results of the study concluded that partially Motivation had a positive and significant effect on Student Learning Outcomes at Public Elementary Schools in Sematang Borang District, Palembang City and Teacher Competence had a positive and significant effect on Student Learning Outcomes at Public Elementary Schools in Sematang Borang District, Palembang City. Meanwhile, simultaneously Teacher Motivation and Competence have a significant effect on Student Learning Outcomes at Public Elementary Schools in Sematang Borang District, Palembang.
