Abstract

This study departs from the problem that there are still many tourist attractions or tourist destinations in Indonesia that have not been exposed and need a touch of promotion in order to encourage the level of tourist visits. One of them is by using destination branding and destination atmosphere as an effort to attract the interest of visiting the community and in the end the community can make a decision to visit the destination tourist location. This study aims to further examine the destination branding and destination atmosphere as an effort to promote tourism in Banten. This type of research is quantitative research. The data collection technique in this study was conducted by survey techniques using a questionnaire as a research instrument, with a purposive sampling technique. Data analysis used (SEM) analysis techniques and AMOS program analysis tools. The results show that there is a positive and significant influence between social media and visiting interest, destination branding has a positive and significant effect between visiting interest, destination atmosphere has a positive and significant effect between g and visiting interest, there is a positive and significant influence between destinations. Branding with visiting decisions, there is no positive and significant influence between destination atmosphere and visiting decisions, and there is a positive and significant influence between interest in visiting and visiting decisions.

Abstract

Indonesian handicrafts are one of the prides of Indonesia, because since 2015 handicrafts have been listed as one of the three sub-sectors that contribute to the GDP of the largest creative economy in Indonesia. Based on data from the Office of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises of Banten Province, there was a decline in the pottery business including, a decrease in income of 36% (thirty six percent) for the last 3 years (2019-2021). Therefore, pottery business actors need the ability to facing the market changes such as market orientation, to meet consumer needs that have a positive impact on marketing performance. The main problem in this study is how to improve the marketing performance of pottery business actors through market orientation and the purpose of this study is to analyze the role of market orientation variables with intervening variables, including dynamic marketing capabilities and market entry speed, in improving marketing performance. This research used quantitative methods with 83 pottery business actors in Banten Province as the object of research with sampling technique uses non probability sampling (purposive sampling) and using SEM PLS to analyze the data. Finding:  This research proves that Market Orientation affects Dynamic Marketing Capabilities and Market Entry Speed on marketing performance. In this study it was found: 1) Market Orientation has a negative effect on Marketing Performance 2) Dynamic Marketing Capability and Market Entry Speed have a positive effect on Marketing Performance 3) Dynamic Marketing Capability and Market Entry Speed mediate Market Orientation on Marketing PerformanceThis research proves that Market Orientation has a negative effect on Marketing Performance and prove that Dynamic Marketing Capabilities and Market Entry Speed mediate Market Orientation on Marketing Performance

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa Pengaruh moderasi dukungan social dalam menurunkan dampak negatif stress kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian dilakukan pada karyawan perbankan dengan jumlah sampel diambil secara sampling jenuh, sebanyak 58 orang dari Bank bjb Cabang Labuan. Metode pada penelitian ini menggunakan kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang diukur dengan skala penilaian 1 s.d 10 dan dianalisa menggunakan model SEM-PLS. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa stress kerja yang dialami karyawan tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja yang dihasilkan. Meskipun demikian, hubungan stress kerja dan kinerja adalah negatif yang artinya tetap membutuhkan dukungan sosial untuk dapat mengubahnya menjadi hal yang positif bagi kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

Along with the behaviour changes toward digitalisation in the pandemic, reliable data to manage tourism marketing in Indonesia is needed. The study objectives are to go into detail on the application of big data and identify what kind of data is necessary for tourism marketing based on the previous research. Most studies about big data on tourism marketing come from overseas, with only a few from Indonesian authors. Questions were raised on what big data is used in tourism marketing and what data is needed, mainly for Indonesia. The use of big data and the kind of data for the benefit of tourism marketing in this study has yet to be discovered. The study adopted SLR with the PRISMA approach and continued with bibliometric analysis using VOS Viewers based on keywords and co-occurrence. Scopus is a database source, and 105 articles published from 2002 to 2022 are found. There are six clusters from plotting extensive data application networks. Two forms of big data can be gained to foresee tourism marketing in post-pandemic recovery. The utilisation cluster is the consumer behaviour research, technology operation, social media, future prediction based on network sentiment analysis, and innovation in smart tourism. Data from the tourism industry and non-tourism sector can be utilised. The study implied combining both the tourism and non-tourism sectors as integrated big data in tourism marketing for decision-making in the future. Abstract

Performance is an important thing that reflects the good or bad service of an institution. This research was conducted at RSUD Dr. Drajat Prawiranegara to find out how the influence of emotional intelligence in improving employee performance by using the intervening variable of work discipline. The research population was 83 nurses. This study is a causality study whose data were analyzed using the SEM-PLS method. Based on the hypothesis test conducted, it shows that there is a positive and significant effect of emotional intelligence on work discipline and employee performance, and there is a positive and significant effect of work discipline on the performance at RSUD Dr. Prawiranegara Drajat. This study also proves that there is a partial mediation of work discipline on the influence of emotional intelligence to improve employee performance

Abstract

An imbalance in workload and employee readiness for demands at work has the potential to cause burnout. This research adds job crafting as a skill to reorganize work in the most appropriate way. The research aims to examine the influence of self-efficacy on burnout which is mediated by job crafting. The research method uses a path analysis approach, with the research object being 100 employees at PT PLN Indonesia Power. This research found that there is an influence of self-efficacy on job crafting and the influence of job crafting on burnout. Employees who have self-efficacy and are given good job crafting are less likely to experience burnout.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of work motivation and work environment on the performance of employees in an organization. Work motivation and work environment are important factors that can affect staff performance levels. In the context of human resources management, it is important for organizations to take these factors into account in order to improve productivity and achieving the goals of the organization as a whole. Through an empirical and theoretical study approach, the study highlights the importance of creating a conducive working environment and increasing employee motivation in an effort to optimal performance. The results of this research are expected to provide useful insights for managers and organizational leaders in managing human resources more effectively.
