Abstract

This study aims to: 1) find out data and information related to the readiness of study programs that have been accredited A at the Muhammadiyah University of North Sumatra in order to participate in international accreditation; 2) to find out how to create and determine the readiness model of study programs that have been accredited A in following international accreditation at the Muhammadiyah University of North Sumatra; 3) to implement and improve the international accreditation preparation model for study programs that have been accredited A at the Muhammadiyah University of North Sumatra. The research method used is research and development using Borg and Gall. Borg and Gall applied only up to step 5 only. This is because the ultimate goal of this research is to apply the model that has been found. The 5 steps start from initial research, determining the model, implementing the model and improving the model. To find the condition and readiness of the study program used descriptive research methods with categorization analysis for the measuring instrument. The results of this study were analyzed to determine the model for implementing the study program's readiness to carry out international accreditation. The model formed will be applied to one study program. The results of this application will be used to improve the first model that has been formed and applied earlier. Through this research, a model for implementing international accreditation has been found for study programs that have been accredited A by BAN PT at UMSU. This model can be used as material for other study programs in carrying out international accreditation and can be imitated by study programs at other universities with the same desire. The output of this research is being worked on because the research process has just been completed.

Abstract

The Election Smart House was established as a political education learning center for the community in increasing voter participation in the Deli Serdang KPUD. This study uses research and development methods, to find the best model in carrying out political education at the Deli Serdang KPU, especially in the THE Election Smart House Program. Collecting data on political education carried out by the Deli Serdang KPUD Election Smart House and then reviewing and planning the development of the Deli Serdang KPUD Election Smart House program as a means of political education. The results of the study found that Deli Serdang KPUD had been trying to provide as a facilitator to expand political information and education and the election agenda as well as increase voter participation. The implementation of the Deli Serdang KPUD Election Smart House program is carried out by utilizing space from one building or special building to carry out all public education programs or activities. For the development of the Deli Serdang KPUD The Election Smart House program using methods, namely (1) through face-to-face in Election Smart House by receiving visits (2) providing visits (3) social utilization (4) involving religious leaders, youth leaders and women leaders (eg OKP and Youth Organizations). ) and (5) urge political parties to be directly involved in conducting political education activities for the community youth leaders and women leaders (eg OKP and Youth Organizations).

Abstract

Hukum waris mendapatkan kedudukan yang sangat penting dalam agama Islam, bahkan Alqur’an mengatur hukum waris secara terperinci. Hal ini dapat dimengerti karena setiap orang pastia akan berhubungan dengan warisan, dan kalau tidak diberikan ketentuan pasti akan menimbulkan sengketa diantara para ahli waris. Setiap terjadi peristiwa kematian seseorang, segera timbul pertanyaan tentang bagaimana harta peninggalannya harus di perlakukan. Ilmu yang pertaman diangkat dari permukaan bumi ini adalah hukum waris (Faraidh). Begitu pentingnya ilmu ini untuk dipelajari dan oleh umat islam khususnya, agar tidak menimbulkan sengketa dalam keluarga dan tidak menimbulkan ketidak adilan di anatara para ahli waris.Keywords: Faraidh, nilai-nilai Islam, fiqih warisan

Abstract

THE EFFECT OF ACUPRESSURE ON PAIN LEVEL AND LONG TIME OF LABOR IN PRIMIPARA MOTHERS IN SULTAN IMANUDDIN HOSPITAL PANGKALAN BUN Acupressure is able to stimulate the release of oxytocin for delivery induction and manage the pain during delivery term. The research is aimed to identify the influence of acupressure toward the delivery pain and its duration of Primiparaous mother. This research used quantitative with cross-sectional design method. Meanwhile, the eighty one- respondent sample of this research were collected from RSSI Pangkalan Bun The result showed that the respondent’s characteristic of mother who treated with and non-acupressure was homogeny (p>alpha, ?: 0, 05) and acupressure influenced toward delivery pain and duration with p<0, 05 significantly. Hence, Acupressure is effectively used in reducing delivery pain level and its duration on the first stage. Key words: Acupressure, delivery duration, delivery pain, non-pharmacological method.

Abstract

Pijatan Akupresur yang dilakukan dengan benar pada titik titik batuk pilek akan membuat relaksasi otot, termasuk organ paru pun ikut menjadi releksasi dan pendistribusian darah menjadi lebih lancar, sehingga kebutuhan oksigen pun menjadi optimal dan mengurangi produksi sekret yang berlebihan. Masa bayi atau balita merupakan masa emas untuk pertumbuhan dan perkembangan anak sehingga perlu mendapatkan perhatian khusus. Batuk pilek merupakan alasan tersering orang tua membawa anak ke dokter. Umumnya karena orangtua merasa khawatir akan batuk, pilek dan radang tenggorokan si anak (kadang juga karena anak menolak makan); mereka khawatir ada masalah yang serius terkait keluhan tersebut. Hal ini mengakibatkan terjadinya penurunan batuk pilek.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain Quasy experiment dengan rancangan pretest - posttest with control group design yaitu nilai probabilitas (p) sebesar 0,000 yang artinya lebih kecil dibandingkan dengan taraf signifikasi 0,05. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara pengaruh Akupresur terhadap penurunan lamanya batuk pilek.

Abstract

Partograf  pada saat pertolongan persalinan oleh bidan merupakan hal yang sangat penting. Namun dalam praktiknya masih banyak bidan yang tidak mengetahui penggunaan partograf untuk memantau kemajuan persalinan serta tidak mampu menafsirkan temuan partograf sehingga sering kali terlambat mengenali tanda- tanda penyulit pada persalinan dan mengakibatkan kematian pada ibu. Oleh karena itu, calon tenaga kesehatan terutama mahasiswa institusi pendidikan kesehatan perlu dipersiapkan sedini mungkin untuk menguasai dan mengaplikasikan interpretasi partograf. Hal ini diperlukan mengubah model pembelajaran yang tidak hanya berpusat pada guru saja akan tetapi pembelajaran pada siswa seperti simulasi dan latihan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis metode simulasi dan latihan dengan metode konvensional terhadap kemampuan interpretasi partograf pada mahasiswa kebidanan.Desain penelitian Quasi Experimental dengan rancangan Pre-Postest With Control Group Design. Subjek penelitian ini adalah seluruh mahasiswa DIII Kebidanan Semester III STIKes Insan Cendekia Medika Jombang sejumlah 50 orang. Data dianalisis dengan Uji Statistik Mann Whitney dan Uji Independent Sample Test,Chi-Square. Hasil Penelitian ini menujukkan terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara simulasi dan latihan dengan metode konvensional terhadap peningkatan kemampuan interpretasi partograf mahasiswa kebidanan dengan nilai p= <0,05; RR sebesar 2,60 (IK 95%=1,09-6,20) menjelaskan metode yang diberikan simulasi dan latihan berpeluang 2,60 kali memiliki kemampuan baik interpretasi partograf dibandingan metode konvensional.

Abstract

Metode pembelajaran merupakan landasan praktik pembelajaran hasil penurunan teori psikologi pendidikan dan teori belajar yang dirancang berdasarkan analisis terhadap implementasi kurikulum dan implikasinya pada tingkat operasional dikelas (Suprijono, 2011). metode pembelajaran tutor sebaya terhadap hasil belajar materi senam nifas karena dari permasalahan diatas penggunaan metode pembelajaran yang digunakan metode ceramah yang cenderung kurang memberikan pengalaman belajar yang optimal kepada peserta didik. peneliti ingin mengidentifikasikan adakah Pengaruh metode pembelajaran tutor sebaya terhadap hasil belajar materi senam nifas pada Mahasiswa DIII Kebidanan semester II STIKES Dian Husada Mojokerto. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan desain Experimen, dengan rancangan Quasy Experimen dengan kelompok eksperimental dan kelompok kontrol dengan post test only control group desain. Dari 18 responden dengan metode pembelajaran tutor teman sebaya hasil belajar senam nifas sebesar 16,67% terkategori Baik, sebanyak 83,3% terkategori amat baik. Dari 18 responden dengan metode pembelajaran tanpa tutor teman sebaya hasil belajar senam nifas sebesar 11,11% terkategori Cukup, sebanyak 77,78% terkategori baik. Terdapat pengaruh pembelajaran metode tutor sebaya terhadap hasil belajar senam nifas mahasiswa semester II program studi D-III Kebidanan Dian Husada Mojokerto.

Abstract

Adolescent girls commonly experience menstrual disorders, with a 67.2% incidence of dysmenorrhea and 63.1% of premenstrual syndrome (PMS). Menstrual pain, or dysmenorrhea, is one of the most frequent reproductive health issues experienced by women, affecting both adolescents and adults. This condition can significantly hinder daily activities, which calls for appropriate treatment. Dysmenorrhea can be managed through both pharmacological and non-pharmacological methods. While pharmacological treatments offer quick relief, non-pharmacological approaches are considered safer as they do not induce side effects, unlike medications. One effective form of non-pharmacological therapy is acupressure, which has shown promising results in alleviating menstrual pain. According to a study by Latifah and colleagues, acupressure was proven to be effective in reducing menstrual discomfort. In line with this, a community outreach initiative was conducted to educate and train adolescent girls on acupressure techniques as a form of self-care. From May 5 to 9, 2025, acupressure education was provided to 30 female students at a local school. The training focused on teaching students how to apply acupressure to specific pressure points that relieve menstrual pain, without the need for medication or herbal remedies. Pre- and post-training assessments showed a significant increase in students’ knowledge and skills related to the practice of acupressure. The results indicated that students were able to effectively apply acupressure techniques and felt more confident in managing menstrual pain independently. This approach not only offered immediate relief but also empowered the students with a long-term strategy to manage dysmenorrhea in the future. This activity demonstrated positive outcomes, suggesting that acupressure is a valuable, sustainable solution for menstrual pain relief among adolescents.
