Abstract

Abstrak  Penelitian ini bertujuan  mengevaluasi layanan informasi publik berbasis teknologi informasi pada Kopertis Wilayah VI Jawa  Tengah  berdasarkan  UU 14/2008 tentang Keterbukaan Informasi Publik. Metode penelitian yang digunakan  dengan melakukan kajian  dan evaluasi terhadap layanan informasi publik berbasis teknologi informasi pada situs Kopertis Wilayah VI, kemudian  memetakan konten informasi pada menu /sub menu berdasarkan Permendiknas No 50 tahun 2011 tentang layanan informasi publik di lingkungan Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan  dan menentukan konten informasi  publik yang  sesuai UU No 14/2008. Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan diketahui bahwa dari 58 item informasi publik yang harus disediakan, ternyata hanya terdapat 17 item (29%) sehingga masih terdapat 71% item informasi publik yang belum tersedia, serta sifat situs www.kopertis6.or.id dalam memberikan layanan informasi publik masih sebatas menampilkan, namun belum memberikan layanan yang bersifat interaktif. Abstract

Global competition demands significant changes, we cannot just stick to what is old without making drastic changes. Problems such as the unavailability of infrastructure and human resources are two problems that can actually be solved by implementing training consistently. In this service, we will use infrastructure that is generally available, such as Blibli, Shopee and others. This has supported students in implementing smart online business. This community service will produce basic knowledge for students about smart online business, how we implement it, create an account for an online business, start opening an online shop for the first time and how students can apply e-marketing. In this community service, we will also be able to raise the motivation of students and teachers to increase entrepreneurship and also their motivation to achieve the future, by providing a big picture of time management and mentoring. These two things are of course very important and will be the next community service at SMA Masehi 1, Semarang

Abstract

AbstrakKunci sebuah perubahan adalah perubahan yang dimulai dari diri sendiri dan kemudian berubah dengan pikiran terbuka untuk dapat terus mengembangkan diri terus menerus. Perubahan adalah mutlak perlu dilakukan untuk dapat menghadapi globalisasi. Pada pengabdian masyarakat yang kami lakukan di SMA Masehi 1, kami berfokus bagaimana siswa dapat mengembangkan perusahaan Startup dengan mengimplementasikan business online sebagai acuan utamanya. Permasalahan seperti literasi digital yang masih belum mencapai tingkat maksimum, bagaimana cara tahapan dalam menerapkan business online dan bagaimana memulai bisnis Startup merupakan masalah inti yang harus segera mendapatkan solusi pada pengabdian masyarakat ini. Hasil dari pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah siswa akan mampu memahami tahapan-tahapan bagaimana membangun perusahaan Startup dalam skala kecil terlebih dahulu, yang kemudian akan dikembangkan untuk dapat meningkatkan kompetensi serta taraf hidup yang lebih baik. Membangun perusahaan adalah tentang visi yang dimana merupakan salah satu hal penting untuk dapat mengembangkan diri untuk mencapat masa depan yang lebih baik lagi.Kata kunci: Business Online, Smart Startup, Implementasi, Bisnis ke bisnis, Bisnis ke konsumenAbstractThe key to change is change that starts with yourself and then changes with an open mind to be able to continue to develop yourself continuously. In the community service that we carry out at SMA Masehi 1, we focus on how students can develop Startup companies by implementing online business as the main reference. Problems such as digital literacy which has still not reached the maximum level, what are the stages in implementing an online business and how to start a Startup business are core problems that must immediately get a solution in this community service. The result of this community service is that students will be able to understand the stages of how to build a start-up company on a small scale first, which will then be developed to improve competence and a better stkitard of living. Abstract

This study introduces an enhanced algorithm for solving the Multiple Knapsack Problem to optimize parcel package selection, particularly focusing on balancing value maximization with price and weight constraints. Due to Dynamic Programming requires significant memory, The proposed method employs a heuristic approach such as greedy algorithm, initially sorting items by their value-to-weight ratio and iteratively filling each knapsack to maximize total value while adhering to constraints. The algorithm demonstrates high computational efficiency, solving instances within 0.07 seconds, and achieves a total value of 122.00 across multiple knapsacks. However, the analysis reveals a significant underutilization of weight capacity (44.74%) compared to price capacity (98.92%), highlighting the need for more sophisticated constraint handling. Limitations such as the simplistic heuristic approach and single-objective focus are discussed. Future work will explore the integration of advanced optimization techniques, dynamic constraints, and multi-objective frameworks to improve solution quality and applicability in real-world scenarios. This research contributes to the field by providing a foundation for further exploration of Multiple Knapsack Problem in logistics and resource allocation contexts.

Abstract

The design of the layout aims to optimize aspects of productivity, processing time, worker fatigue, cost & distance of movement of material on the production floor. Optimizations regarding material displacement distance typically focus on minimizing the distance between the production units within the manufacturing company. This study conducted a case study on UD Utama Tires which is one of the companies manufacturing retread tire trucks located in Semarang. The company has crossmovement related problems between production units and departmental layout that is not in line with the production process flow, while the availability of production space is only 30x15 meters and there are 12 departments. The observation result shows the distance of material transfer in the heat-processing unit is 111.96 m and the cold-processing unit is 100.63. Optimization needs to be done to minimize the material distance between the units of the process. Blocplan algorithm was chosen as the method of arranging the company layout and obtained the result of 20 alternative proposed new layout to then selected one of the proposals with the highest layout score. The result of this research is the 15th proposed alternative with the highest layout-score value is 0.82, so it can be concluded that the optimum model can minimize the distance of the material production movement by 63.8m in the heat-processing unit with the effectiveness rate 43.02% and 69.1m in the process unit cold with effectiveness rate 31,33%

Abstract

Indonesia merupakan negara penghasil tempe yakni makanan olahan kedelai ini juga banyak disukai oleh seluruh kalangan masyarakat. Kebanyakan produk ini diolah oleh industri bersakala kecil dan menengah, salah satunya yaitu UKM Tempe Hartini. UKM yang beroperasi di Gunungpati, Semarang ini memiliki hambatan atau permasalahan dalam pengendalian persediaan bahan baku kedelai yang kurang optimal antara lain terkait penentuan banyaknya bahan baku dan frekuensi pemesanan bahan baku, agar dapat meminimalkan total biaya persediaan bahan baku kedelai. Maka dari itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk rekomendasi pengambilan keputusan terkait metode yang paling optimal dalam menentukan jumlah bahan baku, frekuensi pemesanan bahan baku, serta total biaya persediaan. Metode untuk pengendalian perhitungan persediaan menggunakan metode Economic Order Quantity (EOQ), Period Order Quantity (POQ) dan metode Just-in-Time (JIT). Selanjutnya, dalam penentuan metode yang paling optimal menggunakan metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW). Total biaya persediaan dari perhitungan metode EOQ sebesar Rp 1.229.379 dan dapat menghemat biaya sebesar 34%. Sedangkan total biaya persediaan metode POQ sebesar Rp 640.693 dan dapat menghemat biaya sebesar 66%. Untuk total biaya dengan metode JIT sebesar Rp 784.927 dan dapat melakukan penghematan biaya sebesar 58%. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan dengan menggunakan metode SAW, metode yang terpilih dari total biaya yang paling optimal yaitu dengan metode POQ.

Abstract

Kelurahan Tanjung Mas Semarang merupakan Kelurahan terbesar di wilayah kerja Kecamatan Semarang Utara, dengan jumlah penduduk 29.073 jiwa yang terbagi ke dalam 130 RT dan 16 RW, dengan jumlah perangkat RT dan RW (Sekretaris dan Bendahara) merupakan jumlah yang sangat banyak. Hal ini menjadikan pihak Kelurahan kesulitan untuk memantau masa kerja RT RW dan perangkatnya, karena berkaitan dengan data administrasinya. dengan kondisi ini diperlukan adanya sistem untuk mengelola data kepegawaian (masa jabatan RT RW beserta jajaranya) ataupun hal lainya. Dengan rancang bangun dan implementasi sistem informasi masa jabatan RT RW yang di dalamnya mengelola biodata dan SK Pengangkatan RT RW, memudahkan pihak Kelurahan untuk mengelola Sumber Daya Manusia RT RW setempat. Metode dalam pelaksanaan Penelitian menggunakan Waterfall dengan luaran Aplikasi Sistem Masa Jabatan RT RW (SIJARWAT) yang dapat berguna untuk meningkatkan layanan di RT dan RW. Lebih jauh lagi, penggunaan aplikasi ini akan dapat meningkatkan kepuasan masyarakat dalam layanan di tingkat RT dan RW sehingga hal ini akan mempermudah wilayah ini untuk dapat melakukan pendataan dengan tepat dan efektif serta efesien

Abstract

The ultrasonic range finder sensors is a general-purpose sensor to measure the distance contactless. This sensor is categorized as a low-cost sensor that is widely used in various applications. This sensor has a significant deviation that leads to significant errors in the measurement result. The error produced by this sensor tends to increase proportionally to the measured distance. The implementation of a particular algorithm is required to reduce the error value. The model-based calibration is a solution to increase accuracy. The model-based solutions are no longer feasible if the states of the model have changed. The length of the usage of the sensor leads to sensor fatigue. Sensor fatigue is one of the causes of model state changes. If the drift is still within the tolerance limit, the sensor performance can still be restored using the calibration method. The model-based calibration calibrates the sensor by using the model. The update of the model must be made whenever the changing of the model state occurred. Since the manual model-making process is not an easy task, time, and cost required, then the Newton polynomial-based (Automatic Model Generation (AMG) has been implemented in this research. The AMG algorithm generates the new sensor model automatically based on the most updated states. This automatic model generation is implemented in the calibration process of the ultrasonic sensor. The implementation of a polynomial-based AMG algorithm for sensor calibration has been succeeded in improving the calibrated sensor's accuracy by 96.4% and reducing the MSE level from 25.6 to 0.914
