Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between cognitive style and achievement motivation style with the learning outcomes of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) students of SMP 5 Rejang Lebong. The research method uses survey methods with a correlational engineering approach. The research data were sourced from cognitive style test results and achievement motivation tests and PAI learning outcomes obtained from report cards. The results showed there was no significant relationship between cognitive style with PAI learning outcomes with ρ-value 0.122. There is a significant relationship between achievement motivation and PAI learning outcomes with ρ-value 0.022. Cognitive style and achievement motivation are related to PAI learning outcomes ρ value = 0.031> 0.05. Conclusion, there is no significant relationship between cognitive style with PAI learning outcomes. There is a significant relationship between achievement motivation and PAI learning outcomes. Cognitive style and achievement motivation are jointly related to the learning outcomes of PAI students of Rejang Lebong Middle School. Abstract

Supporting Factors for the Successful Implementation of Tahfidz Al-Quran in the Hai'ah Tahfizh Al-Qur'an Unit, Maliki State Islamic University MalangThis paper aims to provide an overview of the success of the implementation of the Hai'ah Tahfiz al-Quran unit at UIN MALIKI Malang with a phenomenological approach. The method used in this paper is descriptive qualitative to the data obtained from the field. The results obtained that the factors supporting the success of the implementation of tahfizh al-Quran in the Hai'ah Tahfizh Al-Qur'an Unit, Maliki Maulana Malik Ibrahim State Islamic University Malang include the fulfillment of several important elements or elements such as the administrative system, teaching staff, materials, facilities, participants. education, methods, and management. The implementation of tahfizh al-Quran to improve the quality of students needs to be carried out with strong program support at a university as part of management policy and followed by the provision of human resources and supporting facilities

Abstract

Based on the current phenomenon, children are experiencing a crisis of exemplary because the lack of mass media that raises the theme of role models for children, for example the television  are dominated by entertainment programs variations such operas or celebrity gossip which cannot be expected to provide a complete example of life. In this exemplary crisis, the educators are an important basis. Therefore, educators must have high awareness, to be role models in the process of forming children's Islamic character. The results of this study prove that: exemplary in education is an effective method/way in preparing children in terms of morals, mental and social. Psychologically exemplary is applied as a method of Islamic education because basically humans since childhood have had a desire to imitate the movements or behavior of parents, teachers, and the environment. Based on the case parents and teachers have to have exemplary qualities as practiced by the Prophet. such as patience, compassion, morality, tawadhu ', zuhud and fair.
