Abstract

The future of schools is largely determined by managerial factors one aspect is planning. Small schools will develop significantly when professionally managed. With the same easy management, large schools will grow. Conversely, advanced schools will experience a setback when management is not well managed. If schools neglect management, small schools will close down in the face of multimensional dimensions. Planning patterns in schools that have not been conducive to face the challenges of modernization even need to be changed into planning patterns that are more responsive to the needs of society and the demands of the times. The pattern must lead to activities that involve more and more people in the leadership ranks, to jointly run the wheels of the school organization towards conditions that are advanced and established, both in terms of institutional, educational system, learning process, and quality of students so that they can realize effective school.Keywords: Planning, Effective Schools and Islamic Education Institutions

Abstract

Kompetensi kewirausahaan merupakan salah satu pencapaian yang dituntut ada dalam diri seorang siswa kelas XII SMK, karena didalam kurikulum pembelajarannya terdapat mata pelajaran mengenai kewirausahaan serta melalui kegiatan prakerin di kelas XI siswa dituntut untuk mendapatkan pengalaman dan pengetahuan langsung di dunia industri. Namun pada kenyataannya kompetensi siswa kelas XII di SMK N 1 Rejang Lebong masih belum optimal, banyak faktor yang menjadi penyebabnya salah satunya adalah dari proses pembelajaran kewirausahaan itu sendiri di dalam kelas serta berjalannya kegiatan prakerin di dunia industri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui : 1) bagaimana pengaruh pembelajaran kewirausahaan terhadap kompetensi kewirausahaan siswa kelas XII di SMK N 1 Rejang Lebong; 2) bagaimana pengaruh kegiatan prakerin terhadap kompetensi kewirausahaan siswa kelas XII di SMK N 1 Rejang Lebong; 3) bagaimana pengaruh pembelajaran kewirausahaan dan kegiatan prakerin terhadap kompetensi kewirausahaan siswa kelas XII di SMK Negeri 1 Rejang Lebong. Penulis menggunakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif yaitu penelitian yang mendeskripsikan atau menggambarkan keadaan atau status fenomena. Responden adalah siswa kelas XII SMK Negeri 1 Rejang Lebong berjumlah 90 dari total populasi 359 siswa kelas XII SMK Negeri 1 Rejang Lebong dengan menggunakan metode proportional stratified random sampling. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan metode angket. Teknik analisis regresi berganda dan korelasi pearson adalah teknik yang digunakan untuk menganalisis data. Hasil penelitian sebagai berikut : 1) Pembelajaran kewirausahaan berpengaruh terhadap kompetensi kewirausahaan siswa kelas XII di SMK Negeri 1 Rejang Lebong, 2) Kegiatan prakerin berpengaruh positif terhadap kompetensi kewirausahaan siswa kelas XII di SMK Negeri 1 Rejang Lebong, 3) Pembelajaran kewirausahaan dan kegiatan prakerin secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif terhadap kompetensi kewirausahaan siswa kelas XII di SMK Negeri 1 Rejang Lebong. 63,9 persen kompetensi kewirausahaan siswa kelas XII SMK Negeri 1 Rejang Lebong dipengaruhi oleh variabel pembelajaran kewirausahaan dan kegiatan magang, sedangkan sisanya 36,1 persen dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak termasuk dalam penelitian. Keterampilan kewirausahaan siswa ditemukan lebih kuat dipengaruhi oleh variabel pembelajaran kewirausahaan daripada variabel aktivitas prakerin. Temuan ini dapat diamati pada hasil uji-t, di mana ada 5.046, dan 2.027 kegiatan prakerin.

Abstract

Based on the current phenomenon, children are experiencing a crisis of exemplary because the lack of mass media that raises the theme of role models for children, for example the television  are dominated by entertainment programs variations such operas or celebrity gossip which cannot be expected to provide a complete example of life. In this exemplary crisis, the educators are an important basis. Therefore, educators must have high awareness, to be role models in the process of forming children's Islamic character. The results of this study prove that: exemplary in education is an effective method/way in preparing children in terms of morals, mental and social. Psychologically exemplary is applied as a method of Islamic education because basically humans since childhood have had a desire to imitate the movements or behavior of parents, teachers, and the environment. Based on the case parents and teachers have to have exemplary qualities as practiced by the Prophet. such as patience, compassion, morality, tawadhu ', zuhud and fair.

Abstract

Tujuan utama studi ini adalah untuk mendokumentasikan Strategi kepala sekolah SD Negeri 07 Rejang Lebong dalam melaksanakan program tahfidzul qur’an. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Metode seperti wawancara, investigasi lapangan, dan analisis dokumen digunakan untuk menyusun data ini. Setelah proyek penelitian selesai, dapat dikatakan bahwa bahwa strategi kepala sekolah dalam melaksanakan program Tahfidzul Qur’an di SD Negeri 07 Rejang Lebong yaitu: 1) Strategi kepala sekolah adalah: menciptakan iklim sekolah yang kondusif, memberdayakan tenaga pendidikan, memberi motivasi, dan memberikan keteladanan, serta membuat program pendidikan 2) Pelaksanaan program Tahfidzul Qur’an di SD Negeri 07 Rejang Lebong adalah di awali dengan tahap persiapan, tahap pelaksanaan dan tahap evaluasi. 3) Dampak Strategi Kepala Sekolah Dalam Pelaksanaan Program Tahfidzul Qur’an yaitu semakin termotivasinya siswa dalam menghafal Al Qur’an, hafalan anak-anak meningkat dari sebelum mereka mengikuti program tahfidzul qur’an, membentuk karakter siswa yaitu karakter religius, berani, menarik dan terakhir yaitu menarik minat peserta didik baru. Abstract

The balanced scorecard is a strategy that can be used by educational institutions to improve the quality of education. In its implementation, there are four perspectives; financial, customer, internal processes, and learning and growth perspectives. The purpose of this research is to understand how the implementation of the balanced scorecard in educational institutions. This type of qualitative research with a case study approach. The research is located at MAN 1 Muara Enim. Sources of data were obtained from field observations, interviews with school principals, quality assurance deputy heads, curriculum assistant heads, student affairs assistant heads, deputy public relations heads, and heads of administration, documentation, and there were questionnaires as supporting data distributed to students. The data analysis technique used is data reduction, data display, and conclusion. The results of this study present the balanced scorecard in education quality management at MAN 1 Muara Enim, namely from a financial perspective there is planning, organizing, implementing and supervising the RKAM (Madrasah Work Plan and Budget); service satisfaction perspective, in preparing satisfaction of course requires planning, organizing, implementing and supervising, in the service satisfaction of students towards madrasas it reaches 90.96% with a gap of 9.04% where students are already satisfied with madrasah services even though there are still students who feel dissatisfied; the perspective of the learning process includes planning, organizing, implementing and supervising the learning process in the form of making learning tools up to paying attention to the material and methods to be delivered as well as supervision which aims to improve the learning process of each educator; From the perspective of educators and education staff, there is planning in the form of recruiting educators and students, organizing by sharing among educators and staff, implementation by instilling a work culture, coaching and motivation, as well as supervision carried out by the Assessment Team to assess the performance of educators.
