Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of economic literacy and self-control on the impulsive buying behavior of Economic Education students at HKBP Nommensen University Medan with a population of 64 Economic Education students in 2020 and 2021. The research method used in this study is a quantitative research method. The sampling technique used in this study was the total sampling method. The results of the study showed that economic literacy (X1) partially did not have a negative and significant effect on impulsive buying behavior (Y) with a t count value <t table (-0.125 <1.670). At the same time, the self-control variable (X2) has a partial effect on impulsive buying behavior (Y) with a t count value > t table, namely (5.976 > 1.670). The results of simultaneous testing (F test) showed that there was an influence between economic literacy (X1) and self-control (X2) on impulsive buying behavior (Y). This can be seen from the F count value > F table (30.174 > 2.76). It can be concluded that economic literacy and self-control have an impact on the tendency of impulsive buying behavior. In other words, if the level of understanding of economic literacy and self-control possessed by students increases, it tends to reduce impulsive buying behavior

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan media pembelajaran Canva terhadap kreativitas siswa kelas XII IPS-1 di SMA Negeri 3 Medan. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain One-Shot Case Study, yaitu siswa diberikan perlakuan berupa penggunaan Canva dalam pembelajaran materi Persamaan Dasar Akuntansi dan kemudian diukur tingkat kreativitasnya. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah angket, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji normalitas, uji linearitas, dan regresi sederhana.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata kreativitas siswa setelah menggunakan Canva adalah 105,89 dengan distribusi data yang normal. Uji linearitas menunjukkan bahwa hubungan antara penggunaan Canva dan kreativitas bersifat linear, dengan nilai signifikansi 0,509 (> 0,05). Uji regresi menunjukkan nilai F sebesar 7,561 dengan signifikansi 0,010 (< 0,05), yang berarti terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara penggunaan media pembelajaran Canva terhadap kreativitas siswa. Dengan demikian, penggunaan Canva terbukti mampu meningkatkan kreativitas siswa dalam proses pembelajaran.

Abstract

Accounting is a scientific discipline that is not enough to understand only through theory, but will be easier to understand if practiced directly in real bookkeeping. Therefore, developing accounting practicum teaching materials is one of the stepstaken to improve student competency. It is believed that by implementing appropriate learning innovations and learning packages that reflect real situations, student understanding of the material can increase, which ultimately has an impact on increasing competency. This research aims to develop an innovative accounting practicum learning package as a strategy to improve the quality of financial accounting and tax accounting learning in order to strengthen student competence. In this research, we will analyze how learning innovations and accounting practicum learning packages are most suitable for application in accounting study programs. In line with the development of the role of accounting in the industria world, graduates are expected to have competencies that suit the needs of workforce users. The results of this research are in the form of learning innovation concepts and accounting practicum learning packages. However, these findings still require further testing before they can be generalized.
