Abstract

Minimnya ketersediaan darah diperkirakan akibat dari rendahnya kesadaran masyarakat untuk mendonorkan darahnya. Padahal, manfaat donor darah tidak hanya dirasakan oleh penerima donor saja, melainkan juga pendonor. Adapun manfaat ganda yang diperoleh para pendonor yakni menunjukkan kepedulian yang besar dalam membantu ketersediaan darah bagi masyarakat yang membutuhkan. manfaat kesehatan bagi pendonor misalnya, menurunkan resiko kanker, membantu menurunkan berat badan, membuat tubuh lebih sehat secara psikologis, dan perpanjangan usia, menurunkan risiko terkena penyakit jantung dan pembuluh  darah, mendeteksi penyakit serius. Kegiatan donor darah sangat penting dilakukan selain berguna untuk kesehatan, donor darah juga dapat membantu memperbanyak produksi sel darah merah, membantu menurunkan berat tubuh, memperoleh kesehatan psikologis dan juga mendeteksi penyakit serius yang muncul di masyarakat. Kegiatan ini perlu disosialisasikan kepada masyarakat untuk menumbuhkan minat dan motivasi masyarakat untuk berdonor. Oleh karenanya maka kegiatan serupa ini juga akan dilakukan di Aula Universitas Bina Sarana Informatika Kampus Kota Surakarta. Kegiatan   yang   dilakukan   sebagai   bentuk   pengabdian   kepada   masyarakat   disamping   menjalankan Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi, kegiatan pengabdian ini juga bertujuan  untuk mengajak civitas akademi dan masyarakat sekitar untuk mendonorkan darahnya demi keselamatan sesama

Abstract

Tuntutan akan adanya pembukuan yang sistematis dan teratur menjadi beban tambahan bagi sebagian orang, terlebih bagi mereka yang sudah memiliki beban kerja. Padahal, adanya pembukuan yang sitematis dan teratur dapat membantu perencanaan keuangan yang lebih baik. Selain itu, hal itu juga meminimalisir adanya pendanaan ganda. Selain itu, dengan adanya Permendagri No. 20 Tahun 2018 juga mendukung adanya sistem keuangan yang sistematis dan teratur. Oleh karena itu, Universitas Bina Sarana Informatika Kampus Kota Surakarta melakukan kegiatan implementasi sistem keuangan desa (SISKEUDES) sebagai upaya dalam pengelolaan dana desa yang ada di Kelurahan Banjarsari, Surakarta. Kegiatan   yang   dilakukan   sebagai   bentuk   pengabdian   kepada   masyarakat   disamping   menjalankan Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi, kegiatan pengabdian ini juga bertujuan  untuk mengajak civitas akademika dan masyarakat sekitar untuk menggunakan sistem keuangan dalam pengelolaan dana desa.

Abstract

Abstrak  - Saat ini  pelayanan di klinik gigi Rumah Sakit Paru dr. Ario Wirawan (RSPAW) masih menggunakan cara konvensional atau offline. Proses pendaftaran pasien dapat dilakukan dengan datang ke klinik untuk mengambil nomor antrian. Untuk pasien baru wajib mengisi form pasien baru. Setelah itu pasien akan diperiksa oleh dokter, jika pasien yang sudah pernah periksa maka dokter akan melihat blangko yang berisi rekam medis pasien. Selesai proses pengerjaan dokter menulis terapi yang sudah diberikan di blangko rekam medis pasien. Tahap analisis yang dilakukan adalah menganalisis permasalahan sistem yang sedang berjalan dan analisis kebutuhan sistem yang dikembangkan. Langkah perancangan dari sistem yang dikembangkan dalam penelitian ini adalah membuat bagan alir sistem yang dikembangkan, diagram arus data, desain input, desain output dan desain basis data. Sistem dibuat menggunakan visual basic dan Ms.Acces. Sistem yang dikembangkan dalam penelitian ini meliputi pengolahan data pasien, data diagnosa, data tindakan data obat, data dokter. Fasilitas pemeriksaan pasien yang ada dalam sistem antara lain riwayat penyakit dan namnesa, diagnosa pasien, tindakan pemerisaan pasien, obat yang diberikan dan poto ronsen. Sistem dapat menghasilkan daftar pasien, daftar dokter, daftar obat, daftar diagnosa, daftar tindakan, laporan rekam medis, laporan penjualan obat dan laporan pemasukan.Kata Kunci: Rekam Medis, Klinik Gigi, Visual BasicAbstract  - Currently the service at the dental clinic at the Lung Hospital, dr. Ario Wirawan (RSPAW) still uses conventional or offline methods. The patient registration process can be done by coming to the clinic to take a queue number. New patients are required to fill out a new patient form. After that the patient will be examined by the doctor, if the patient has been examined, the doctor will see a blank containing the patient's medical record. After completing the process, the doctor writes the therapy that has been given on the patient's medical record blank. The analysis phase carried out is analyzing the problems of the current system and analyzing the needs of the system being developed. The design step of the system developed in this research is to make a flow chart of the system developed, data flow diagrams, input design, output design and database design. The system is made using visual basic and Ms. Access. The system developed in this study includes patient data processing, diagnostic data, drug data action data, doctor data. Patient examination facilities that exist in the system include medical history and name, patient diagnosis, patient examination procedures, drugs given and X-ray photos. The system can generate patient lists, doctor lists, drug lists, diagnostic lists, action lists, medical record reports, drug sales reports and income reports.Keywords : Medical Records, Dental Clinic , Visual Basic

Abstract

Learning media facilitates teacher's role in conveying knowledge to students. One of learning tools that teachers can use in their learning is interactive media. Introduction to computers is important in today's digital era because it can build knowledge and understanding about computers and improve learning skills. This is possible because computer's ability to combine text, sound, color, images, movement and video and create an interactive process. This research aims to help students in grade 1 or 2 of elementary school to more easily understand and master basic computer use. In this application there are computer learning menu, typing and cursor learning. Computer learning menu consists of definitions, learning videos and quizzes. Learning to type and cursor consists of understanding, practice and mini games. The ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) model is used in developing system used in this research.

Abstract

Poverty occurs because of the imbalance between unlimited human needs and limited resources. This results in a lack of income to meet basic living needs. The Indoonesian government's efforts to alleviate poverty include providing assistance to the poor or underprivileged with assistance called Social Assistance, one of which is the Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH). Problems often occur in determining who is entitled to receive PKH assistance. The conventional selection process is considered inefficient because it requires a long process and the influence of the committee's subjectivity in the assessment, the criteria used in the survey are not in accordance with government regulations and the limited quota of total PKH recipients, so there are still people who do not receive PKH even though they meet the criteria. This research uses the Multi Factor Evaluation Process (MFEP) method. System testing uses the black box method and Boundary Value Analysis techniques which focus on finding system errors. To test the system's accuracy by comparing the MFEP process from the system results and facts based on PKH recipients in 2022 and producing an accuracy value of 91%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pola belanja dengan metode algoritma Apriori pada data transaksi penjualan toko alat kesehatan. Langkah-langkah analisis meliputi penghapusan kolom tidak penting, konversi data ke format transaksional, dan penggunaan algoritma Apriori untuk menghasilkan aturan asosiasi. Hasil analisis mengidentifikasi pola belanja yang memberikan wawasan berharga bagi toko dalam merencanakan strategi pemasaran dan penataan produk. Joyo Alkes, sebagai contoh toko alat kesehatan di Sukoharjo, memiliki banyak transaksi penjualan harian yang jika tidak diolah, data hanya menjadi sampah. Dengan teknologi data mining, data transaksi bisa diubah menjadi informasi berharga untuk peningkatan penjualan dan promosi produk. Algoritma Apriori digunakan untuk menganalisis data penjualan Joyo Alkes, memungkinkan pengembangan penjualan dan pemasaran produk yang lebih efektif. Pada penelitian ini, menggunakan nilai minimal support (penunjang) sebesar 5% dan nilai minimal confidence (kepastian) sebesar 60%. Hasil penelitian yang didapatkan bahwa pembeli produk 021m3 akan membeli produk onehealthcanul dan 026m3part2 secara bersamaan. dan pembeli produk reg akan membeli produk t021m3.

Abstract

Integrated Service Posts (Posyandu) are important facilities for monitoring children's nutritional growth and development, but there are still many posyandu that use manual methods for recording data. This results in obstacles such as inaccurate data, delays in decision making, and difficulty in accessing information. To overcome this problem, the E-Posyandu information system was implemented at the Posyandu, Mojosongo Village, Surakarta. E-Posyandu is a digital platform designed to facilitate automatic and structured recording, storage and processing of children's nutritional data. This research aims to examine the effectiveness of implementing the E-Posyandu system in improving monitoring of children's growth and nutritional status in Mojosongo Village. By using this technology, the monitoring process becomes more efficient, data is easier to access, and the potential for recording errors can be minimized. Apart from that, this system also offers reminders and notification features to parents regarding the posyandu schedule and necessary health measures.The results of the implementation show an increase in the accuracy and speed of collecting child nutrition data, as well as increased parent participation in monitoring their child's health. It is hoped that E-Posyandu can become an innovative model to be applied in other posyandu in Indonesia.

Abstract

The government continues to strive to increase equality, equity and access to education through various programs, including the Smart Indonesia Program (PIP). Process PIP recipient students selection is quite  complex process if carried out without adequate information technology support. This condition was also experienced by SMKN 6 Surakarta. The large number of students registering for PIP, and data processing that is still being done from piles of files are conditions that influence the slow PIP student selection committee performance. The committee must select, search and verify a lot of student data. Selection process requires a long time and a high level of accuracy so it is prone to errors caused by human error. In this research, a Decision Support System was created using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method and the Multi-Objective Optimization by Ratio Analysis (MOORA) method. AHP method in this research aims to determine each criterion weight before the alternative ranking stage. The aim of using the MOORA method is to determine the ranking of alternatives after determining the weighting using AHP. The criteria used in this research are: Ownership of cards/letters, parents' income and number of siblings. Each criterion has sub-criteria and values that will be used in the AHP method calculations. From the results of the accuracy test by comparing data from 2020 to 2022, the accuracy results for 2020 were 94.4%, 95.5% for 2021 and 93.6% for 2022.

Abstract

Banyaknya merek susu formula yang beredar di pasaran membuat konsumen merasa kebingungan memilih produk yang cocok dan baik untuk dikonsumsi. Maraknya berbagai merek susu formula juga menjadikan dilema para ibu karena semakin banyak pilihan merek susu semakin beragam harga dan kandungan gizinya dan semakin susah memutuskan produk yang akan dipilih untuk mencukupi asupan gizi bagi anaknya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menghasilkan sistem pendukung keputusan yang dapat memberikan rekomendasi pemilihan susu formula anak sesuai dengan prioritas kepentingan atau kebutuhan yang diinginkan. Dari kriteria yang ditemukan dalam tahap observasi kemudian diproses ke dalam metode Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) untuk memasukkan rasio kepentingan masing-masing kriteria. Kriteria yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dibagi menjadi 3 kriteria besar yaitu kandungan gizi, rasa dan harga. Sub kriteria kandungan nutrisi antara lain AA dan DHA, Laktoferin/Betakaroten, Prebiotik dan probiotik, Protein, Omega 3 dan omega 6, Lemak, Energi, Vitamin. Sub kriteria rasa terdiri dari vanilla, chocolate, honey, strawberry, plain. Nilai bobot setiap kriteria dari proses AHP dijadikan input dalam perhitungan metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) untuk menghasilkan rekomendasi dari pilihan susu yang telah dimasukkan sebelumnya. Dalam penelitian ini alternatif yang berupa merek susu dapat ditambah, dirubah dan dihapus sehingga bersifat dinamis. Kriteria dalam penelitian ini dibagi menjadi sub kriteria yang lebih detail. Dari hasil akhir sistem yang melalui proses dua metode, referensi merek susu yang direkomendasi yaitu susu formula merek Cill School yang memiliki nilai akhir 0,828. Abstract The proliferation brands of formula milk circulating in the market make consumers feel confused in choosing a product that is suitable and good for consumption. Many brands of formula milk also pose a dilemma for mothers, because the more milk’s brands, more varied price and nutritional content more difficult for mothers to decide which product to choose to provide nutritional intake for their children. This research’s purpose  is to produce a decision support system that can provide recommendations selection formula milk for children according to the priority interests or needs desired. From the criterias found in the observation stage then processed into the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method to enter ratio of importance of each criterion. The criteria used in this study are divided into 3 major criteria, they are nutritional content, taste and price. Sub-criteria for nutritional content include AA and DHA, Lactoferrin/Betacarotene, Prebiotics and probiotics, Protein, Omega 3 and omega 6, Fat, Energy, Vitamins. Taste sub criteria consist of Vanilla, Chocolate, Honey, Strawberry, Plain. Weight value of each criterias from AHP process is used as input in the calculation of Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method to produce recommendations from milk choices that have been entered before. In this research, alternatives of milk brands can be added, changed and deleted so it’s dynamic. Criterias in this research are divided into more detailed sub-criteria. From the final result of this system, a reference for the milk brand recommended by the system that is Chil School formula milk which has a final score of 0.828
