Abstract

LIFE STYLE AND NUTRITIONAL STATUS AND THEIR ASSOCIATION WITH DIABETES MELLITUS ON WOMEN IN JAKARTAThere is an increasing trend in the prevalence of diabetes mellitus in both developing countriesincluding Indonesia. The research aimed to analyze the relationships between life style, nutritionalstatus, and socio-economic and demographic factors with diabetes mellitus. Data used for thestudy are secondary data from the Basic Health Research (Riskesdas 2007), which applied across-sectional study design. The number of samples obtained 5702 adult women with inclusioncriteria aged 20 years and not pregnant. The results show, the risk factors for diabetes mellitusare age 45 years on women with obesity (OR=13.0); age 45 years on women without obesity(OR=9.3). and sugary food consumption. The results imply the important of managing diet inpreventing diabetes mellitus for women in Jakarta.Keywords: life style, nutritional status, diabetes mellitus, obesity

Abstract

INTISARI: “Satisfaction is a person’s feelings of pleasure or disapointment resulting from comparing a product’s percieved performance (or outcome) in relation to his or her expectations” (kepuasan adalah perasaan senang atau kecewa seseorang yang muncul setelah membandingkan antara persepsi terhadap kinerja suatu barang atau jasa dan harapan-harapannya, Kottler dalam Hendroyono, 2007). Persepsi merupakan suatu proses yang didahului oleh proses pengindraan, yaitu merupakan proses diterimanya stimulus oleh individu melalui alat indra atau juga disebut proses sensory. Namun proses tersebut tidak berhenti begitu saja, melainkan stimulus tersebut diteruskan dan proses selanjutnya merupakan proses persepsi (Walgito, 2004). Sedangkan menurut pendapat lain, persepsi adalah suatu proses yang mana seseorang menyeleksi, mengorganisasikan, dan mengartikan informasi untuk memperoleh gambaran dunia yang berarti (Philip Kotler dan Gary Armstrong dalam Sari, 2009). Jadi persepsi konsumen terhadap kualitas jasa yang merupakan penilaian menyeluruh atas keunggulan jasa yang ditawarkan oleh organisasi pelayanan kesehatan berdasarkan pengalaman mereka sendiri saat bertransaksi atau mendapatkan pelayanan jasa di perusahaan atau organisasi pelayanan kesehatan tersebut.Tujuan: Diketahuinya persepsi pasien terhadap kualitas layanan, tingkat kepuasan pasien terhadap pelayanan Rekam Medis, karekteristik responden berdasarkan jenis kelamin, usia, pendidikan dan pekerjaan serta hubungan antara persepsi kualitas layanan dengan tingkat kepuasan pasien terhadap pelayanan rekam medis di tempat pendaftaran pasien Puskesmas Sedayu 2.Metode: Kuantitatif analitik observasional dengan pendekatan Cross sectional.Hasil: Persepsi pasien terhadap kualitas layanan 86% pasien berpersepsi positif. Kepuasan pasien terhadap pelayanan Rekam Medis 83% pasien puas. Karakteristik responden berdasarkan jenis kelamin 50% laki-laki dan 50% perempuan, sedangkan menurut usia 30% adalah remaja akhir. Karakteristik responden berdasarkan pendidikan yaitu 55% adalah lulusan SMA, sedangkan menurut pekerjaan 21% adalah Ibu Rumah Tangga. Dari hasil uji korelasi didapatkan hasil, bahwa nilai correlation coefficient adalah 0,556, kemudian nilai Sig. (2-tailed) yaitu 0,000. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa p < 0,05 berarti Hα diterima.Kesimpulan: Terdapat hubungan yang positif sebesar 0,556 atau 55,6% antara persepsi kualitas layanan dengan tingkat kepuasan pasien terhadap pelayanan Rekam Medis di Tempat Pendaftaran Pasien Puskesmas Sedayu 2 Bantul.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine how perceived convenience and interest as mediating variables affect consumers' decisions to use Go-Pay. Differential semantic association research is used in this type of research. In this study, primary data and secondary data are used. To collect 100 respondents as a research sample, a technique called purposive sampling was used in this study. The data analysis approach used in this study is the structural equation model (SEM) with SmartPLS 3.0 for Windows. The findings show that perceived convenience has a beneficial and significant impact on the decision to use go-pay, as well as a large and beneficial impact on interest, while interest does not have a significant impact on go-pay decision making.

Abstract

A field of linguistics called phonology investigates the sound system of language, especially how sounds function to distinguish the meaning of words. The purpose of this study is to improve our understanding of the phoneme analysis of Indonesian. As the smallest units of sound, phonemes play an important role in distinguishing the meaning of words. The study of phonology includes the perception and production of sounds, their role in distinguishing meaning, and how sounds are used to create words and sentences. Phonology also investigates sound transformations such as assimilation, dissimilation, metathesis, and elision, which have an impact on the sound structure of language. Suprasegmental elements such as intonation, stress, and pauses are also discussed because they contribute to a clearer understanding of speech. In order to learn correct pronunciation and understand how sounds change as language develops, an understanding of phonology is essential.
