Abstract

Perilaku cuci tangan pakai sabun sangat efektif untuk mencegah penyakit. Cuci tangan didapatmelalui penyuluhan kesehatan menggunakan media video dan bernyanyi. Media video merupakanmedia yang efektif karena dapat dilihat secara langsung, sehingga minat siswa menjadi semakintertarik dan media bernyanyi sebagai pembelajaran mengembangkan meningkatkan rasa kesadaran.hasil observasi kepada 4 siswa terdapat 2 siswa melakukan cuci tangan dengan menggunakan sabundan 2 orang tidak. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui perbedaan pengaruh penyuluhankesehatan menggunakan media video dan bernyanyi terhadap keterampilan cuci tangan pakai sabun(CTPS) pada siswa TK PKK Indriarini Yogyakarta. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Quasi eksperimentdengan two group pre test - post test design.Tekhnik sampling menggunakan Consecutive Sampling,dan analisa data menggunakan McNemar Test dan Chi Square Test dengan 30 siswa sebagai sampel.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sebelum penyuluhan kesehatan semua siswa kurang memilikiketerampilan CTPS yang benar 0% dan setelah dilakukan penyuluhan kesehatan keterampilan siswaperempuan meningkat 58,7 % dan 50,0% pada laki-laki. Dengan nilai p-value 0,005 untuk mediavideo dan 0,031 untuk media bernyanyi. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah ada perbedaan antarapenyuluhan kesehatan menggunakan media video dan bernyanyi terhadap keterampilan cuci tanganpakai sabun (CTPS).

Abstract

Eel (Anguilla bicolor) is an Indonesian freshwater commodity that has high economic value but has slow growth. One method to accelerate eel growth is through feeding with the enrichment of essential fatty acids. The aim of this research is to know the increase of growth rate of eel fish fed with the enrichment of essential fatty acids with fish oil and corn oil. The study used 3 treatments and 3 replications ie A (0% corn oil + 0% fish oil), B (1.5% corn oil + 1.5% fish oil), and C (3% corn oil + 3% fish oil). Parameters observed included specific growth rate, total feed consumption, feed efficiency, fat retention, and survival rate. The supporting parameter is water quality. The data obtained were analyzed by analysis of variance and continued by fisher test with 95% confidence interval. The results showed that there was a significant effect (P <0.05) on the growth rate of eel fish fed with the enrichment of essential fatty acids with fish oil and corn oil. Treatment C (3% corn oil + 3% fish oil) is the optimum dose because it has the best growth performance and best feed efficiency that is specific growth rate (4.67%), total feed consumption (262,9 g), feed efficiency (61% ), fat retention (2.805%), and survival rate (80%).

Abstract

Spelling is a guideline needed for writing in the form of scientific, literary, or news writing, so that the work fulfills the elements or procedures for writing using good and correct Indonesian. However, in its application, spelling errors are sometimes found in an essay. This article aims to analyze the errors in writing prepositions in and into the novel Layang Putus by Mommy ASF. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method. Based on the results of the study, the researcher found writing errors in the prepositions at and to. The researcher found 30 errors in writing the preposition at and 12 errors in writing the preposition to. These errors may be caused by the author's lack of understanding in using good and correct spelling. Thus breaking the rules of writing enhanced spelling.
