Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui : ( 1 ) yang memberikan matematika yang lebih baik prestasi belajar , penggunaan kooperatif tipe model pembelajaran NHT , Membuat Pertandingan atau pembelajaran langsung , ( 2 ) yang memberikan matematika yang lebih baik prestasi belajar , peserta didik dengan tinggi, sedang , atau rendah tingkat keterampilan sosial, ( siswa dengan tinggi , sedang, atau rendahnya tingkat keterampilan sosial , ( 3 ) di masing-masing keterampilan sosial , mana yang memberikan matematika yang lebih baik prestasi , model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe NHT , Membuat Match . atau pembelajaran langsung , ( 4 ) masing-masing model pembelajaran , mana yang memberikan matematika yang lebih baik prestasi , siswa yang memiliki tinggi, sedang , atau keterampilan sosial yang rendah penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuasi - eksperimental kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah : . Penelitian ini bertujuan unuk menguji pengaruh kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Populasi dalam penelitan ini sebanyak 396 karyawan BPR Syariah di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta dengan sampel sebanyak 100 responden.Pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan kuesioner berskala likert. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitan yang bersifat penelitian kuantitatif ini adalah menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasi secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

ABSTRACT Family planning (FP) is a movement to establish a healthy and prosperous families by limiting births. In dealing with the side effects of injecting three months family planning necessary role of health workers in providing a wide range of appropriate treatment side effects experienced. This study aims to determine the role of health workers in handling side effects of injecting 3montsKBPuskesmasNgambon2014. This research is deskrptif, the survey approach. Total population of 20 respondents, who used a non-probability sampling sampling sampling saturated type. Research variable is the role of health workers in the management of side effects Injectable 3 months. Collecting data using a questionnaire. The results of the analysis of data processing and analysis of data that includes editing, coding, scoring and tabulation. The results obtained are the majority of respondents have a good role in the management of side effects Injectable 3 months ie 16 respondents (80%). The conclusion of this research Most of the respondents have a good role in the management of side effects Injectable 3 months. Health workers can be expected as the appropriate service provide duties and functions there by realizing an excellent service to thepatients. Semarang is one of the main transportation crossing along the North coast of Java, which is very vulnerable to environmental damage. One of the damage is the beach abrasion that threaten in several point di Semarang coastal area. To overcome this problem then build Â the construction of wave retaining buildings such as breakwater. Breakwater will reduce the rate of abrasion, because breakwater can break waves dan make its power reduced before it reaches the shoreline, so that the rate of abrasion can be compressed.Breakwater slowly will affect to the ecosystem by its sedimentation because of theÂ material accumulation and the become solidified. From this sediment will become a habitat to several organism. This research Â was held from December 2016 - January 2017 at Semarang coastal area that divided into two station which is Station 1 at Mangkang area (West Semarang) and station 2 at Tambak Lorok area (North Semarang). The purpose of this research is to see the habitat of the organism that lived in sedimentation area around Â the breakwater.Â The organism which is the object of research is macrozoobenthos. Macrozoobenthos is made an object of the research because of the nature of these organism whose lives are settled at the bottom of the coastal. The method used in this research is descriptive comparative. Based on research of the study makrozoobenthos has been found in each station from several classes . Polychaeta is a genus that dominates at every location because muddy sand is its main habitat.

Masyarakat di Kabupaten Cilacap khususnya warga masyarakat Kecamatan Maos umumnya bekerja di bidang pertanian. Berdasarkan data yang didapatkan dari Badan Pusat Statistika tahun 2019, sebanyak 6.494 jiwa penduduk kecamatan maos bekerja sebagai buruh tani. Permasalahan yang dihadapi di musim kemarau sangat mengganggu kegiatan masyarakat Desa Maos. Permasalahan yang timbul seperti kekurangan air untuk pertanian; masyarakat susah dalam mencari sumber air; dan perekonomian masyarakat terganggu. Solusi pada permasalahan ini adalah adanya pembuatan dan penerapan pompa air terintegrasi photovoltaic untuk pertanian yang diharapakan mampu meredakan bahkan menghilangkan akar permasalahan yang sedang dialami masyarakat Kecamatan Maos. Target dari kegiatan ini adalah terciptanya suatu pompa yang mampu mengalirkan air dari sumber air dengan pemanfaatan energi dari Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Surya (PLTS) yang ramah lingkungan dan terciptanya kemandirian energi desa berbasis Energi Baru Terbarukan (EBT). Hasil yang dicapai pada kegiatan ini adalah terciptanya desa mandiri energi; semakin berkembangnya hasil panen dari pertanian masyarakat Kecamatan Maos walaupun dimusim kemarau; dan dapat meningkatkan perekenomian masyarakat Kecamatan Maos.

Reasoning ability is needed by students to understand mathematical concepts. In fact, a lot of students tend to be passive in reasoning. The characteristic of such students will affect their success in learning. One of the important indicators to figure out students’ mathematical reasoning ability is presenting mathematical statements in graphs, and one of students’ characteristics that should be noted by teacher is their personality. According to Keirsey, there are four types of personality. One of the four personality types is guardian. This research is a descriptive qualitative where the subjects are two students with guardian personality; a male and a female students. Both subjects are eighth grade students of junior high school 2 Ngemplak Boyolali who have received straight line equation concept. Students’ ability to present mathematical statements in graphs is explored by interviews based on the outcome of a written test and then analyzed by descriptive qualitative method. The data analysis of the written test and interview conclude that guardian students were able to present mathematics concept in graphs; students were able to draw a straight line at cartesian coordinate system. But, students were only able to draw the line if the points of the coordinate are given in a complete manner. Students were not able to draw the line if they were given only one point and one gradient aid instrument. Students realized that to draw a straight line is needed two points but they were unable to find another point referred to. In conclusion, detailed instructions were needed by guardian students to present mathematical statements in the graphs at cartesian coordinate system. The research was a quasi-experimental research with a factorial design 2 x 3 aims to determine the comparison of Team Assisted Individualization – Guided Note Taking (TAI-GNT) and Think Pair Share - Guided Note Taking (TPS-GNT) viewed from Adversity Quotient for students’ mathematics achievement. The population of this research were all of Junior High School Students 8th grade in Magetan Regency schools in academic year 2016/2017 whom applied KTSP curriculum. The sampling techniques was taken by using stratified cluster random sampling. The data was collected by using methods of documentation, questionnaires on students AQ, and mathematics achievement test. The analysis data technique used two-ways analysis of variance with unbalanced cells, with significance level was 0.05. Based on the study result, it could be concluded that : (1) TAI-GNT learning model made better mathematics learning achievement than TPS-GNT learning model, (2) Climber students got better mathematics learning achievement than Camper students and Quitter students, while Camper students got better mathematics learning achievement than Quitter students, (3) for every learning model, climber student got better mathematic learning achievement than Camper students and Quitter students, while Camper student got better mathematic learning achievement than Quitter student, (4) for every categories AQ, TAI-GNT learning model made better mathematics learning achievement than TPS-GNT learning model.Keywords: Adversity Quotient (AQ), Guided Note Taking (GNT), Mathematics Learning Achievement, Relation and Function, Team Assisted Individualization (TAI), Think Pair Share (TPS)

The purpose of this study was to find out: (1) Which is more effective, TPS Mind Mapping (TPS MM) strategy or Think Talk Write Mind Mapping strategy (TTW MM), (2) Which category of logical mathematic intelligence that can provide better mathematics achievement, (3) In each of the model, which in the categories of logical mathematical intelligence that can provide learning achievement better mathematics learning, logical mathematical intelligence is high, medium or low,(4) In each category of the logical mathematic intelligence ( high, medium,and low ), which is more effective between TPS Mind Mapping strategy and TTW Mind Mapping strategy. This type of research is a quasi experimental with 2×3 factoriall design. The Pupulation on the research is all eighth grade of students junior high schools in Sukoharjo regency in the academic years of 2016/2017. The sample was conducted by using stratified cluster random sampling. The study concluded: (1) TPS Mind Mapping strategy was as effective as TTW Mind Mapping strategy, (2) the students’ learning achievement with high logical mathematic inteligence is better than students achievement with mediumm or low logical mathematic intelligence, while the students’ learning achievement with medium logical mathematic intelligence was better than students’ achievement with low logical mathematic intelligence, (3) in each of the model, the students’ with high logical mathematic inteligence has better than students with medium and low logical mathematic inteligence, and students with logical mathematics intelligence had an equal achievement with low logical mathematic intelligence, (4)on each of category the logical mathematic intelligence, TPS Mind Mapping strategy provides similar outcome with TTW Mind Mapping strategy.Keywords: Think Talk Write, Think Pair Share, Mind Mapping, Logical Mathematic Intelligence

This study aims to determine the contribution of reading comprehension skill of students to their mathematics learning outcomes in problem solving linear program material for XI SMA MTA Surakarta academic year 2016/2017. In this study, the ability to understand the reading () serves as the independent variable and the results of students' mathematics learning () as the dependent variable. The population in this study were all students of class XI SMA MTA Surakarta academic year 2016/2017 and the obtained sample were 200 students. Based on descriptive analysis, it is obtained an average score of reading comprehension skill is 62.5142, and for mathematics learning outcomes is 46.5075. Based on the results obtained by analysis of linear regression, it is obtained the alleged regression model obtained means or can be used to predict the results of students’ mathematics learning. From the regression equation estimators obtained, a regression coefficient of 0.706 states that any change in the reading comprehension skill by 1 unit will improve mathematics achievement of 0.706 units. Therefore, it can be concluded that there are significant ability to understand the reading of the results of learning mathematics in solving linear program material positively. This research was a quasi-experimental research with 2×3 factorial design. It aimed to determine the learning model between Think Talk Write with Talking Stick (TTW-TS) and Think Pair Share with Talking Stick (TPS-TS) that gave the best achievement on mathematics subject viewed from students' independent learning. The population of this research were all of Junior High School students at the 8th grade in Ngawi Regency, East Java, Indonesia in academic year 2016/2017 which applied KTSP curriculum. The sample was taken by using stratified cluster random sampling. The data were collected by using methods of documentation, students' independent learning questionnaires, and mathematics achievement test. Data analysis technique used two ways analysis of variance (ANOVA) with unequal cell. According to the research findings, it could be concluded that: (1) students' mathematics achievement which were taught by using TTW-TS is as good as students' mathematics achievement which were taught by using TPS-TS in relation and function material, (2) mathematics achievement of students with high independent learning is better than students with medium and low independent learning, and mathematics achievement of students with medium independent learning is as good as students with low independent learning in relation and function material, (3) in each learning model, mathematics achievement of students with high independent learning is better than students with medium and low independent learning, and mathematics achievement of students with medium independent learning is as good as students with low independent learning in relation and function material (4) in each category of high and medium independent learning, student’s mathematics achievement which were taught by using TTW-TS is better than student’s mathematics achievement which were taught by using TPS-TS and in low independent learning student’s mathematics achievement which were taught by using TTW-TS is as good as student’s mathematics achievement which were taught by using TPS-TS in relation and function material.
