<![CDATA[Abstrak Tujuan penelitian (1) Untuk menganalisis pengaruh lingkugan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja dan kinerja pegawai. (2) Untuk menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja dan kinerja pegawai. (3) Untuk menganalisis pengaruh komitmen organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja dan kinerja pegawai. 4) Untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. 5) Untuk menganalisis pengaruh lingkungan kerja, budaya organisasi dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui kepuasan kerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan data primer melalui kuisioner sebanyak 184 responden. Penelitian dilakukan dari bulan September sampai dengan bulan Nopember 2021. Data dianalisis menggunakan Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) dengan bantuan Amos Versi 25. Dan SPSS Versi 25. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Lingkungan kerja ,budaya organisasi dan komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. (2) Lingkungan kerja dan komitmen organisasiberpengaruhpositifdan signifikanterhadapkinerjapegawai.(3) Budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. (4) Lingkungan kerja, budaya organisasi dan komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui kepuasan kerja. Abstract Research objectives (1) To analyze the influence of work environment on job satisfaction and employee performance. (2) To analyze the influence of organizational culture on job satisfaction and employee performance. This study used a quantitative approach using primary data through questionnaires as many as 184 respondents. The research was conducted from September to November 2021.
