Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan penelitian (1) Untuk menganalisis pengaruh lingkugan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja dan kinerja pegawai. (2) Untuk menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja dan kinerja pegawai. (3) Untuk menganalisis pengaruh komitmen organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja dan kinerja pegawai. 4) Untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. 5) Untuk menganalisis pengaruh lingkungan kerja, budaya organisasi dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui kepuasan kerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan data primer melalui kuisioner sebanyak 184 responden. Penelitian dilakukan dari bulan September sampai dengan bulan Nopember 2021. Data dianalisis menggunakan Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) dengan bantuan Amos Versi 25. Dan SPSS Versi 25. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Lingkungan kerja ,budaya organisasi dan komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. (2) Lingkungan kerja dan komitmen organisasiberpengaruhpositifdan signifikanterhadapkinerjapegawai.(3) Budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. (4) Lingkungan kerja, budaya organisasi dan komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui kepuasan kerja. Kata Kunci: Lingkungan kerja, budaya organisasi, komitmen organisasi, kepuasan kerja, kinerja pegawai. Abstract Research objectives (1) To analyze the influence of work environment on job satisfaction and employee performance. (2) To analyze the influence of organizational culture on job satisfaction and employee performance. (3) To analyze the influence of the organization's commitment to job satisfaction and employee performance. 4) To analyze the influence of job satisfaction on employee performance. 5) To analyze the influence of the work environment, organizational culture and organizational commitment to employee performance through job satisfaction. This study used a quantitative approach using primary data through questionnaires as many as 184 respondents. The research was conducted from September to November 2021. The data was analyzed using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) with the help of Amos Version 25. And SPSS version 25. The results of this study show that: (1) Work environment, organizational culture and organizational commitment have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. (2) The work environment and organizational commitment affects the positive and significant impact on the performance of staffing. (3) Organizational culture has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance. (4) Work environment, organizational culture and organizational commitment have a positive and significant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction Keywords: Work environment, organizational culture, organizational commitment, job satisfaction, employee performance.

Abstract

Community Service Activities (PkM) is one part of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education which must be carried out by the academic community, especially teaching staff. Service with the title PKM DEVELOPMENT OF BONTOTIRO VILLAGE COOPERATIVE BULUKUMBA DISTRICT.PKM activities are carried out to increase participants' skills, abilities and knowledge in solving problems that occur in their environment. This community service aims to provide understanding to the community, especially the Islamic boarding school environment, regarding how to develop a cooperative as a basis for increasing the use of cooperatives as business entities as well as as a people's economic movement that is tough, strong, independent and superior as an economic actor that mobilizes the economic capabilities of the people in the area. national economy.

Abstract

There are many benefits to a village having a website that is managed seriously. Lighten the government's workload and make things easier for village communities. This service activity will be carried out in Paddinging Village, which is one of the villages in Sanrobone District, Takalar Regency, South Sulawesi. This consideration regarding location selection is because Paddinging Village does not yet have a village website. On the other hand, Paddinging Village has several natural potentials which can be maximized by disseminating information to people inside and outside the village. Paddinging Village has quite large natural and tourism potential but has not received special attention from the government. The expanse of mountains and rice fields as well as the mist that sometimes covers it, accompanied by cool air are the characteristics of Paddinging Village. Apart from that, Paddinging Village has a pine forest which is very suitable as a camping spot on the weekend. Even the water there comes from springs directly from the mountains, which can be used as a basic ingredient for a mineral drinking water business.
