Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan penelitian (1) Untuk menganalisis pengaruh lingkugan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja dan kinerja pegawai. (2) Untuk menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja dan kinerja pegawai. (3) Untuk menganalisis pengaruh komitmen organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja dan kinerja pegawai. 4) Untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. 5) Untuk menganalisis pengaruh lingkungan kerja, budaya organisasi dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui kepuasan kerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan data primer melalui kuisioner sebanyak 184 responden. Penelitian dilakukan dari bulan September sampai dengan bulan Nopember 2021. Data dianalisis menggunakan Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) dengan bantuan Amos Versi 25. Dan SPSS Versi 25. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Lingkungan kerja ,budaya organisasi dan komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. (2) Lingkungan kerja dan komitmen organisasiberpengaruhpositifdan signifikanterhadapkinerjapegawai.(3) Budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. (4) Lingkungan kerja, budaya organisasi dan komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui kepuasan kerja. Kata Kunci: Lingkungan kerja, budaya organisasi, komitmen organisasi, kepuasan kerja, kinerja pegawai. Abstract Research objectives (1) To analyze the influence of work environment on job satisfaction and employee performance. (2) To analyze the influence of organizational culture on job satisfaction and employee performance. (3) To analyze the influence of the organization's commitment to job satisfaction and employee performance. 4) To analyze the influence of job satisfaction on employee performance. 5) To analyze the influence of the work environment, organizational culture and organizational commitment to employee performance through job satisfaction. This study used a quantitative approach using primary data through questionnaires as many as 184 respondents. The research was conducted from September to November 2021. The data was analyzed using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) with the help of Amos Version 25. And SPSS version 25. The results of this study show that: (1) Work environment, organizational culture and organizational commitment have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. (2) The work environment and organizational commitment affects the positive and significant impact on the performance of staffing. (3) Organizational culture has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance. Abstract

The rapid development of technology, particularly artificial intelligence (AI), in the Society 5.0 era has significantly transformed how organizations operate and interact with employees. This era emphasizes the importance of collaboration between humans and technology to achieve organizational goals more efficiently. In this context, Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) and Quality of Work Life (QWL) are two key factors that influence employee performance. OCB refers to voluntary behaviors that support the organization beyond formal job requirements, while QWL relates to working conditions that promote employee well-being and engagement. This study aims to analyze the impact of OCB and QWL on employee performance at the Department of Cooperatives, SMEs, Trade, and Industry in Pangkep Regency, which has implemented OCB principles through routine activities such as community service, retirement celebrations, and quarterly meetings. This is a quantitative study using a descriptive and explanatory approach. The sample consists of 84 employees selected through purposive sampling. The results show that both OCB and QWL have a positive and significant impact on employee performance. Improvements in OCB and QWL were found to enhance employee performance, both in terms of productivity and interpersonal relationships at the workplace. These findings indicate that a work environment supporting OCB and QWL can create a more productive and harmonious atmosphere, which contributes to the achievement of organizational goals. Furthermore, the study highlights the importance of implementing OCB and QWL, especially in the Society 5.0 era, which is characterized by technological advancements such as AI. By leveraging OCB and QWL, organizations can create a more adaptive environment and improve employee performance, thereby supporting future organizational success.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Electronic Word Of Mouth (E-Wom) Dan Online Consumer Review (Ocr) Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Melalui Shopee (Studi Kasus Mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi Dan Bisnis Umi). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian Kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitain ini adalah data primer yang dikumpulkan melalui kuisioner. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 273 orang mahasiswa jurusan manajemen Angkatan 2022 fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Muslim Indonesia, jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 73 orang dengan menggunakan rumus slovin. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda dengan menggunakan statistical product and service solution (SPSS).Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa memlalui uji t variable Electronic Word Of Mouth (E-Wom) berpengaruh terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Melalui Shopee dan variabel dan Online Consumer Review (Ocr) berpengaruh terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Melalui Shopee.
