Abstract

Gerakan literasi di sekolah dasar merupakan hal yang penting dalam membentuk dasar-dasar pembelajaran yang kuat dan mengembangkan keterampilan literasi pada anak-anak. Literasi merupakan kemampuan untuk membaca, menulis, dan memahami teks dengan baik, serta menggunakan pengetahuan ini untuk berpikir kritis dan berkomunikasi secara efektif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat sejauh mana penerapan program literasi disekolah dasar. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Instrumen penelitia ini dilakukan dengan cara wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Wawacara dilakukan kepada wali kelas 3 SDN 08 Kampung Rempak. Dari hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa SDN 08 Kampung Rempak telah menerapkan program literasi disekolah yaitu: (1). Membaca 15 menit sebelum jam pelajaran (2) Pojok Baca (3) Kantong Literasi (4) Menabung (5) Ekstrakulikuler.

Abstract

Students' cognitive understanding of Civic Education (PKn) subject matter is still relatively low, which is one of the fundamental problems in the learning process in elementary schools. This condition is caused by several factors, such as the lack of active student involvement, monotonous learning methods, and minimal use of interesting and interactive media. The purpose of this study was to describe the effect of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model assisted by Baamboozle media on the learning outcomes of Civic Education students in grade IV of SDN 14 Pekanbaru. This study used a Pre-Experimental design with the form of One Group Pretest and Posttest. This study involved a sample of 24 students from grade IV of SDN 14 Pekanbaru. Data collection techniques were collected through multiple-choice test questions analyzed by paired sample t-test and simple linear regression. The results of the paired sample t-test showed an average pretest of 63.08 and a posttest of 80.92. Based on the decision-making criteria for the paired sample t-test, sig. p <0.05, then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. Analysis using a simple linear regression test obtained an R Square value of 0.898 or 89.8%. The Baamboozle-assisted PBL model has proven to be an effective effort to improve civics learning outcomes, especially in elementary schools. The novelty of this study lies in the integration of the PBL learning model that focuses on solving real problems collaboratively with the interactive and interesting Baamboozle educational game media. The implication of this finding is that teachers, especially at the elementary school level, need to consider using more innovative and interactive learning approaches to increase students' cognitive engagement and understanding of abstract and conceptual civics material.

Abstract

n adolescence there are often health problems related to nutrient intake, tend to experience malnutrition (calories and protein), the habit of skipping breakfast and unhealthy snacking habits that can lead to chronic energy deficiency (CED). This study aims to determine the relationship between breakfast habits, snack habits and nutritional intake with the incidence of chronic energy deficiency in female students at SMAN 18 Makassar. The research design used was cross sectional. The population in this study was all 504 young women in class XI and XII at SMA Negeri 18 Makassar. A total of 54 female students were selected as samples using simple random sampling. Data collected included breakfast habits and snack habits by direct interviews using questionnaires, nutrient intake was obtained using the 24-hour food recall method, and nutritional status was determined based on mid-upper arm circumference (MUAC) measurements. The results showed that there were 59.2% of students who had frequent breakfast habits and 79.6% of students who had frequent snacking habits. There were 88.9% of students with a category of insufficient energy intake and 77.8% of students with a category of insufficient protein intake. It was also found that 59.3% students experienced CED. There is no relationship between breakfast habits, snacking habits, energy and protein intake with Chronic Energy Deficiency in students at SMAN 18 Makassar (p value>0.05). However, the proportion of students with low energy and protein intake was more likely to experience chronic energy deficiency. The conclusion in this study is that there is no relationship between breakfast habits, snacking habits, and nutrient intake with the incidence of chronic energy deficiency.

Abstract

Retorika politik merupakan alat strategis dalam komunikasi diplomatik, terutama dalam isu-isu krusial seperti konflik Palestina-Israel. Artikel ini menganalisis pidato-pidato Mahmoud Abbas di forum Perserikatan Bangsa-Bangsa (PBB) dan media digital, dengan menggunakan pendekatan retorika Aristoteles (ethos, pathos, logos) dan teori framing. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pidato Abbas secara efektif membangkitkan solidaritas internasional melalui kombinasi kredibilitas, emosi, dan logika yang terstruktur rapi dalam lima tahap retorika klasik. Artikel ini menekankan pentingnya retorika sebagai strategi komunikasi politik dalam membentuk opini publik global dan diplomasi internasional.
