Abstract

There are many digital-based financial services today, one of them is mobile payment service. Users can deposit money and make online transaction with their smartphone through mobile application. Five mobile payment service providers with the most users in Indonesia, according to Dailysocial are GOPAY, OVO, LinkAja, DANA, and PayTren. This study uses sentiment analysis to classify user’s opinion into positive and negative classes. The classification method used is Support Vector Machine. This study utilizes three metrics, namely Net Sentiment, Share of Voice, and Social Influence Marketing Score. Those metrics are useful for knowing reputation, reach, and influence of brands in social media. The findings in this study indicate that GOPAY, OVO, DANA, and PayTren have a positive dominant sentiment, while LinkAja has a negative dominant sentiment. The brand with the biggest influence and reaches in the mobile payment industry is GOPAY. While the highest reputation brand is PayTren. The implication of this research is to encourage mobile payment providers to be able to monitor their brand conditions among their competitors by utilizing social network analysis method.

Abstract

One of information security management elements is information security awareness program. Usually, this programs only involve the employees within the organization. Some organizations also consider security awareness for some parties outside the organization like providers, vendors, and contractors. This paper add consumers as variable to be considered in information security awareness program as there are also some threats for organization through them. Information security awareness will be measured from user’s knowledge, behavior, and attitude of five information security focus areas in telecommunication, especially related with smartphone users as one segment of telecommunication provider. For smartphone users, information security threats not only from Internet, but also by phone call or texting. Therefore, focus area in this research consist of adhere to security policy, protect personal data, fraud/spam SMS, mobile application, and report for security incident. This research use analytic hierarcy process (AHP) method to measure the information security awareness level from smartphone users. In total, the result indicated that awareness level is good (80%). Although knowledge and attitude dimension are in good criteria of awareness level, but behaviour dimension is average. It can be a reason why there are still many information security breach against smartphone user despite good awareness level.

Abstract

Penggabungan dari empat pendidikan tinggi di bawah Yayasan Pendidikan Telkom (YPT) merupakan wujud implementasi visi YPT dalam mencapai world class university. Namun tidak dapat dipungkiri bahwa hal tersebut memunculkan tingkat kekhawatiran yang berbeda-beda terhadap suatu risiko pada proses TI yang sudah dijalankan. Begitu pula dengan tingkat kemapanan setiap proses TI yang merealisasikan sasaran pengendalian. Maka dari itu, perlu dibuat pemetaan terhadap profil risiko dan tingkat kemapanan pada masing-masing lembaga. Penelitian berfokus pada domain Plan and Organise,yang bertujuan untuk mendapatkan pemetaan proses TI di Telkom University berdasarkan COBIT 4.1, pemetaan profil risiko dan tingkat kemapanan di empat fakultas dengan kuadran prioritas, serta untuk mendapatkan teknik pengendalian umum untuk merealisasikan sasaran pengendalian dalam rangka integrasi manajemen menjadi Telkom University. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keempat lembaga pendidikan tinggi yang bergabung menjadi Telkom University memiliki bobot risiko dan tingkat kemapanan proses TI yang berbeda-beda. Selain itu, proses-proses TI yang sudah dijalankan oleh masing-masing lembaga juga berbeda-beda. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, Telkom University sebaiknya melakukan integrasi terhadap pengelolaan teknologi informasi serta menerapkan langkah-langkah prioritas untuk proses TI yang berada dalam kuadran under-controlled

Abstract

The number of car sales in e-commerce is currently increase along with the increasing use of the Internet in Indonesia. Purchases of Car in Indonesia are currently get higher, especially in used cars, which are a necessity for the community based on the odd-even system of car traffic policies currently applied in Jakarta. This research aims to study characteristics of clusters formed in e-commerce site to predict how are the car sales segmentation. Data is collected from big-two e-commerce site about car selling and buying in Indonesia. Clustering model is build using K-Means method and Davies Bouldin Index as evaluation of the clusters formed. The results show for both clusters, the first cluster has characteristic lowers sale price and older production year. The second cluster has higher price with latest production. From the model performance, evaluation from Davies Bouldin Index is quite good for both models. Keywords : Big Data, Clustering, K-Means, E-Commerce

Abstract

Background : The use of information systems today has become a necessity in organizations, including in the health sector due to the large amount of patient data that must be managed. 95% of Bandung City citizens are entitled to health facility services in all health facilities that have been partnered with BPJS Kesehatan, one of which is the Puskesmas. In its service, the Puskesmas manages patient health data using computer-based SIM Puskesmas, thus personal health information is vulnerable to information security threats both from internal and external. Therefore, Puskesmas need to build information security to reduce the level of security violations and maintain the health information of their patients.Objective : The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that significantly influence the Culture of Information Security in Bandung Public Health Center.Methods : The research method used is a quantitative method with PLS-SEM data analysis technique using WarpPLS 6.0 software. The technique used is Model Evaluation consisting of Measurement Models, Structural Models and Hypothesis Testing. This research data uses primary data taken through questionnaires to 154 employees who were sampledResults : Based on the characteristics of the respondents it can be seen that the majority of health center employees are women, the highest age is 19-29 years, the most positions are Administration / Medical Records, Education of employees is S1, lenght of work of Employees is 1-5 years. In the information management process, the Puskesmas has used Computer Based. The Puskesmas has an Information Security Policy. Based on the Evaluation Model, it can be seen that the model is fit, because it meets the Rule of Thumb criteria.Conclusion : Based on the results of the Model Evaluation and Hypothesis Testing, it can be seen that the variables that influence the Information Security Culture in Bandung City Health Center are Management, Change Management, Knowledge, Soft Issue-Workplace Independent and Attitude.Keywords :  Information Security Culture, Healthcare, PLS-SEM.

Abstract

Penggunaan sistem informasi adalah suatu keharusan dalam suatu organisasi, termasuk dalam industri perawatan kesehatan. Penggunaan data informasi kesehatan digital membuat keamanan informasi sangat penting bagi penyedia layanan kesehatan. Data kesehatan saat ini adalah target dari pelanggaran keamanan karena di nilai lebih tinggi dari informasi kartu kredit. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis budaya keamanan informasi pada penyedia layanan kesehatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode sampel dengan teknik Purposive sampling dari populasi berupa pegawai di klinik pratama Kota Bandung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan teknik analisis data berupa PLS-SEM. Data dari penelitian dikumpulkan dengan cara menyebar kuesioner secara langsung kepada 150 pegawai dari dua puluh lima klinik pratama Kota Bandung. Data diolah dengan software wrapPLS 6.0 dengan melakukan evaluasi model pengukuran, model struktural dan model fit indeks. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data menunjukkan bahwa faktor management, knowledge, security behavior, dan attitude mempengaruhi budaya keamanan informasi di klinik pratama Kota Bandung.

Abstract

Penelitian menganalisis faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi budaya keamanan informasi di RumahSakit di Kota Bandung. Penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner yang disebarkan ke rumah sakit yangterdaftar di Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial Kesehatan (BPJS) sebanyak 169 kuesioner.Penelitian menggunakan sampel sejumlah rumah sakit di Kota Bandung. Metode penelitian adalahmetode kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis data Partially Least Square Structural Equation Modelling(PLS-SEM). Data penelitian adalah data primer melalui kuisioner kepada pegawai rumah sakit.Berdasarkan penelitian terdahulu, budaya keamanan informasi dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor danbudaya organisasi secara keseluruhan. Penelitian diharapkan memberikan wawasan tentang budayadan perilaku keamanan informasi di rumah sakit Kota Bandung dan mendukung strategi e-kesehatannasional oleh Kementerian Kesehatan Republik Indonesia. Penelitian ini dimulai dengan jumlahvariabel sebanyak 14, yaitu management, workplace capabilities, risk and response factors,operational management, change management, organisational culture, knowledge, securitycompliance, security behavior, soft issues – workplace independent, training and awareness,information security policies, perceived security threat dan attitude. Namun, yang berpengaruhterhadap Information Security Culture (ISC) adalah organisational culture, knowledge, informationsecurity policies, perceived security threat dan attitude.

Abstract

To date, chatbots have been widely used in e-commerce as a replacement for conventional customer service agents. This study aims to analyze the influence of chatbots’ conversation skills on purchasing decisions made by e-commerce users. The specific skills examined were tailored response and response variety. This study used quantitative methods with online questionnaires and involved 699 respondents who had shopped on an ecommerce website and used a chatbot feature in the application. The e-commerce platforms involved in this study were the top five used in Indonesia: Shopee, Tokopedia, BliBli, Lazada, and Bukalapak. The data collected were analyzed using the partial least squares structural equation modeling method. The results show that the conversational skills of chatbots can influence consumer shopping decisions which can increase the sales of ecommerce organizations. The results provide guidance for e-commerce platforms using chatbots to help consumers with shopping. Keywords—Conversational Skills; Chatbot; E-Commerce; Indonesia; Purchase Behavior

Abstract

This study focuses on the motivations of engaged Indonesian university students who frequently utilize the AI-chatbot to assist them with their academic work. This research modifies Post-Acceptance of Information System Continue model with the ECT (Expectation Confirmation Theory) and TAM (Technology Acceptance Model) to explore constructs to determine what motivates students to continue using the emerging AI-chatbot, namely BING. The findings revealed a positive and substantial correlation between Perceived Information Quality (PEIQ), Confirmation (CON), Perceived Usefulness (PEU), Perceived Enjoyment (PEE), Satisfaction (SAT), and Continue Intention (COI). Confirmation (CON) has a significant impact on how usefulness and enjoyment BING is perceived, which influences Satisfaction and the decision to continue using BING. Confirmation (CON) and Perceived Ease of Use (PEEOU) have no clear correlation with Satisfaction (SAT). Some contributions are discussed in this study, both theoretically and practically.

Abstract

Research in the field of health is closely related to experiments on living beings, particularly humans. Determining the appropriate sample size and sampling techniques in health research is a crucial aspect to ensure the quality of research outcomes. An adequate sample size ensures that the data obtained is reliable and representative, while the selection of appropriate sampling techniques enhances the validity and generalizability of the findings. Therefore, careful planning at this stage will significantly contribute to the integrity and credibility of research in the field of Pharmacy. This Community Service activity aims to enhance the capabilities of students and lecturers at the Indonesian School of Pharmacy (STFI) Bandung in conducting health research. The activities conducted include training and workshops in statistics, specifically related to determining the technical aspects and sample size for research. The method used involves in-person training for participants, as well as measuring research outcomes based on the comparison of pre-test and post-test scores. The comparison is conducted using the Wilcoxon test analysis technique to assess the significance of the differences between pre-test and post-test results. The results of this activity indicate a statistically significant increase in students' knowledge regarding the understanding of determining sampling techniques and minimum sample sizes.ABSTRAKPenelitian di bidang kesehatan berkaitan erat dengan ujicoba pada makhluk hidup, terutama manusia. Penentuan ukuran dan teknik sampling yang tepat dalam penelitian di bidang kesehatan merupakan aspek krusial untuk menjamin kualitas hasil penelitian. Ukuran sampel yang memadai memastikan bahwa data yang diperoleh dapat diandalkan dan representatif, sementara pemilihan teknik sampling yang sesuai meningkatkan validitas dan generalisasi temuan. Oleh karena itu, perencanaan yang teliti dalam tahap ini akan berkontribusi signifikan terhadap integritas dan kredibilitas penelitian di bidang Farmasi. Kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan mahasiswa dan dosen di Sekolah Tinggi Farmasi Indonesia (STFI) Bandung dalam melakukan penelitian di bidang kesehatan. Kegiatan yang dilakukan berupa pelatihan dan workshop di bidang statistika khususnya terkait penentuan teknis dan besar sample penelitian. Metode yang digunakan berupa pelatihan secara luring kepada peserta, serta pengukuran hasil penelitian berdasarkan perbandingan nilai pre-test dan post-test. Perbandingan dilakukan menggunakan teknik analisis uji Wilcoxon untuk melihat signifikansi dari perbedaan hasil pre-test dan post-test. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan mahasiswa yang signifikan secara statistika berkaitan dengan pemahaman mengenai penentuan teknik dan besar sampel minimal. Pelatihan ini efektif dan berdampak positif, sehingga model ini dapat diterapkan di topik pengabdian masyarakat lainnya.
