Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of public ownership structure, capital structure, and credit risk on profitability in Foreign Exchange National Private Commercial Banks. This type of research uses a quantitative descriptive method. The types and sources of data used in this study are secondary data. The total population in the study is 35 Foreign Exchange National Private Commercial Banks. The number of samples in this study are 17 Banks. The data analysis technique in this study uses statistical data using SPSS 21 software. Data analysis in this study uses panel data where the data is a combination of time series data. The results show that simultaneous test (F), namely public ownership structure, capital structure, and credit risk have significant effect on profitability in Foreign Exchange National Private Commercial Banks. The partial test (t) show that public ownership structure has significant effect on profitability in Foreign Exchange National Private Commercial Banks, capital structure has no significant effect on profitability in Foreign Exchange National Private Commercial Banks, and credit risk has significant effect on profitability in Foreign Exchange National Private Commercial Banks.

Abstract

The background in this study is that the role of MSMEs is very strategic, especially in overcoming poverty and employment so that they can empower the community well. During the COVID-19 pandemic, culinary SMEs typical of the city of Palu experienced an impact on their business processes, and experienced a significant decline in sales. This research uses descriptive qualitative method. Data were collected through questionnaires, and interviews. Respondents in this study amounted to 25 owners of culinary SMEs typical of the city of Palu. The results of this study obtained a strategy for developing human resources for culinary SMEs typical of the city of Palu: HR training on digital marketing, product innovation, financial transaction applications, and creativity programs organized by the government and other business groups.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan pada PT. Mandala Multifinance Cabang Donggala dengan tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh beban kerja dan stres kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian Kuantitatif dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 45 orang yang merupakan karyawan PT. Mandala Multifinance Cabang Donggala. Analis data mengunakan persamaan regresi linear berganda danpembuktian hipotesis dengan mengunakan uji t,uji f serta koefisien determinasi (R²). Hasil persamaan regresi linear berganda yakni Beban kerja dan stress kerja secara bersama-sama berpengaruh negatif terhadap kinerja karyawan, Hasil uji t diperoleh yakni beban kerja dan stress kerja secara bersama-sama berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Sedangkan hasil uji f secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan Hasil koefisien determinasi R2 diperoleh sebesar 0,363 atau 36,3%, variabel beban kerja dan stress kerja memberi pengaruh kinerja pada karyawan.
