Abstract

This study is designed to analyze the relationship between variables so that this research belongs to the type of causal research. The variables used in this study are the independent variables, namely the material motivation and the material provider and the dependent variable, namely the employee performance variable. Primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires to 60 employees who attended the Culture House Training. The research was conducted using the Multiple Linear Regression Analysis Technique, F test, t test, and the coefficient of determination which were run by the SPSS application. Motivation material has no effect on employee performance, indicated by the t value of 1.429 is smaller than the t table value of 2.00247. Giver of motivation has an effect on employee performance, as indicated by the t value of 7.648 which is greater than the t value of 2.00247. Motivation material and material giver jointly affect employee performance, indicated by the value of the F count of 31.131 is smaller than the F table value of 3.16 with a significance level of 0.008 Based on the coefficient of determination test, it is known that the dependent variable influenced by the independent variable is 50.5%, while the rest is influenced by factors outside of this study. The results of this study indicate that the material of motivation and motivation has an influence on the performance of the employees of PT. Pindo Deli Pulp and Paper Mills-2. Based on the conditions that occur in the field, this research produces recommendations for future improvements related to motivation, motivation, types of delivery, and employee performance.

Abstract

Indonesia is an archipelagic country which has different legal characteristics, namely community life in villages which is closely related to family ties, which does not rule out the possibility that problems will arise such as the problem of dividing inherited land which often causes disputes within the family. This journal discusses legal solutions to the infringement of inherited land rights by non-heirs. The author emphasizes that seizure of inherited land by non-heirs can cause disputes and conflicts, as well as impact personal interests. Empirical juridical research method, using a statutory approach. The aim of this research is to find out the regulations for the distribution of inherited land rights and to understand the legal consequences of encroachment on inherited land rights by third parties. The results of this research show that the division of inheritance rights over land is regulated by the inheritance law that applies in Indonesia, there are three systems of inheritance law, namely Customary Inheritance Law, Islamic Inheritance Law, and Civil Inheritance Law, and the regulation of the distribution of inheritance rights over inheritance that applies in Indonesia. The legal consequence of encroachment on inheritance rights by a third party is that the heirs receive compensation for material and immaterial losses resulting from unlawful acts calculated in the form of money or by replacing goods or objects that have been damaged or confiscated, according to the value of the goods.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran dzikir dalam membantu remaja Muslim mengelola kecemasan. Kecemasan merupakan salah satu permasalahan psikologis yang sering dialami remaja, disebabkan oleh berbagai faktor seperti tekanan akademik, konflik keluarga, pergaulan sosial, hingga ketidakpastian dalam pencarian jati diri. Dalam perspektif Islam, dzikir diyakini sebagai salah satu cara efektif untuk menenangkan hati dan pikiran. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Penelitian ini melibatkan satu orang partisipan, yaitu seorang remaja Muslim berinisial R, mahasiswa UIN Raden Fatah Palembang berusia 21 tahun. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam dan dianalisis berdasarkan empat aspek kecemasan menurut Nevid, yaitu aspek kognitif, fisik, emosional, dan perilaku. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dzikir membantu subjek dalam mengalihkan pikiran dari hal-hal negatif ke pola pikir yang lebih positif dan penuh penerimaan, meredakan gejala fisik seperti ketegangan otot dan gangguan tidur, menenangkan emosi seperti rasa panik dan gelisah, serta mendorong perilaku adaptif berupa refleksi diri dan pendekatan spiritual daripada menghindari masalah. Dzikir berperan tidak hanya sebagai bentuk ibadah ritual, tetapi juga sebagai mekanisme coping spiritual yang efektif dalam membantu remaja mengendalikan kecemasan di tengah tekanan kehidupan akademik, sosial, dan keluarga. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat memberikan masukan bagi upaya pengembangan strategi pengelolaan kecemasan berbasis nilai spiritual dalam kehidupan remaja Muslim.

Abstract

Pedagogical competence is a fundamental competency that every Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teacher must possess, particularly in the context of pesantren, which demands the integration of mastery of religious subject matter with professional learning management skills. However, the reality at Pondok Pesantren Bahrul Ulum Tambakberas Jombang shows that the pedagogical competence of PAI teachers is not yet optimal, especially in relation to lesson planning, the implementation of active learning, the use of instructional media and technology, and the conduct of authentic assessment. This study aimed to analyze in depth the forms of pedagogical competence problems among PAI teachers and the factors influencing their emergence. The research employed a qualitative approach with a case study design, with data collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation. Data were analyzed using the interactive model of Miles, Huberman, and Saldaña, which includes data condensation, data display, and conclusion drawing, while data trustworthiness was ensured through source and technique triangulation. The findings indicate that the problems in PAI teachers’ pedagogical competence include: (1) the preparation of learning tools that is not yet systematic; (2) the use of conventional teaching methods with minimal variation; (3) suboptimal utilization of instructional technology; and (4) learning evaluation that tends to be cognitively oriented. The main contributing factors include high teaching loads, limited access to professional training, a pesantren culture that is more oriented toward traditional kitab learning, and limited supporting facilities. These findings underscore the need for strategic interventions through the enhancement of teachers’ professional competence, structured pedagogical training, and the strengthening of quality management of instruction based on both pesantren and national curricula. In conclusion, strengthening the pedagogical competence of PAI teachers at Pondok Pesantren Bahrul Ulum Tambakberas Jombang requires institutional support and sustainable capacity-building programs, including the renewal of pedagogical practices so that they are aligned with contemporary learning needs.
