Abstract

Gel merupakan sediaan topikal setengah padat yang nyaman digunakan karena menciptakan lingkungan lembab, dingin dan daya serap yang baik pada kulit serta mudah dicuci dengan air. Gel ekstrak kulit buah pisang telah terbukti mampu mempercepat proses penyembuhan luka bakar melalui peningkatan ekspresi VEGF dan kolagen. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi sifat fisik dan uji iritasi gel ekstrak kulit buah pisang. Desain penelitian menggunakan metode eksperimental. Sebanyak empat ekor kelinci, masing-masing kelinci diberi enam perlakuan (basis gel, gel do 12.5%, gel do 25%, gel do 50% dan bioplacenton). Penelitian ini terdiri dari 3 tahap, tahap pertama pembuatan ekstrak kulit buah pisang, tahap kedua formulasi sediaan gel, tahap ketiga evaluasi sifat fisik dan uji iritasi. Sifat fisik meliputi uji daya sebar, uji daya lekat dan uji pH. Uji iritasi dilakukan dengan mengamati iritasi berupa eritema dan edema selama 24 jam, 48 jam, dan 72 jam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan daya sebar gel ekstrak berbeda bermakna dengan basis gel dan bioplasenton (p<0.05). Daya lekat gel ekstrak berbeda bermakna dengan basis gel (p<0.05). Uji pH gel ekstrak berbeda bermakna dengan basis gel (p<0.05). Uji iritasi menunjukkan tidak ada perbedaan yang bermakna (p>0.05) antar semua perlakuan. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa kulit kelinci tidak terjadi eritema maupun edema.

Abstract

Cardiovascular desease become one of the main health problems in developed and developing countries. Cardiovascular patients generally occur in old age who have experienced decreased organ function and complications. They get prescriptions containing more than one type of drug so that spur the possibility of drug interactions. The most commonly prescribed cardiovascular drug is bisoprolol with combination. The study aimed to determinate of potential interactions of bisoprolol drugs in the prescription of outpatient patients at Al Huda Banyuwangi Hospital’s heart poly. This research was a descriptive study conducted retrospective on the BPJS recipe from January to March 2022. Data retrieval techniques were performed randomly which will then be studied theoretically based on literature. The results of 138 prescriptions taken random sampling included 125 prescriptions that had drug interactions. Of the 125 prescriptions there were 276 potential incidents of drug interactions with bisoprolol, based on the severity of major events of 13 (4.71%), moderate 253 (91.67%), and minor 10 (3.62%). The most interacting cardiovascular drug with bisoprolol was ISDN with an interaction of 47 events (17%) with the severity of moderate (strict monitors) that had an effect on increased hypotension effects, followed by aspirin as much as 37 events (13.4%) with the severity of moderate.

Abstract

The 1000 First Days of Life is the early period of life when you are still in the womb up to the first 2 years of life. The focus of handling nutrition in the 1000 First Day of Life is to prevent malnutrition as a major health problem in toddlers because it can hinder the process of growth and contribute to child morbidity and mortality. Based on this, community service activities were carried out with the topic "Education on the importance of the 1000 First Days of Life in improving the health status of pregnant women and toddlers in the working area of ​​the Pakusari and Ledokombo Health Centers, Jember". Counseling and socialization will be carried out from November 2022 to January 2023. The target of the service is pregnant women and mothers with toddlers. In addition, this activity also provides education to cadres so that later cadres can continue providing education activities to mothers in an effort to prevent health and nutrition problems especially in toddlers. This service activity can be carried out continuously using social media. The results of community service are in the form of articles uploaded via online news, YouTube, and journals with ISSN. Community service activities are needed which are carried out routinely through the collaboration of health education institutions and health institutions in the Jember Regency area as a follow-up to address nutritional problems in the community.
