Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul peningkatan motivasi dan hasil belajar dalam pokok bahasan patikel materi melalui media powerpoint. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan motivasi dan hasil belajar siswa pada pokok bahasan partikel materi dengan pembelajaran melalui media power point. Bentuk penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilakukan dalam 2 siklus, tiap siklus terdiri dari perencanaan, tindakan, observasi dan refleksi.Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah angket motivasi belajar dan tes hasil belajar. Persentase rata-rata angket motivasi belajar siswa dalam pembelajaran melalui media power pointsiklus I (65,3%) dan siklus II (82%) dan tes hasil belajar siswa siklus I (66,2%) dan siklus II (80,2%). Hasil penelitian tindakan kelas menunjukkan adanya terdapat peningkatan motivasi belajar siswa sebesar 16,3% dan peningkatan hasil belajar siswa sebesar 14%. The purpose is of this research is to improve the students motivation and learning achievement on particle material by using PowerPoint media. The method of this research is Classroom Action Research which done in two cycles. Each cycle consist of planning, action, observation and reflection. The instruments used in this research are learning motivation questionnaire and students learning achievement test. The average percentages of students motivation questionnairein learning through powerpoint media in each cycleare 65,3 per cent and 82 per cent respectively, and the results of students learning achievement test are 66,2% (Cycle I), and 80,2% (Cycle II). The research finding of the classroom achievement showedthat there are improvement around 16,3% and 14% on students learning motivation and students learning achievement. Abstract

Climate change remains a critical global challenge requiring effective policy interventions. Green taxation has emerged as a strategic policy instrument to mitigate environmental degradation and promote sustainability. This study investigates the impact of green taxes on environmental sustainability, particularly in energy sector companies disclosing carbon emissions from their operations. Additionally, it examines the role of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) disclosures in fostering sustainable practices. A quantitative approach is employed, using purposive sampling to select a sample of energy sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) between 2022 and 2023. The sample criteria include: (1) energy companies listed on the BEI, (2) non-top-listed firms during the same period, and (3) firms without a complete sustainability report, resulting in 68 data points. This study utilizes secondary data sourced from company annual reports, analyzed using SPSS V25 software. The findings reveal that green taxes exert a significant and positive influence on environmental sustainability. The study’s results are expected to contribute to the formulation of more effective environmental policies in Indonesia, while also advocating public awareness and support for green tax implementation through structured socialization efforts.

Abstract

Liquor has a variety of adverse effects that are bad for the community. The efforts of the police in overcoming the distribution of illegal liquor in the city of Batam are through preventive and repressive measures. The role of the police in tackling illegal liquor in the city of Batam was assisted by bhabinkamtibmas and sanctions were only given in the form of fines and confiscations. Based on the theory of legal certainty used by the author that after reviewing it can be seen that the law already exists but many legal certainties are not carried out by members of the police as well as only providing sanctions and not by applicable regulations. This study aims to analyze the empirical juridical or sociology of law to find out more directly the approach by looking at something of the legal reality that already exists in society. The obstacles faced by police members are the absence of legislation relating to alcoholic drinks that do not yet have specific rules in prevention so that the police in handling these matters do not have certainty in providing criminal sanctions to dealers, sellers or buyers that are circulated illegally at Batam city.
