Abstract

Contractor selection is a decision characterized by multiple objectives. Project owners want to minimize possible project costs but they also want contractors to be able to complete work on time and meet acceptable quality standards. The methods used in this research are Questionnaire, Microsoft Excel, and Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS). The purpose of this research is to identify the risks that may or may occur in the implementation of water resources construction projects based on the bid price against the owner estimate to determine the actions that must be taken to prevent and handle the risks that occur in the implementation. The results of the analysis of the 27 (twenty-seven) risk variables above, several risk variables have a high value (high risk), meaning that the risk has the potential to occur in the implementation of water resources construction projects, both at the bid price < 80% owner estimate and the bid price > 80% owner estimate.

Abstract

As development progresses in Indonesia, there is an increase in the number of work accidents in the Indonesian construction industry. Therefore, the researcher wants to identify the supervisory behavior of project supervisors that can significantly impact workers' safety behavior in construction projects and describe the appropriate impact path using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). This study uses a purposive sampling method. In contrast, this study's sample is construction workers involved in construction projects that implement safety management at construction sites. The results obtained from confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation modeling indicate that there are direct and indirect impacts of supervisory behavior on worker safety behavior. Reactive and supportive actions had a direct impact on the safety behavior of workers (β = 0.036), but had no impact on the safety climate. In contrast, training and preventive actions had an indirect impact on worker safety behavior (β = 0.393), which was mediated by four safety climate factors, namely (1) worker involvement, (2) supervisory environment, (3) workmate influence and (4) competence.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi dengan adanya UU JPH yang saat ini berlaku, sehingga UMKM juga harus memiliki sertifikasi halal dimana manfaat sertifikasi halal adalah untuk mempermudah pemasaran UMKM. UMKM yang memiliki Sertifikasi Halal memiliki jaminan dari otoritas yang berwenang untuk menguji kehalalan suatu produk makanan, minuman dan produk terkait. Bukan hanya halal, tapi Toyyiban juga halal. Halal dan Baik adalah konsepnya. Konsep kehalalan yang dianut pemerintah yaitu jaminan kehalalan produk seharusnya tidak hanya bermanfaat bagi umat Islam, tetapi juga untuk semua khususnya di Jawa Barat tepatnya di Kabupaten Bogor yang meliputi 15 Kecamatan yaitu Pamijahan dan Cibungbulang. Di Kecamatan Pamijahan dan Cibungbulang inilah yang memiliki beragam usaha mulai dari tekstil hingga kuliner. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis pengaruh kesadaran halal usaha mikro, kecil dan menengah terhadap motivasi sertifikasi halal. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif yang menggunakan skala likert, dengan sampel sebanyak 80 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik Purposive Sampling dengan metode Hair et al. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier sederhana dengan menggunakan IBM Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) Versi 16.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dari perhitungan di atas dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh variabel X (Halal Awareness) terhadap variabel Y (Halal Certification Motivation) sebesar 57% dan sisanya sebesar 43% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. tidak diteliti oleh peneliti yaitu lingkungan, tuntutan, dorongan, tingkat pendidikan dan pengalaman. Pengaruh kesadaran halal terhadap motivasi sertifikasi halal pada UKM di Kecamatan Pamijahan dan Cibungbulang. Dengan tingginya kesadaran halal dapat memberikan motivasi yang besar untuk sertifikasi halal bagi UKM di Kecamatan Pamijahan dan Cibungbulang.

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a crucial role in the Indonesian economy, but often face challenges in product innovation and marketing. MT Farm, an MSME in Tegal Waru Farm Land Village, has developed canned lamb product innovation to increase added value and competitiveness. This product is processed using autoclave technology, making it durable and easy to distribute. This community service aims to assist MT Farm in marketing canned lamb products through training and mentoring. The results of the community service show an increase in the knowledge and skills of MT Farm staff, an increase in product quality, an expansion of market reach, and an increase in sales. Canned lamb product innovation is expected to improve the MSME economy and community welfare.
