Abstract

Rural Banks are one of the conventional banks that carry out their business activities, among others 1) Collecting funds from the public in the form of deposits in the form of time deposits, savings deposits and / or other similar forms; 2) Providing Credit; 3) placing funds in the form of SBIs, time deposits, certificates of deposits and or savings with other banks. The results of this study provide information about how to formulate a strategic policy to encourage increased income for regional companies in the Makassar City Rural Bank and evaluate the implementation of strategic policies that have been implemented by the management of PD BPR Makassar City and Makassar City Government as owners of PD BPR. The results obtained from this study are that the main problem faced by the BPR of Makassar City at present is that the problem is actually quite long, namely the unavailability of sufficient working capital funds to support its business activities. So what and however the strategic policy taken by management is always stuck on the same classic problem. Poor past performance causes awarness (trust) of the community to be very low, so that the products launched are less attractive. The low level of competence, discipline, and performance of existing human resources so that they cannot or are less able to create attractive products, that is with the low level of services they have.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of profitability, liquidity and activity on investment decisions. This research is an associative research. This research was conducted on Oil and Gas companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2014 to 2021 through the internet using the www.idx.com website and from the respective websites of the Oil and Gas companies studied. The population in this study were all Oil and Gas companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2012-2019. There are 9 oil and gas companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sample is determined by considering the number of samples used is 32 observation samples. The results of the study found that profitability, liquidity and activity have a positive and significant impact on investment decisions in oil and gas companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Keywords: Profitability, Liquidity, Activity, Investment Decisions .

Abstract

The results of this study indicate that PD. BPR-KMUP Makassar City in the year 2016 has a total workload (BK) of 30,977 People Hours (OJ) with the time of completion of work (WP) of 20,357 People Hour (OJ) with the number of employee needs as many as 24 people, while there are 17 employees So that PD BPR-KMUP Makassar City lacks 7 (seven) employees with the following details: (1). The finance department has no vacancy; (2). General Section lacks 2 (two) employees; (3). Credit Section lacks 3 (three) employees; (4). The Supervisory Section does not have a Vocation of Position; (5). The cash office lacks 2 (two) employees. The shortage of the staff consists of the General Section of the shortage of two employees, namely Driver and Security, Credit Section Lack of 3 (three) people of Funding / Landing, while in Cash Office lack of 2 (two) officers / officers Namely Head of Cash Office and Customer Service (CS). Employee deficiency in the general part of the driver due to PD. BPR KMUP Kota Makassar does not have a Driver while the driver has a workload of 1,280 People Hours (OJ), while Security shortage is charged because Security has a 24 hour workload per day or 3,074 Hours (OJ) per year while The current security is only 1 (one) person. Employee losses on the credit section are due to vacancy in the Funding / Lending staff, while the funding / lending staff has 2,760 Hours (OJ) per year. With the shortage of employees this causes the effectiveness and efficiency of Unit (EU) to be disrupted in the end affect the Work Performance Unit (PU), this can be seen from the Performance Funding and Landing on PD. BPR KMUP Kota Makassar which only realized 17% for Funding and 52% for Landing respectively from the initial target stated in PDK PD. BPR KMUP Kota Makassar Year 2016. Employee / Cash Officials' lack of office is caused by vacant position of Head of Cash Office and Customer Service (CS), while each Head of Cash Office has workload of 1,340 Hours (OJ) And Customer service has 1,140 People Hours (OJ). In the absence of the head of the Office of Cash and Customer Service (CS) makes the Effectiveness and Efficiency Unit (EU) and performance at the cash office to be disrupted which ultimately adds to the workload for existing employees. In addition to referring to Workload Analysis (ABK), the fulfillment of employee needs on PD. BPR-KMUP Makassar City also needs to consider and anticipate the existence of organizational structure changes in PD. BPR-KMUP Kota Makassar includes the plan of opening of Branch Offices and Cash Offices in every Sub-District in Makassar City, and the presence of employees who have entered retirement and optimizing the execution of duties in each section and cash office.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh disiplin kerja, iklim organisasi dan kepuasan kerja terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai ASN Badan Kepegawaian, Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Daerah Kabupaten Kepulauan Selayar. Penelitian ini dikategorikan sebagai penelitian survei. Sebanyak 40 pegawai ASN Badan Kepegawaian, Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Daerah Kabupaten Kepulauan Selayar menjadi sampel yang diambil melalui penyebaran kuisioner. Setelah dilakukan uji validitas dan reabilitas yang dilanjutkan dengan analisis regresi linear sederhana dan regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan software IBM SPSS Ver. 20 (Student Version), diperoleh hasil bahwa (1) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan disiplin kerja terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai ASN, (2) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan iklim organisasi terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai ASN, (3) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan kepuasan kerja terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai ASN dan (4) disiplin kerja, iklim organisasi dan kepusasan kerja secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai ASN Badan Kepegawaian, Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Daerah Kabupaten Kepulauan Selayar. Hasil ini juga didukung oleh kategori penilaian statistik deskriptif yang rata-rata tinggi . This study aims to analyze the effect of work discipline, organizational climate and job satisfaction on the work performance of ASN employees at the Regional Civil Service, Education and Training Agency of the Selayar Islands Regency. This study is categorized as a survey studu. A total of 40 ASN employees of the Regional Civil Service, Education and Training Agency of the Selayar Islands Regency were sampled by means of distributing questionnaires. Based on validity and reliability tests with simple linear regression analysis and multiple linear regression with the help of IBM SPSS Ver software. 20 (Student Version), the results show that (1) there is a positive and significant effect of work discipline on the work performance of ASN employees (2) there is a positive and significant effect of organizational climate on the work performance of ASN employees (3) there is a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction on ASN employee work performance (4) work discipline, organizational climate and job satisfaction simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the work performance of ASN employees at the Regional Civil Service Agency, Regional Education and Training of Selayar Islands Regency This result is also supported by the descriptive statistical assessment category which is high on average.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze: the effect of price, promotion and people on the consumer credit marketing performance of PT BPR Hasa Mitra Makassar based on a quantitative approach with associative descriptive method. This research was conducted at PT BPR Hasa Mitra Makassar Main Branch Office with an allocation of two months from March to April 2022. The population of this study were all 51 (fifty-one) employees of PT BPR Hasa Mitra Main Branch Office and all population is used as the object of research. The results of the study indicate that: 1) There is a direct positive and significant effect between price on the marketing performance of consumer credit at PT BPR Hasa Mitra Makassar. 2) There is no direct positive and significant effect between promotion on the consumer credit marketing performance of PT BPR Hasa Mitra Makassar. 3) There is a direct positive and significant influence between people on the consumptive marketing performance of PT BPR Hasa Mitra Makassar. 4) There is a direct positive and significant influence between price, promotion and people on the consumptive marketing performance of PT BPR Hasa Mitra Makassar.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Fasilitas Kantor, Motivasi Kerja dan Disiplin Kerja terhadap Kinerja Satgas P2KL pada Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Kabupaten Bantaeng, baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan, serta variabel yang paling dominan berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Satgas P2KL. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan metode kuantitatif, dilakukan pada Kantor Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Kabupaten Bantaeng. Penentuan sampel menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh, yaitu sebanyak 65 orang. Metode pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan kuesioner dan studi dokumen. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik deskriptif dan analisis regresi linear berganda. dengan menggunakan bantuan program SPSS versi 22. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa (1) secara parsial terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan fasilitas kantor, motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja Satgas P2KL, hal membuktikan bahwa peningkatan fasilitas kantor, motivasi kerja atau disiplin kerja dapat meningkatkan kinerja Satgas P2KL pada Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Kabupaten Bantaeng. (2) secara simultan terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan fasilitas kantor, motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja Satgas P2KL, hal membuktikan bahwa peningkatan fasilitas kantor, motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja secara bersama-sama dapat meningkatkan kinerja Satgas P2KL pada Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Kabupaten Bantaeng. 3) secara parsial disiplin kerja berpengaruh paling dominan terhadap kinerja Satgas P2KL, hal ini membuktikan bahwa semakin baik disiplin kerja maka akan semakin meningkatkan kinerja Satgas P2KL pada Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Kabupaten Bantaeng,

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of ALMA on financial performance with Entity Value as an intervening variable. This type of research used a descriptive approach and explanatory approach, with exogenous variables namely ALMA and endogenous variables are financial performance and firm value. This study takes the population of all publicly listed banks listed on the IDX, as many as 37 (thirty seven) banks. In determining the sample, a purposive sampling technique was used. This study found that ALMA had a negative effect on company performance. ALMA has an indirect effect on firm value, company performance has an indirect effect on company value, ALMA through Company Performance has an indirect and significant effect on company value on several banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The optimal application of ALMA enables all series of banking activities to be effective, efficient and effective.

Abstract

The research objective was to analyze financial literacy, financial attitudes, and financial behavior on investment decisions and MSME bankruptcy. The partial influence of financial literacy, financial attitudes, and financial behavior on MSMEs' bankruptcy through investment decisions. The sampling method used was purposive sampling. The population was 149 MSMEs and a sample of 108 MSMEs. The analysis method used SEM-PLS. The results prove that financial literacy, financial attitudes, and financial behavior partially positively and significantly affect investment decisions and MSME bankruptcy in Makassar City. Financial decisions cannot partially intervene in the influence of financial literacy, financial attitudes, and financial behavior on the potential for bankruptcy of MSMEs in Makassar City.
