Abstract

Abstract:This study aims to determine the various factors that affect students' self-regulated learning, especially the effects of self-concept, discipline, self-concept and discipline moderated by organizational culture on self-regulated learning. This research was quantitative research. The population was all students of Tarbiyah Faculty of IAIN Parepare in 2016-2019, consisting of 2000 students. The sample was 125 students. Data were collected using questionnaires and documentation, which were then analyzed using SmartPLS. The results showed that 1) there was a positive and significant effect of self-concept toward self-regulated learning with t-statistic 4.514 > t table 1.96; 2) there was no positive and significant effect of discipline toward self-regulated learning with t-statistic 0.688 < t table 1.96; 3) organizational culture was unable to moderate the effect of self-concept toward self-regulated learning with t-statistic 0.198 < t table 1.96; 4) organizational culture was unable to moderate the effect of discipline toward self-regulated learning with t-statistic 0.514 < t table 1.96. Therefore, paying attention to students' self-concepts was important because students who had positive self-concepts could develop their potential and self-regulated learning.Abstrak:Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui berbagai faktor yang mempengaruhi pembelajaran mandiri mahasiswa, khususnya untuk mengetahui pengaruh konsep diri, disiplin, konsep diri dan disiplin yang dimoderasi oleh budaya organisasi terhadap pembelajaran mandiri. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh mahasiswa Fakultas Tarbiyah IAIN Parepare tahun 2016-2019 yang berjumlah 2000 mahasiswa. Sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 125 mahasiswa. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan menggunakan kuesioner dan dokumentasi yang selanjutnya dianalisis menggunakan SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan pada konsep diri terhadap pembelajaran mandiri dengan t-hitung 4,514 > t tabel 1,96, 2) tidak ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan disiplin terhadap pembelajaran mandiri dengan t hitung 0,688 < t tabel 1,96, 3) budaya organisasi tidak mampu memoderasi pengaruh konsep diri terhadap pembelajaran mandiri dengan t-hitung 0,198 < t tabel 1,96, 4) budaya organisasi tidak mampu memoderasi pengaruh disiplin terhadap pembelajaran mandiri dengan t-hitung 0,514 < t tabel 1,96. Oleh kare itu, perhatian terhadap konsep diri mahasiswa perlu karena mahasiswa yang memiliki konsep diri positif akan memiliki kemampuan untuk mengembangankan potensi dan pembelajaran mandiri yang baik.

Abstract

The objectives of this research for three years (2021-2023) are: Year I: (1) Mapping MSMEs in South Sulawesi which have prospects to become suppliers of large or export-oriented businesses, (2) Analyzing the effect of strengthening and increasing the competitiveness of MSMEs in sustaining South Sulawesi's economic growth; Year II: (1) Conducting guidance and education to MSMEs and coaching agencies at the levels provincial and district in strengthening and increasing competitiveness, (2) Reviewing and establishing strategies for strengthening and increasing MSME competitiveness; Year III: ( 1) Build a model for strengthening and increasing the competitiveness of MSMEs, and (6) Applying a model for strengthening and increasing the competitiveness of MSMEs so that unable to sustain the economic growth of South Sulawesi. Diladata collectionkukanthrough a survey with 120 respondents in four districts of the sample (Makassar, Pare-pare, Bantaeng and Bulukumba). Testing the hypothesis with the Structural Equation Model (SEM) through the help of Software SPSSVersion 25. The results revealed that strengthening and increasing the competitiveness of MSMEs had a positive and significant impact on supporting economic growth in South Sulawesi. For this reason, the goal of this research is to build a model of MSME competitiveness, it is important to realize it in the next research stage in 2022 and 2023. The implication of this research is to contribute ideas to the Government South Provincial Sulawesi in the form of a model for increasing the competitiveness of SMEs.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of partially or simultaneously Good Governance factors seen from accountability, transparency, and responsiveness to the work effectiveness of Barru Regency Cooperatives, SMEs and Trade employees. And to find out which factors among accountability, transparency, and responsiveness are the most influential on the work effectiveness of the employees of the Cooperative, SME and Trade Offices of Barru Regency. The method used in this research is quantitative method. The sample in this study were all employees of the Cooperative, UKM and Trade Office of Barru Regency with 36 people. The data analysis technique used in testing the hypothesis is multiple regression analysis with t test and F test. The results of this study indicate that: Good governance factors seen from the aspects of accountability, transparency, and responsiveness partially or simultaneously have positive and significant effect on the work effectiveness of the employees of the Cooperative, SME and Trade Offices of Barru Regency. 5. The most dominant factor of good governance in influencing the increase in work effectiveness of Barru Regency Cooperative, SME and Trade Service employees is the principle of transparency.

Abstract

The study aims to determine and analyze the influence of leadership style, locus of control, and individual characteristics individually and together on employee job satisfaction in Tiroang District Pinrang Regency. The design of this study uses survey research that takes samples from one population and uses questionnaires as a primary data collection tool. The study was conducted in the District of Tiroang Pinrang Regency. The time of the study was from October to November 2019. The population in the study were all employees of Tiroang Subdistrict, Pinrang Regency, amounting to 38 people. The sampling technique used in this study is census sampling or saturated sample, which is the total sample is all population. The number of samples in this study were 38 respondents. Data analysis using multiple regression analysis (multiple regression analysis) The results showed that there was an influence between leadership style, locus of control and individual characteristics individually and together on the job satisfaction of Tiroang District Pinrang District employees, as well as the variables of the most dominant individual characteristics influencing the job satisfaction of Tiroang District Pinrang District employee satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to: analyze Information Technology, Competence and Professionalism partially influence the performance of Employees in the Barru District Employment Work and to analyze Information Technology, Competence and Professionalism simultaneously influence the performance of Employees at the Barru District Inspectorate. The sample of this study was using a saturated sample in which samples were taken from all populations, namely the entire 34 civil servants Barru District Inspectorate. The results of this study indicate that partially the work culture has a significant effect on the analyze Information Technology with a t count of 2.172 with sig.0.038, has a Competence significant effect on the obtained t count of 4.019 with sig.0.000, has a Professionalism significant effect on the performance of Employee obtained t count for 2.363 with sig.0,025. While simultaneously can analyze Information Technology, Competence and Professionalism affect the employee performance of 54.1% (adjusted r square = 0.541). The partial correlation of analyze Information Technology by 0.278, the partial correlation of Competence by 0.512 and the partial correlation of Professionalism by 0.296, which means job satisfaction has a greater influence on employee performance of the Barru District Inspectorate

Abstract

The research aims to determine and analyze (1) the direct effect of compensation and work discipline on employee morale at the Barru District Public Works and Spatial Planning Agency (2) the direct effect of compensation, work discipline and morale on employee performance at the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office Barru Regency (3) the direct effect of compensation and work discipline on performance through employee morale at the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office of Barru Regency (4) The indirect influence of work competency and discipline on performance through employee morale at the Public Works and Spatial Planning Services District Barru. This research design uses survey research.. The population in this study included all employees of the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office in Barru Regency, amounting to 81 people. Sampling of this study was conducted by using a saturated sampling technique (census), which determines the entire population to be sampled as many as 81 employees of the Department of Public Works and Spatial Planning in Barru District. The data analysis technique used is path analysis. The results showed that (1) there was a direct positive effect on compensation and work discipline on employee morale at the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office in Barru District (2) there was a direct positive effect on compensation, work discipline and morale on employee performance at the Department of Work General and Spatial Planning of Barru Regency (3) there is a direct positive effect on compensation and work discipline through employee morale at the Barru District Public Works and Spatial Planning (4) there is an indirect positive effect on competence and work discipline on performance through employee morale at the Barru District Public Works and Spatial Planning Office.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis secara parsial dan simultan pengaruh kepemimpinan, motivasi dan kompetensi terhadap kinerja pegawai pada dinas pariwisata kabupaten Polewali mandar. Metode yang digunakan adalah survei lapangan dengan instrumen utama adalah kuesioner. Penelitian ini menggunakan seluruh populasi sebagai sampel penelitian (sampel sensus). Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan Regresi Linier Berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) Secara parsial terbukti terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara kepemimpinan, motivasi kerja, dan kompetensi terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Pariwisata Kabupaten Polewali Mandar. , 2) secara simultan terbukti terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara kepemimpinan, motivasi kerja, dan kompetensi terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Pariwisata Kabupaten Polewali Mandar. Penelitian ini juga membuktikan bahwa motivasi kerja merupakan faktor yang paling dominan mempengaruhi kinerja. This study aims to test and analyze partially and simultaneously the influence of leadership, motivation and competence on employee performance at the tourism office in Polewali Mandar district. The method used is a field survey with the main instrument is a questionnaire. This study used the entire population as the research sample (census sample). Data were analyzed using Multiple Linear Regression. The results showed that 1) It is partially proven that there is a positive and significant influence between leadership, work motivation, and competence on employee performance at the Polewali Mandar Regency Tourism Office. 2) it is simultaneously proven that there is a positive and significant influence between leadership, work motivation, and competence on the performance of the employees of the Polewali Mandar Regency Tourism Office. This study also proves that work motivation is the most dominant factor affecting performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) Mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Pendidikan, pelatihan dan disiplin secara parsial terhadap kinerja pegawai di AMI-AIPI Makassar, (2) Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh pendidikan, pelatihan dan disiplin sumber daya manusia secara simultan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada AMI-AIPI Makassar, (3) Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis variabel mana yang paling dominan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai pada AMI-AIPI Makassar. Desain penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian kuantitatif. Skala pengukuran data penelitian ini menggunakan skala likert. Pengujian instrumen penelitian menggunakan tingkat validitas dan realibilitas. Teknik analisa data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisa data kuantitatif yang diperoleh dari hasil kuesioner dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda (multiple regression analysis). Analisis linier berganda dilakukan untuk melihat pengaruh variabel independen (X) yang ditunjukkan oleh Pendidikan, Pelatihan dan Disiplin terhadap variabel dependen (Y) yang ditunjukkan oleh Kinerja. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Secara simultan menunjukkan bahwa variabel pendidikan, pelatihan dan disiplin berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai yang berarti bahwa peningkatan pendidikan, pelatihan dan disiplin akan mempengaruhi peningkatan kinerja pegawai AMI-AIPI Makassar sebesar 97,2%. This study aims to (1) Know and analyze the effect of education, training and discipline partially on employee performance at AMI-AIPI Makassar (2) determine and analyze the effect of education, training and human resource discipline simultaneously on employee performance at AMI- AIPI Makassar (3) determine and analyze which variables have the most dominant influence on employee performance at AMI-AIPI Makassar. The study design used is quantitative research. The scale of measuring the data in this study uses the Likert scale. The data analysis technique used is quantitative data analysis techniques obtained from the results of the questionnaire using multiple linear regression analysis (multiple regression analysis). Multiple linear analysis was carried out to see the effect of the independent variable (X) shown by Education, Training, and Discipline on the dependent variable (Y) as indicated by performance. The results show that simultaneously it shows that the variables of education, training and discipline have an effect on employee performance, which means that an increase in education, training and discipline will affect the performance of AMI-AIPI Makassar employees by 97.2%

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh (1) secara parsial Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Iklim Organisasi dan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai (2) pengaruh secara simultan Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Iklim Organisasi dan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai (3) variabel yang paling dominan berpengaruh Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Pada Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayananan Terpadu Satu Pintu Kabupaten Polewali Mandar. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Pegawai Pada Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayananan Terpadu Satu Pintu Kabupaten Polewali Mandar. Penentuan sampel menggunakan teknik jenuh dengan mengambil seluruh populasi yang ada, yaitu sebanyak 51 orang Pegawai. Metode pengumpulan data yang diguanakan adalah angket dan studi dokumen. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik deskriptif dan analisis regresi linear berganda Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa: secara parsial Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Iklim Organisasi dan Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Pada Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayananan Terpadu Satu Pintu Kabupaten Polewali Mandar This study aims to analyze the effect of (1) partially Transformational Leadership Style, Organizational Climate and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at the One Stop Investment Service and Integrated Services Polewali Mandar Regency (2) the simultaneous influence of Transformational Leadership Style, Organizational Climate and Work Discipline. Employee Performance (3) the most dominant variable influencing the Employee Performance at the One Stop Investment Service and Integrated Services Polewali Mandar Regency. This research was conducted on employees at the One Stop Investment Service and Integrated Services of Polewali Mandar Regency. Determination of the sample using saturated technique by taking the entire population, namely as many as 51 employees. The data collection methods used were questionnaires and document studies. The analytical method used is descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study concluded that: partially, Transformational Leadership Style, Organizational Climate and Work Discipline have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at the One Stop Investment and One Stop Services Office, Polewali Mandar Regency

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh motivasi, kesejahteraan dan semangat kerja terhadap kinerja Aparatur Sipil Negara di lingkungan Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Kepulauan Selayar. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode survey dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 132 orang yang merupakan ASN di Lingkungan Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Kepulauan Selayar. Penelitian ini dilakukan mulai bulan September 2020. Penelitian ini menggunakan uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas dengan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel motivasi dan variabel kesejahteraan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel kinerja ASN di lingkungan Sekretariat Daerah, sedangkan variabel Semangat Kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap variabel Kinerja ASN di lingkungan Sekretariat Daerah. Namun hasil uji simultan menunjukkan bahwa variabel motivasi, kesejahteraan, dan semangat kerja secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja ASN. Berdasarkan koefisien regresinya, motivasi merupakan variabel yang paling dominan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja ASN di lingkungan Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Kepulauan Selayar. Kata Kunci: Motivasi, Kesejateraan, Semangat Kerja dan Kinerja ASN This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of motivation, welfare and work morale toward the performance of the State Civil Apparatus in the Regional Secretariat of the Selayar Islands Regency. This study is a quantitative study using a survey method with 132 respondents who are civil servants at the Regional Secretariat of the Selayar Islands Regency. This study was conducted in September 2020. This study used validity and reliability tests with multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that partially the motivation and welfare variables have a positive and significant effect toward the ASN performance variable at the Regional Secretariat, while the Work Spirit variable has no effect on the ASN performance variable in the Regional Secretariat. However, the simultaneous test results show that the variables of motivation, welfare, and morale simultaneously have a positive and significant effect toward ASN performance. Based on the regression coefficient, motivation is the most dominant variable affects the performance of ASN in the Regional Secretariat of the Selayar Islands Regency.
