Abstract

Islamic boarding schools are known as educational institutions that teach morals and manners. However, currently the morals and manners of students are experiencing decadence or decline. This is allegedly due to changes in the internal and external community of the Pesantren. The purpose of this study is to analyse the behaviour of deterioration of morals and manners in students in Islamic boarding schools. The research used a qualitative approach by taking data through interviews, observations, and documentation. The validity of the data was analysed by triangulation techniques, then data analysis was carried out by data reduction, data appearance, and conclusions. The results of the study show that the decadence of morals and manners that occur in Pesantren is shown by the behaviour of manners, the attitude of ta'dzim santri to teachers, guests, and parents that decreases. In addition, there are cases of bullying,  violence against fellow students, and acts of theft of goods. There are internal and external factors that are the cause of moral decadent behaviour, internal factors that are related to the personality background of students who are formed in the family and environment before becoming santri in boarding school. External factors, namely the families of students and the environment of students in the boarding schools.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the transformative impact of influencer marketing on the marketplace, altering consumer behaviour and marketing strategies. Social media platforms have become pivotal as businesses promote products and services with influencers. However, the integrity of some influencers is compromised due to the allure of high sales bonuses, leading to deceptive practices. The primary focus of this study is to examine the existence of influencers within the framework of Normative Law and Prophetic Hadith, shedding light on their involvement in fraudulent activities. Employing discourse analysis with a statutory and conceptual approach, the research positions influencers and affiliate marketing programs on par with conventional advertising companies. It becomes evident that Normative Law, specifically Law No. 8 of 1999, offers limited provisions, primarily centered around consumers' rights to accurate and transparent information concerning the goods being traded. On the other hand, fraudulent acts committed by influencers potentially fall under the purview of Law Number 11 of 2008 concerning Information and Electronic Transactions [as last amended by Law No. 19 of 2016]. Moreover, the Hadith of Muslim history strictly prohibits sellers from engaging in manipulative buying and selling practices, including any misdirection of product information.

Abstract

This paper discusses the idea of science which tends to get a negative response and does not develop. In fact, the maingoal is to provide a new awareness in obtaining modern knowledge in accordance with the needs of Muslims. Themain focus of writing is how the nature or purpose of the Islamization of Science. The main focus is discussed witha descriptive qualitative method through a historical-philosophical approach based on literature data. This papershows that the essence of the idea of the Islamization of science is a movement for the renewal of science which basesitself on the fact that modern science is developing contrary to religion, so there is a need for a cleansing liberationmovement. This idea has major implications, namely right and wrong between science and religion. In fact, thestandard of truth is different from one another so that it forces the truth of one (religion) to justify knowledge or viceversa creates an attitude of human disharmony. Therefore, there is a need for a new awareness that respects thedifferences between the two in obtaining new knowledge in order to build a more advanced human civilization.

Abstract

This article examines the implementation of anti-usury (riba) principles in Islamic law through a comparative study between Qur’anic texts and modern economic practices. The primary focus is to analyze how the Qur’anic prohibition of riba—supported by scholarly consensus—is realized within contemporary financial systems. This study applies a qualitative method, using thematic interpretation of riba-related verses and normative analysis, while also exploring the realities of Islamic financial institutions, fintech, and takaful insurance in Indonesia. The findings reveal that although Islamic finance is growing, its implementation faces various challenges such as the dualism of economic systems, low public literacy, product complexity, and market competition pressures. Furthermore, the emergence of anti-riba social movements plays a significant role in driving economic transformation aligned with Islamic values. The study recommends strengthening regulations, education based on maqāṣid al-sharī‘ah, and the empowerment of Islamic microfinance institutions to build a fair, inclusive, and riba-free financial ecosystem.

Abstract

Potensi sumber daya alam nabati yang ada di desa Lumeneng sangat berpotensi untuk meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat. Namun pemanfaatannya terkendala dengan adanya Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) yang memadahi. Adanya optimalisasi potensi sumber daya alam nabati di Desa Lumeneng bertujuan memberikan kesadaran bagi masyarakat akan pengelolaan sumber daya lamam nabati dengan baik dan benar yang memiliki nilai jual. Penelitian ini focus pada bagaimana proses optimalisasi sumber daya alam nabati di desa Lumeneng, bagaimana implementasi dari optimalisasi sumber daya alam nabati di desa Lumeneng dan bagaimana pengaruhnya bagi perekonomian masayarakat desa Lumeneng. Penelitian kualitatif ini menggunakan pendekatan sosiologi dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif. Penelitian ini ditemukan proses optimalisasi sumber daya alam nabti harus dilakukan dengan cara melakukan sosialisasi dan Forum Grup Discussion (FGD) dengan masyarakat desa Lumeneng. Kemudian masyarakat dipetakan sesuai dengan potensi dan kuantitas sumber daya alam nabati yang akan dioptimalisasi. Sehingga melalui optimalisasi potensi sumber daya alam nabati, kesadaran masyarakat desa Lumeneng mengalami peningkatan.
