Abstract

This study aims to determine the readiness in adapting the use of information technology at Rural Banks to improve customer service during the covid-19 pandemic. This research is quantitative research conducted at the Rural Bank in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. Samples are categorized based on the category of assets according to the book and location. This study uses 6 factors that are used to see the readiness to use information technology, namely management support, facilitating conditions, management knowledge, business environment, infrastructure development, and regional competitiveness. The results show that on average, Rural Banks in the Special Region of Yogyakarta have good readiness in facing the industrial revolution 4.0. Good readiness was demonstrated by Rural Banks that were categorized as Book 3 assets in the City of Yogyakarta and Rural Banks that were categorized as Book 2 assets in Bantul Yogyakarta. Abstract

The purpose of this study were to provide an empirical evidence of the day of the week phenomenon in Indonesian Capital Market. This research used 39 sample firms that list on LQ 45 Indonesian Capital Market on January 1, 2009 until December 31, 2010. The results indicate that Monday returns are positive and significant on average, and significantly different from returns of the rest of the week. Thus, no evidence was uncovered to support Monday effect and week four effect in Indonesian capital market. Furthermore, the empirical result found that there was Rogalski effect in Indonesia capital market. It could be because the effect of financial report periods which force all firms to announce the report before the end of the financial report periods. This study indicating that stock market returns are consistent with the weak form of market efficiency.Keywords: day of the week effect, Monday effect, week-four effect, Rogalski effect

Abstract

The purposes of this research are to investigate the used of diversification across time model on investor’s stocks ownership by compared the average return of theoritical stock price and the average return of actual stock price. This research used the different holding periods to show how effective the long of each holding period of the investor to have the stocks by their own. It also investigate how speed the changes of theoritical stock price range and the actual stock price range, and the differences between that two range. The result shows that the average return of theoritical stock price is wider than the average return of actual stock price. And the theoritical stock price range is changing faster than the actual stock price range. The differences of the theoritical and actual stock price range are happened on weekly, 4th weekly and 8th weekly holding period. While at 12th weekly holding period, it found there is no differences between that two range.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the Influence of Social Commerce, Brand Image, and Brand Trust on Buying Interest of Aerostreet Products. This research is a survey research with a data collection tool using a questionnaire which is disseminated through google form. The population of this research is followers of the official account TikTok Aerostreet. The data used is primary data obtained from the answers of 100 respondents with the purposive sampling method. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of this study can be concluded as follows: 1) Social Commerce has a positive and significant effect on buying interest of Aerostreet products in official account TikTok Aerostreet, 2) Brand Image has a positive and significant effect on buying interest of Aerostreet products in official account TikTok Aerostreet, dan 3) Brand Trust has a positive and significant effect on buying interest of Aerostreet products in official account TikTok Aerostreet.

Abstract

This study aims to explain the effect of financial literacy on financial satisfaction with financial behavior as a moderating variable. This research was conducted on SMEs in Sleman Regency, Yogyakarta with a total of 100 SMEs with the sample criteria that MSMEs have been operating for at least 1 year and provide primary needs. This study uses three variables. Data were tested using simple regression and moderated regression analysis. The results of the study show that financial literacy has a positive effect on financial satisfaction. In addition, it was found that financial behavior moderates the effect of financial literacy on financial literacy in MSMEs in Sleman Regency, Yogyakarta. This study shows that the financial literacy of MSME actors will influence their financial behaviour decisions so that the impact will be seen on their financial satisfaction.

Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to examine the effect of variable economic orientation variables, experience with debt suppliers (creditors), financial knowledge, and the need for controls to explain the financial attitude of debt financing with family commitment as a moderating variable and company age as a control variable.Methodology: The method of data collection is done by survey, by sending a questionnaire. Respondents in this study consisted of 100 owners or managers of small and medium enterprises in the Sleman Regency of Yogyakarta. The analytical tool used in moderated regression. Results: Test results show that positive experience with creditors has a positive and significant influence on attitudes related to debt use. While the orientation of economic objectives, financial knowledge and the need for control cannot explain the effect on attitudes related to debt. This research also proves that the moderating variable of family commitment weakens the positive effect of experience with creditors on the positive attitude of managers in debt financing.Application / Originality / Value: This study includes the need for control variables in a model that links economic orientation, financial knowledge, and financial experience with managers’ attitudes in debt financing for family businesses that have not been considered in previous studies.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji kegunaan model diversifi cation across time terhadap kepemilikan saham investor dengan membandingkan return rata-rata harga saham teoritis dan pengembalian rata-rata harga saham yang sebenarnya. Penelitian ini mencoba membuktikan kemungkinan kesalahan untuk model ini. Digunakannya holding period yang berbeda, untuk menunjukkan berapa lama keefektifan holding period investor memiliki saham mereka sendiri. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa laba rata-rata harga saham teoritis lebih lama dari pengembalian ratarata harga saham yang sebenarnya. Dan kisaran teoritis harga saham berubah lebih cepat dari kisaran harga saham yang sebenarnya. Perbedaan dari berbagai saham teoritis dan aktual harga menunjukkan bahwa masing-masing investor dapat memperoleh beberapa pengembalian dari saham mereka untuk setiap periode. Tapi, ketika investor memutuskan untuk memegang saham yang sama pada periode tersebut, mereka tidak bisa mendapatkan kembali lebih dari yang mereka bisa lakukan sebelumnya.
