Abstract

Physical workings and physiological data of the work operator on the work of human at work. Therefore, it is necessary to design the working environment for operator comfort and work time determinant. The research process by measuring the physical work environment, the operators physiological data, the determination of time and work break time. The transmitter and the frais are too dark, the temperature is too hot and humid, it is necessary to increase the number of lamps and air ventilation around the lathe and frais operators. Frais machine operators generated CVL of 26.7% which is still below 30% then operators of frais machines can not be exposed to work. Lathe operators of CVL results are 31.34%, because the results are in the range of 30% - 60% then the lathe operators experience work that result to operator performance. Lathe operators require a break time of 20.85 minutes and the engine operator frais 18.85 minutes.

Abstract

Makalah ini akan menyampaikan bagaimana perancangan dan implementasi mesin pengolah kacang hijau menjadi kumbu bakpia. Mesin ini telah diimplementasikan pada kelompok industri bakpia skala kecil di Dusun Jurug Kabupaten Bantul. Sebelum adanya mesin ini, proses produksi dilakukan secara manual dengan kapasitas 2 kg/hari atau 200 butir. Makalah ini mencoba menunjukkan hasil perancangan dan implementasi mesin pengolah kumbu bakpia yang dikembangkan menggunakan teknologi automasi berbasis mikrokontroler. Melalui mesin pengolah kumbu bakpia yang dibuat proses pengolahan kacang hijau menjadi kumbu bakpia matang dapat dikerjakan lebih efektif dan efisien. Modul automasi yang dikembangkan mampu disesuaikan dengan jumlah bahan yang akan diproses. Apabila mesin digunakan dalam kapasitas maksimal, maka dalam waktu 8 jam penggunaan dapat memproses 24 kg kumbu bakpia.

Abstract

PT. Qumicon Indonesia merupakan industri manufaktur lampu penerangan jalan dan rambu lalu lintas. Persediaan di dalam perusahaan belum direncanakan secara optimal, karena penentuan persediaan hanya didasarkan asumsi dan pengalaman. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis dan merencanakan persediaan komponen lampu penerangan jalan umum (LPJU) tenaga surya 40 watt yang lebih optimal bagi perusahaan. Simulasi digunakan menganalisis dan memilih metode lot sizing, mempertimbangkan tingkat permintaan yang bervariasi serta total biaya persediaan. Metode lot sizing terpilih selanjutnya digunakan dalam perencanaan. Perencanaan persediaan komponen LPJU tahun 2013 menghasilkan total variable cost untuk masing-masing komponen sebesar Rp. 1.853.004 /tahun, sehingga total biaya persediaan menjadi sebesar Rp. 7.412.016. Apabila dalam perencanaan menerapkan safety stock pada service level 90%, maka akan diterapkan safety stock komponen tiang 1 lengan sebanyak 9 unit, komponen tiang 2 lengan sebanyak 21 unit untuk, komponen lampu dan kelistrikan sebanyak 43 unit untuk, serta komponen solar cell sebanyak 25 unit. Penambahan safety stock dengan service level 90% akan menyebabkan penambahan biaya persediaan menjadi sebesar Rp. 49.850.500.

Abstract

Changes in temperature, pH, and turbidity in concrete fish ponds greatly impact to the fish survival. Initial observations showed that among 3.067 fish seeds, 1.633 fish (53%) died and only 1.434 fish (47%) was successfully harvested. The application of water quality monitoring devices from concrete pools designed based on the Internet of Things technology has been tested. The monitoring equipment will not function optimally without an application that functions to receive monitoring data and then take action. Pool water quality monitoring equipment connected to the cloud using a GSM network connection. The recorded data is then displayed on the water quality monitoring application that designed using the Android operating system. Application design is developed using a User-Centered Design approach, where the design process was carried out by considering several variables: ease for use, clarity of information delivery, the fulfillment of needs, and appearance. Based on the results of the design evaluation, weaknesses can be determined, namely, difficulty to find the search menu for click history data, find the refresh button, read the results of searching for historical data, and read data in tables and graphs. Based on this, further improvements can be made to improve the application being made. The monitoring equipment is expected to provide information to pond managers to immediately take action if changing in pH and temperature beyond the limit so that the fish mortality rate can be minimized.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk membuat solusi baru untuk distribusi produk Sari Roti di CV Jogja Transport. CV Jogja Transport mengantarkan produk roti baru dan mengambil produk-produk yang tidak terjual akan diganti dengan produk-produk baru. CV Jogja Transport memiliki empat karyawan yang melayani sebagai distribusi produk Sari Roti di kota Yogyakarta. Mereka memiliki sistem kerja bergulir dengan jam kerja mulai pukul 06.00 WIB hingga 12.00 WIB. Terbatasnya kapasitas kendaraan dan waktu pengiriman yang disarankan menyebabkan pengiriman tidak sesuai dengan rencana. Dalam tulisan ini, kami menunjukkan aplikasi dari Algoritma Sapu untuk menghasilkan rute distribusi baru. Pertimbangkan aturan distribusi dan sumber daya; Algoritma Sapu mencoba membawa cluster distribusi baru dan tugas penjualan. Solusi ini mengurangi jarak dari gudang CV Jogja Transport ke setiap lokasi toko yang 115,39 Km menjadi 64,3 Km. Solusi ini juga mengurangi waktu pengiriman dari 1143,49 menit menjadi 1032,11 menit. Pengurangan jarak dan biaya juga akan mengurangi 56,48% biaya distribusi dari Rp.56.539 menjadi Rp. 31.717.

Abstract

PT Kebon Agung PG Trangkil terletak di Trangkil, Pati, Jawa Tengah. Perusahaan ini mampu menghasilkan gula pasir sebanyak 36.000 kuintal per bulan. Perusahaan ini memiliki masalah pada biaya simpan yang terlalu tinggi sehingga biaya produksinya tinggi. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode forcasting untuk mengetahui peramalan permintaan periode berikutnya dan metode Aggregate Transportasi, metode simple model Constant Average Production, simple model Constant reguler time employee, simple model Up to demand with regular time employee dan General LP model untuk mengetahui biaya produksi minimum pada periode berikutnya. Dari lima metode agregat yang digunakan, biaya produksi terminimum adalah metode aggregate simple model Constant Average Production dengan biaya produksi total dalam 6 periode sebesar Rp.14.303.690 dan biaya simpan yang terdapat pada periode 6 dengan biaya sebesar Rp. 2.110.500. kata kunci: forcasting, perencanaan aggregate, simple metode.

Abstract

ICH Danareja describes home industry players engaged in the sale ofclothing brand. The implementation of the sale ofclothing matahari brand of ICH Danareja tried was with anstore system offline and online marketing through social media. The case experienced by ICH at this time was the least method of sellingclothing matahari brand through promotional media facilities. The average sales in 2018 per month are only around 300 pcs of clothing produced from conventional and online marketing with a total income of IDR. 15,000,000/month. This situation is quite low because it is fitting for the sales target of 500 pcs of clothing and has not targeted the use offacilities digital marketing as well as indicating depreciation in sales volume by 40% in 2016, 45% in 2017 and 50% in 2018. Research on the problems studied clothing sales can be improved in the manner of the Boston Consulting Group. The result of the level of clothing sales volume of the matahari brand an attractive energy development market of 0, 03%, the total development of the market share is 0, 6%, the level of development of product sales reaches 504 pcs per month. So that it can fulfill the sales target of 500 pcs of clothes per month. Next, analyzing benchmarking that refers to the strategy canvas, the price advantage of ICH is relatively standard and affordable, the lowest price of IDR. 35,000.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Earthquake is a disaster that difficult to predict, and potentially cause enormous damage for the affected region. Bantul regency is one of the regions that vulnerable earthquakes. Humanitarian logistics distribution model in the research model the distribution logistics of humanitarian aid package from BPBD kabupaten Bantul towards the warehouse distributor. Amount of aid distributed determinedby consideration refugees number to their respective districts, the level of vulnerability and scenario level heavy damage. Kabupaten Bantul merupakan salah satu wilayah rawan bencana gempa bumi. Model distribusi logistik kemanusiaan dalam penelitian memodelkan pendistribusian paket bantuan logistik kemanusiaan dari BPBD Kabupaten Bantul menuju gudang penyalur (Kecamatan). Jumlah bantuan yang didistribusikan ditentukan olehpertimbangan jumlah pengungsi masing-masing wilayah kecamatan, tingkat kerawanan dan skenario tingkat kerusakan berat. Abstract

PT Adi Satria Abadi (ASA) is a company engaged in the processing of leather, especially sheep skin and goat skin, which is used for the manufacture of golf gloves. The problem faced by the company is the production process that exceeds the due date to other customers who order products at PT ASA. From the research, it is known that the cause is a company scheduling method that has not been organized so that the production sequence is concurrent. Selection of methods Harmony Search algorithms in scheduling are caused by delays. The Harmony Search algorithm can provide a better makespan value than the company method. The results of the company method obtain 0.9 months makespan average, the Harmony Search Algorithm method produces an average 0.8 months makespan. In addition, the use of the Harmony Search Algorithm method can reduce the average value of 0.1 months makespan. The results of the study in three months experienced time savings of 0.6 months, 0.6 months and 0.1 months respectively.
