Abstract

This service community program was being carried out in the center of Bakpia industry at Gempol district in Pasuruan city namely SME bakpia cake “Barokah Jaya” and SME bakpia cake “Berlian”. Lately, this business has been running well but is not optimal. One of the identified problem is that the production process was done manually and consuming time so that the processing becomes less efficient. The condition is leading the partners can not meet consumer demand. The purpose of this program is to assist these home industries in an effort to increase productivity with the aid of a stirrer machine which is expected to improve the productivity and profitability of the business. The assisting method was performed by conditioning the object. There were 2 kinds of program implementation, management training and giving a stirrer machine for materials processing. Training is done in the field of management, that is finance, marketing and entrepreneurship as well as manufacturing. The stirrer machine is aimed to change the manual production process into mechanical production process. The assistance program turns out to be very helpfull in improving the efficiency of time in the processing of raw materials. They can now improve the product quantity significantly. The management training is also creating some beneficials. The product becomes more hygenics,the packaging is more interesting and the market is enhancing, the demand is increasing and even they are now keeping the business record administratively.Keyword: Productivity. Abstract

In the business world, not a few people use superior marketing strategies, one of which is imc as well as the Joss Gandos restaurant which uses an imc strategy that is no less superior to other culinary businesses. This research was made with the aim of finding out how the implementation of the IMC strategy was carried out at the Joss Gandos restaurant with a successful PAKET BUKBER and PAKET BERKAH. This research uses a qualitative method with constructivism paradigm as the basis. The study was conducted by two researchers with data collection techniques using in-depth interviews with Marketing Communication from Resto Joss Gandos as primary data and secondary data in the form of promo designs and promo recap results. The results of this study are that Resto Joss Gandos uses 8 kinds of IMC strategies, namely public relations & publicity, digital marketing, sales promotion, word of mouth, personal selling, event and experience, Point- of-Purchase Communication, and direct marketing. This strategy supports the success of Resto joss gandos in making promos, one of which is the buka Bersama promo with targeted results. In addition, resto joss gandos also uses IMC as an effort to align customers both online or on social media and those who come in person or dine in.

Abstract

Penelitian ini didorong oleh semakin menonjolnya pemasaran media sosial dan persepsi kualitas dalam beberapa tahun terakhir, di samping pemanfaatan Instagram secara luas sebagai platform promosi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pengaruh pemasaran media sosial, persepsi kualitas, dan ulasan pelanggan daring terhadap minat pembelian produk pada platform Instagram Kahf Everyday. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 100 responden. Pengumpulan data akan dilakukan melalui penyebaran tautan kuesioner melalui media sosial. Survei akan disebarkan kepada mahasiswa di Surabaya yang terlibat dengan akun Instagram Kahf Everyday. Penelitian ini menggunakan SPSS Versi 25 untuk analisis. Penelitian ini menggunakan tiga variabel independen: pemasaran media sosial, persepsi kualitas, dan ulasan pelanggan daring untuk mengevaluasi pengaruhnya terhadap minat pembelian. Analisis relevansi ketiga variabel menunjukkan bahwa Pemasaran Media Sosial, Persepsi Kualitas, dan Ulasan Pelanggan Daring secara kolektif memengaruhi minat pembelian pada barang-barang Kahf.

Abstract

In contemporary society, characterized by swift technological advancement and modernization, students face mounting challenges in financial management due to consumption-driven behaviors and insufficient financial literacy. This investigation examines the correlations between financial literacy, lifestyle choices, and financial technology adoption in shaping financial management practices among students enrolled at the University of 17 August 1945 Surabaya. The methodology employs quantitative research techniques, utilizing questionnaire-based surveys administered to 100 participants selected from the management academic division. Statistical examination of the collected data reveals that both financial literacy and lifestyle exhibit substantial effects on students' monetary decision-making processes. Additionally, while financial technology demonstrates considerable influence on financial management outcomes, its beneficial implementation depends significantly on individual proficiency and practical familiarity with these tools.

Abstract

This study analyses the effect of ease of use, user experience, and customer satisfaction on user behaviour of e-commerce applications for students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas 17 Agustus 1945 Surabaya. The method used is causal associative quantitative with data collection through questionnaires on 122 respondents. The results showed that the three variables had a significant effect on user behaviour. Ease of use (p = 0.026), user experience (p = 0.002), and customer satisfaction (p = 0.002) each have a positive influence on user behaviour. Simultaneously, these three factors also had a significant effect (Fcount = 25.059, p = 0.001). The findings support the theories of Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), Theory of Planned Behaviour (TPB), and Customer Experience Theory (CET). The practical implication is that app developers need to focus on easy-to-use design, pleasant user experience, and increased customer satisfaction to increase loyalty. This study has limitations in the sample of university students and the cross-sectional method which does not allow for long-term generalisation.

Abstract

This study aims to prove and analyze the influence of product quality, price perception, and digital marketing on purchasing decisions for Flicka Bags products. This study uses a quantitative method with a questionnaire instrument. The sampling technique uses the Slovin formula size of 100 respondents The data analysis technique used was multiple regression analysis with the help of the SPSS version 30 program (statistical program for social science). While the tests used were Validity and Reliability Tests, Determination Coefficient Tests, and Hypothesis Tests both partially and simultaneously. This study states that the independent variables, namely product quality, price perception, and digital marketing have a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable of purchasing decisions. The result of the t-value is 2.946 > 1.98, so Ho is accepted and Ha is rejected, while the result of the determination coefficient test obtained an R value of 0.527, which means that the independent variables Product Quality (X1), Price Perception (X2), and Digital Marketing (X3) have an influential contribution to the dependent variable Purchase Decision (Y), this shows that 52.7% while the remaining 47.3% is in other variables outside the model studied.

Abstract

Performance at PT. Sinar Waringin Adikarya (SWA). This study uses a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis methods to test the influence of independent variables (Work Environment, Teamwork, and Job Stress) on the dependent variable (Employee Performance). Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to employees of PT. Sinar Waringin Adikarya with a total of 40 respondents. The results of the study indicate that partially, Work Environment (X1) has a significant positive influence on Employee Performance, with a t-count value of 3.127 and a significant value of 0.003. Teamwork (X2) also has a significant positive influence, with a t-count value of 5.345 and a significant value of 0.000. Job Stress (X3) has a significant positive influence on Employee Performance, with a t-count value of 2.734 and a significant value of 0.010. Simultaneously, Work Environment, Teamwork, and Job Stress have a significant effect on Employee Performance, as evidenced by the calculated F value of 101.672 and the significant F value of 0.000. This study concludes that the three variables, both individually and together, contribute significantly to improving employee performance. These findings provide recommendations for the management of PT. Sinar Waringin Adikarya to create a conducive work environment, strengthen teamwork, and manage work stress effectively in order to improve overall employee performance.

Abstract

Efficient drug inventory management is a critical factor in ensuring medicine availability and optimizing procurement budgets in healthcare facilities. This study aims to analyze drug inventory at Tritya Eye Clinic Surabaya using the ABC (Always, Better, Control), VEN (Vital, Essential, Non-Essential), and EOQ (Economic Order Quantity) methods to improve procurement budget efficiency. A quantitative descriptive approach with a case study method was employed. Data were collected from drug usage records, stock opname reports, and procurement documents from in 2024. The findings reveal that the combined ABC-VEN method effectively identifies priority drug groups based on consumption value and clinical importance, while the EOQ method determines optimal ordering quantities to minimize total inventory costs. The integrated application of these methods successfully reduces overstock and stockout incidents and enhances procurement budget efficiency. This study recommends inventory management based on historical usage data and strategic classification to achieve more accurate and cost-effective drug procurement planning.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to improve the supply chain performance of PT Cipta Krida Bahari (CKB) in the Kalimantan area by applying the Supply Chain Operation Reference Digital Standard (SCOR DS) version 14.0 Racetrack model, with a particular focus on solving issues related to reliability and asset utilization. This study employed a quantitative descriptive method using a case study approach. Primary data were collected through direct observation, structured interviews with key supply chain managers, and an analysis of internal company reports. The SCOR DS v14.0 Racetrack model was used as a framework for diagnosing performance gaps and identifying targeted improvements across key attributes in five stages: engaging, defining, analyzing, planning, and launching. Performance measurement is carried out starting from level-2 then down to level-3 performance metrics. The results in level-2 performance metrics belonging to reliability show that there is one metric that does not meet the 100% target, namely RL.2.2, delivery performance to the original customer commit date of 89.94%. In level-3 performance metrics, of the two metrics, there is one metric that has gaps, namely RL.3.3 customer commit date achievement of 5.06%. With these gaps, the implications of this research suggest for improvement projects referring to the best practices in the SCOR guide, namely BP.017 Distribution Planning, BP.042 Procurement Terms & Conditions Review, BP.055 Freight Carrier Delivery Performance Evaluation, and Regular Reconciliation Meetings. This study contributes a novel application of SCOR DS v14.0 Racetrack in a logistics and freight forwarding company context, where the model has been rarely implemented, especially in emerging markets. It also provides a replicable case study for improving service reliability in complex geographical regions such as Kalimantan, Indonesia

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of financial technology, fee-based income, and BOPO on the profitability of Islamic banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2020–2024 period. The research is motivated by the rapid development of digital financial services and the importance of operational efficiency in enhancing the financial performance of Islamic banks. This research employs a quantitative approach with purposive sampling. The data were obtained from the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (www.idx.co.id) and the annual financial reports of Islamic banking institutions. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS software. The results show that, partially, financial technology and fee-based income do not have a significant effect on profitability, while BOPO has a negative and significant effect. However, simultaneously, all three variables have a significant effect on profitability. Future studies are expected to include additional relevant variables and extend the observation period
