Abstract

The objective of the research is the implementation of marriage on age of early marriage in pringombo village, east pringsewu sub-district, pringsewu district to describe the registration of marriage, marriage procedure, and the requirements of marriage administration according to the law number 1 of 1974. This research used descriptive qualitative method. This research used interview, observation guidelines, and documentation guideline as its collection techniques , then used a test of credibility with the extension of time and triangulation as the data analysis. The results of this research shows there were not-recorded marriage was about 17 percent in cases of early marriages, then there were administrative irregularities by the urban village by having falsification age of prospective bride, a mistake in understanding marriage procedure where letter of N model was not observed by the ppn. Based on research, writer concluded that the implementation of the marriage's law is still lack or not fully implemented by the community.Tujuan penelitian Implementasi UU Perkawinan Tentang Pernikahan Usia Muda di Desa Pringombountuk mendekripsikan pencatatan perkawinan, prosedur nikah, dan syarat administrasi nikah menurut Undang-Undang Nomor 1 Tahun 1974. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan pedoman wawancara, pedoman observasi dan pedoman dokumentasi sedangkan analisis data menggunakan uji kredibilitas dengan perpanjangan waktu dan triangulasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan terdapat perkawinan yang tidak dicatat yaitu sekitar 17% dari kasus pernikahan usia muda, kemudian terdapat penyimpangan administrasi yang dilakukan pihak kelurahan dengan pemalsuan usia calon mempelai, kesalahan pemahaman mengenai prosedur nikah dimana surat model N menjadi tidak terawasi oleh PPN. Berdasarkan hal tersebut menyimpulkan bahwa implementasi UU Perkawinan masih kurang atau belum dilaksanakan sepenuhnya oleh masyarakat.Kata kunci : pernikahan usia muda, syarat nikah, undang-undang perkawinan

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the role of the teacher in developing the ability to communicate and collaborate at the elementary school level in East Pringsewu. This study use a qualitative method by grounded theory design. Data analysis use interactive analysis by data reduction, data presentation, and data verification steps. The data credibility test uses techniques triangulation and source triangulation. The results of the study illustrated that teachers had a role that has not been effective in providing the ability to communicate and collaborate according to the demands of 21st century competence. The role of teachers in the 21st century has not been able to provide functional relationships that are able to construct, motivate, and track students' minds. The professional role of teachers that need to be developed can encourages learners to exchange ideas and provide verbal reinforcement related to their needs in carrying out communication and collaboration.

Abstract

The condition of diverse learning needs and the rapid development of education requires textbooks prepared by the government to meet learning standards that are expected to fulfill the success of learning activities in schools. The results of the needs analysis of the Civics Junior High School Textbook in Bandar Lampung City show that there is a need for a complementary textbook that is expected to support typical Civics learning activities. This research method is a development research used to produce certain products, and test the effectiveness of these products. The development model and procedures used in this study are divided into 4 stages, 1) Needs Analysis Stage, 2) Product Design Stage, 3) Validation and Evaluation Stage, and Final Product Stage. The results of this study show that the use of textbook supplements has a significant impact on students' understanding and learning outcomes. Effectiveness testing shows that the average formative test results for students who use digital map learning are greater than the average formative test results for students who use conventional learning. Efficiency testing can be concluded that Civics learning, especially the material displaying a positive attitude towards the flow of drafting the foundation of the Indonesian state and norms in everyday life using textbook supplement learning has the efficiency of saving more time than learning that does not use textbook supplements. It can be concluded that students' attitudes towards the attractiveness of digital map learning that has been applied in experimental classes have a positive impact on learning outcomes.

Abstract

nalysis of the Implementation of the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5) in Junior High School Category of the Independent Changed Bandar Lampung City. Objective: The research aims to analyze the implementation of the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project, category of Independent School Sharing. Methods: This study used a qualitative approach with a case study method, intended to identify objective and in-depth conditions of course the focus of the study. Findings: The results of this study illustrate the implementation of the curriculum. There is a misconception about the implementation of the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project program in schools with a changing self-category, one of which is that self-category schools change, one of which is project activities fixated on existing teaching material activities, not adjusting school environmental conditions, project activities are still dominant this is not the process of internalizing Pancasila Student Profile values, but rather the process of internalizing Pancasila Student Profile values.
