Abstract

Maja fruit crops (Aegle Marmelos (L) Correa) is very popular with the culture of the Majapahit kingdom, the kingdom is the biggest in Indonesia in the 13th century. Maja fruit tastes bitter with light green skin. Because of the bitter taste of this fruit then nothing like it, but provide tremendous benefit in lowering blood sugar. This study found that the method of testing the antioxidant activity of maja fruit extract samples was very strong with values reaching the IC50 range of 50-100 µg/mL. Trials of mice were also carried out and proven to reduce sugar levels. Also interesting from the results of this study produce maja fruit in the form of a drink that no longer tastes bitter but changes the taste to be rather sweet, warmer when drinking it as there are natural alcohol levels that are quite safe for the body.

Abstract

In the 21st century technological advances can support the improvement of thelearning process. By utilizing existing technology, teachers need to pay attention to aspectsof learning media in supporting the learning process. This research is an R&D (Researchand Development) development research which aims to produce appropriate and feasibledevelopment of natural science teaching materials (IPA) in junior high schools accordingto the validation results of material experts, media experts and student responses. Studentsbecome interested in studying and understanding the material provided. This development research leads to the ADDIE development model which consists of fivestages in research, namely: 1) Analysis, 2) Design, 3) Development, 4) Implementation, 5)Evaluation. The technique of using data uses student response questionnaires. Data analysisused qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis techniques

Abstract

Fertilization is one of the essential aspects of plant care. It should be carried out in a balanced manner, adjusted to the nutritional needs of the plant. A balanced fertilizer application can positively affect plant growth. This study used the Classroom Action Research method developed by Stephen Kemmis and Robin McTaggart. It was conducted in class XI ATPH 3 at SMKN 1 Purwosari, focusing on the fertilization component of the Fertilization Needs material. The results showed that the Index Card Match Cooperative Learning Model can increase students' learning motivation. Students became more active in every learning activity, including solving problems, discussing with peers, and asking questions to the teacher. Regarding learning outcomes, the Index Card Match Cooperative Learning Model improved the percentage of students who passed classically—from 30.30% in the pre-cycle, to 69.70% in cycle 1, and further increased to 84.85% in cycle 2.

Abstract

The classical mastery score of Grade XI ATPH 3 students at SMK Negeri 1 Purwosari in the fertilization element of fertilization techniques subject for the 2024/2025 academic year, did not meet the minimum required standard. This study aimed to determine the effectiveness of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) method in improving student learning outcomes in the fertilization element of the fertilization techniques subject. The classroom action research was conducted in two cycles. Based on data analysis and reflection, it was concluded that the Problem Based Learning (PBL)method effectively improved the learning outcomes of Grade XI ATPH 3 students at SMK Negeri 1 Purwosari. In the first cycle, the student mastery was 30.30% with an average score of 61.82, while in the second cycle, mastery increased to 75.76% with an average score of 81.21.

Abstract

This study aims to improve student learning outcomes in Grade XI ATPH 3 of SMK Negeri 1 Purwosari in the subject of Vocational Expertise Concentration on fertilization elements by implementing the cooperative learning model type Teams Games Tournament (TGT) using the interactive media Bamboozle. This research is a Classroom Action Research (CAR) conducted in two cycles, each consisting of planning, action, observation, and reflection stages. Data were collected through learning outcome tests, observation, and documentation. The results showed that the implementation of the TGT model supported by Bamboozle media improved students’ average scores from 54.55 in the pre-cycle to 72.73 in cycle I and 81.82 in cycle II. The percentage of mastery learning increased from 6% to 39% and then to 82%. The use of TGT combined with Bamboozle was proven effective in enhancing students’ learning outcomes, engagement, and motivation. Thus, this strategy is recommended as an alternative interactive and engaging learning method in vocational subjects at vocational schools.
