Abstract

Humans as a single unified whole that unites between soul and body. Homan reputed to exist if that organism is reputed exist, it means meaning full that determine human acknowledged. The sex of human organism is male or female even gray areas are determined based on objectivity and subjectivity that inherent in visible or not visible. In the word of "woman" as a social reality that must be accepted as a voluntary or forced act. Whore is a deep human organism in the social reality that containing of human behavior subjectively or objectively, behavioral formed consciously or unconsciously intentionally or unintentionally. Behavior is forming a consciousness as a marker or meaning full of human. Abstract

This research refers to the trend of women's makeup in the 2020 era, which is dominated by natural makeup. Influencers and makeup artists have a role in popularizing it. The author is interested in examining the makeup behavior in women with Bourdieu's theory. What behaviors make a woman look natural, prioritize skin health, minimal makeup. What culture is behind it. The findings of this study are all women like makeup, habitus leads to natural makeup. Habitus emphasized freedom in analyzing a practice as an agent and social structure. Women have a habitus in using makeup determined by a dual mechanism not just the dominance of social media factors, but also played by self-freedom as women as influencers in the social media itself. The arena is an environment where strength is at stake in the struggle over capital resources. Social media is an arena, a different social space, more enabling women to compete more dynamically in gaining position and legitimacy. Women use practices in makeup as a strategy in winning a competition. The makeup practice is an accumulation of women's capital and habitus, where every woman is different in her practice. The method used in this research includes in-depth interviews with women who use makeup, as well as literacy studies of the concepts of capital, habitus, and the realm. The results showed that women undergoing their practice experienced "ambiguity" or dilemmas when using make-up strategies in their social arena.

Abstract

An economic activity has a system that is structured quickly and systematically, but what is in the canteen is honesty.         An activity that only requires goods to be sold provides a place for payment, writes down the price of the goods to be sold, then the buyer comes to that place. A simple economic activity with no salesperson, no supervision and no cashier. This research is analyzed based on the facts that occur in several places that have honesty canteens, for example in the campus environment and schools where the seller of the honesty canteen is still in the research stage of who and what the seller is like. This research method uses qualitative research which prioritizes data collection by means of in-depth interviews. Direct observation with in-depth observation on what kind of place, the symbols of existing values, and the values adopted in the honesty canteen. The results of this study found that honesty is an economic activity based on belief in the form of slogans, teachings contained in religious values. Because of these religious values, the canteen of honesty has become a belief-based economic activity. This model of formation of economic activity is based on mutual trust between sellers and buyers. The results of this study consider economic activities that run and go well in a social environment that has strict adherence to religious teachings.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan perspektif cyberfeminis yang membahas tentang wanita sebagai pengguna teknologi informasi. Perspektif yang digunakan ini berpusat pada perempuan yang penggunaan teknologi informasi dalam mencapai pemberdayaan perempuan. Penggunaan teknologi informasi mampu membuka jalan baru yang menyediakan peluang kerja dan kreativitas bagi perempuan di mana tidak ada seksisme, rasisme dan penindasan. Dengan berkembang kemampuan perempuan di bidang teknologi informasi akan menurunkan superioritas pria terhadap wanita. Topik diskusi ini adalah bagaimana perempuan dan teknologi dapat terganggu dan perubahan sosial apa yang akan terjadi. Sebanyak 8 wanita dilibatkan dalam penelitian ini, latar belakang mereka sebagai guru, dokter, pengusaha dan ibu rumah tangga. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa teknologi informasi memiliki dampak besar pada keberhasilan wanita dalam jual-beli on-line. Informasi tersebut bukan untuk mencari identitas baru di dunia on-line tetapi informasi tersebut digunakan untuk bertahan hidup di sektor ekonomi. Kata Kunci: wanita, informasi, cyberfeminist.

Abstract

Prostitusi merupakan sebuah fenomena yang ada dalam kehidupan bermasyarakat. Kehidupan prostitusi terjadi karena adanya dukungan dalam setiap elemen fungsi yang saling terkait antara satu dengan yang lainnya. Elemen fungsi dalam terbentuknya prostitusi yang di teliti dalam penelitian ini adalah Mucikari, Wanita Pekerja Seks dan Tokoh Formal. Selain itu keberadaan prostitusi pada wanita pada dasarnya adalah adanya ketidak berdayaan dari kaum wanita dalam aspek kehidupan apabila dibandingkan dengan kaum laki-laki, oleh karena hal tersebut maka kajian dalam perspektif feminisme menjadi keharusan bagi peneliti dalam mengupas persoalan prostitusi yang terjadi pada wanita. Pendekatan fenomenologi dilakukan dalam penelitian ini dengan jenis penelitian bersifat kualitatif. Data diambil dari para  informan Mucikari, Wanita pekerja seks dan tokoh formal dengan teknik wawancara mendalam  serta observasi data lapang.  Tempat penelitian ini dilakukan di lokalisasi Moroseneng Surabaya Jawa Timur. Abstract

Covid research during a pandemic is research carried out to involve oneself so that research continues to run optimally, even though it is limited by space and social mobility. The learning system has undergone a change where previously using offline or face-to-face then becoming online media. This effort is carried out so that the impact can be suppressed and to break the chain of transmission of the pandemic. This research was carried out using health protocols, the method used was more of a survey nature, monitoring the evaluation of online learning media during the pandemic. By using online media to reach research respondents. This research is sporadic regardless of the area where the respondent is located. This study uses online media, conducts online media learning surveys and optimizes data findings obtained during later research. This study was analyzed based on facts that occurred in several places affected by the pandemic, for example how lecturers and students applied online media as an effort to implement health protocols. The results of this study based on data distributed through the online learning process and reference studies show that media learning can be a challenge and opportunity in terms of changing behavior during online learning, quality of education, learning facilities and online learning methods.

Abstract

Maja fruit crops (Aegle Marmelos (L) Correa) is very popular with the culture of the Majapahit kingdom, the kingdom is the biggest in Indonesia in the 13th century. Maja fruit tastes bitter with light green skin. Because of the bitter taste of this fruit then nothing like it, but provide tremendous benefit in lowering blood sugar. This study found that the method of testing the antioxidant activity of maja fruit extract samples was very strong with values reaching the IC50 range of 50-100 µg/mL. Trials of mice were also carried out and proven to reduce sugar levels. Also interesting from the results of this study produce maja fruit in the form of a drink that no longer tastes bitter but changes the taste to be rather sweet, warmer when drinking it as there are natural alcohol levels that are quite safe for the body.

Abstract

This community service planning is carried out to provide online marketing training to MSMEs (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) "Kerupuk Cak Makin". Our task to train marketing to MSMEs is very important because based on previous surveys, crackers are only marketed traditionally, by relying on several retail traders who come, such as middlemen. The methods used in this assistance are: 1) researching to determine the right online marketing, 2) making tutorials on how to do online marketing, 3) making product labels, and 4) making packaging to advertise online. This activity was carried out in a study based on the problem conditions experienced by small and medium business assisted partners located in Klinterejo Village, Sooko District, Mojokerto Regency. Among people who are experiencing the Covid 19 disaster, efforts are needed to survive and improve their business products, therefore we and the team are trying to make it happen through marketing assistance through online media. This community service looks at the problems faced by small and medium entrepreneurs that occurred in the era of covid 19, while the social, economic, and cultural impacts are predicted to experience changes from before, which of course needs to be managed and updated, ways and methods in developing businesses so that small entrepreneurs able to survive and develop their business.Keywords: Product Packaging, Online Marketing, Kerupuk Trader.
