Abstract

Water kefir merupakan produk hasil biofermentasi dari larutan gula yang berasal dari simbiosa bakteri dan yeast dalam bentuk polisakarida banyak bermanfaat untuk kesehatan. Keanekaragaman tanaman di Indonesia sangatlah banyak dijadikan sebagai tanaman obat, salah satunya adalah Pecut Kuda (Stachytarpheta jamaicensis). Dikarenakan potensi sumber daya Pecut Kuda banyak akan manfaatnya sehingga bisa dijadikan media alternatif pertumbuhan probiotik dengan menggunakan larutan teh Pecut Kuda (Stachytarpheta jamaicensis). Kombinasi larutan teh Pecut Kuda (Stachytarpheta jamaicensis) dengan kefir grain diharapkan memberikan efek fungsional ganda bagi kesehatan tubuh. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan 4 taraf perlakuan yaitu: konsentrasi larutan teh Pecut Kuda 10% dan 15% dengan lama fermentasi 12 jam dan 24 jam. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan berpengaruh nyata antar perlakuan terhadap pH (p=0,01), total asam asetat (p=0,03), total gula (p=0,00), dan total polifenol (p=0,00). Nilai pH diperoleh rata-rata 3,32–4,34, untuk total asam asetat rata-rata 0,46-0,82%, hasil total gula rata-rata 4,45-7,58% dan total polifenol 0,11- 3,41%. Sedangkan hasil uji organoleptik antar perlakuan menunjukkan pengaruh nyata (p=0,00) terhadap parameter rasa,aroma, warna, dan daya. Perlakuan P1 dengan konsentrasi teh Pecut Kuda 10% dengan lama fermentasi 12 jam lebih disukai panelis. Kata kunci : water kefir, teh Pecut Kuda (Stachytarpheta jamaicensis), biofermentasi

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dan menentukan konsentrasi optimum pemberian Zat Pengatur Tumbuh (ZPT) giberelin organik terhadap pertumbuhan tanaman Keji Beling (Strobilanthes crispus L.), sehingga mampu meningkatkan pertumbuhan tanaman yang aman dan ramah lingkungan. Penelitian ini bersifat eksperimental menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap faktor tunggal yaitu pemberian Zat Pengatur Tumbuh (ZPT) giberelin organik dengan lima taraf, yaitu 0, 25, 50, 75, 100 % dan sebagai pembanding ZPT giberelin sintetik. Masing-masing perlakuan dengan tiga ulangan. Parameter yang diamati adalah tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, biomassa tanaman, panjang akar, luas daun, dan kadar klorofil. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji ANAVA dan dilanjutkan dengan uji duncan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian ZPT giberelin organik berpengaruh nyata (α 0,05) terhadap pertumbuhan tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, biomassa tanaman, panjang akar, luas daun dan kadar klorofil daun.Kata kunci: Giberelin, Organik, Keji Beling

Abstract

In the 21st century technological advances can support the improvement of thelearning process. By utilizing existing technology, teachers need to pay attention to aspectsof learning media in supporting the learning process. This research is an R&D (Researchand Development) development research which aims to produce appropriate and feasibledevelopment of natural science teaching materials (IPA) in junior high schools accordingto the validation results of material experts, media experts and student responses. Studentsbecome interested in studying and understanding the material provided.This development research leads to the ADDIE development model which consists of fivestages in research, namely: 1) Analysis, 2) Design, 3) Development, 4) Implementation, 5)Evaluation. Abstract

Plants or plants are living things just like humans and animals. Plants also move which aims to show irritability and to respond to the stimuli it receives. Movement in plants is divided into several categories, one of which is the motion of tropism, which is also divided into more specific movements. This writing aims to find out and study the mechanism of motion of the wijaya kusuma flower. Wijaya Kusuma Flower Plants are plants that have special movements and are different from the movements of other plants. Most people do not know that the movement of the wijaya kusuma flower plant is called scototropism. This motion can also be said to be negative phototropism because the plant will move away from the sun when the light comes close to the plant. One of the characteristics of the Wijaya Kusuma flower itself is that it can only bloom at night for between 1 and 2 hours and will wither the next morning.

Abstract

One way to identify an object is to make observations to a place to find objects that will be examined, in this article we take invertebrate animal objects in the mollusca phylum on Kenjeran Beach Surabaya. Phylum mollusca are a group of soft-bodied and invertebrate animals with shell-protected bodies. Data collection was carried out using exploration and observation methods, with research data analysis techniques using descriptive analysis techniques. 5 species of mollusca were obtained on the Kenjeran Coast, namely sea snails (Bolinus brandaris), Hiatella arctica, Sorgenfreispira brachystoma, Eupleura caudata and Keoang mas (Pomacea canaliculate). The existence of this study aims to recognize invertebrate animals in the mollusk phylum and the important characteristics of the species we found there.

Abstract

Improving the quality of leraning in vocational high school (SMK) is essential to meet the demands of a competency-based workforce, especially in the Agricultural Food Crop and Horticultural Agribusiness expertise program. One of the challenges faced is the low student achievement in practical subjects, such as Grafting techniques. This study aims to enhance the learning outcomes of grade X ATPH 2 students at SMK negeri 1 Gondang through the implementation of the Project-Based Learning (PjBL) model in the Agribusiness Food Crop and Horticulture subject, focusing on grafting material. This research employed a Classroom Action Research (CAR) method conducted in two cycles, starting from the pre-cycle to cycle I. the research involved 30 students and was conducted from February to April 2025. The instrument used was a cognitive test analyzed quantitatively to measure student learning outcomes. The results showed an increase in the average student score from 51.23 in the pre-cycle to 76.2 in cycle I. the percentage of learning mastery also significantly increased from 16% to 57%. The implementation of the Project-Based Learning (PjBl) model provided a concrete and comprehensible learning experience, enhancing student participation and motivation.
