Abstract

Palembang is the capital of South Sumatera province, Which has been well known of the great kingdom of sriwijaya. therefore this places been one of destination people tourism which full of the historical and culture heritage. In generally tourism has definition as a journey in which short stay are made at a number of places, and traveler finally return to his or her own place.A Tourism is supported by some elements such as accommodation, food objects and tourism objects. While many tourism object hard to get to access a lot of information about tourism that make the tourists confused to find because of the lack of information for traveling, therefor to overcome these problems the writer made an application to the tourism city of Palembang-based android that can help determine the existing tourist destinations around the users in town by using Euclidean Distance algorithm.The application is accessed through the support of mobile Google Map and Google API using GPS (Global Positioning System) which was built on the Android platform. In the system of the author will be built using the model Prototype. This method is the one of development of the system where the results of the analysis division applied directly into a model without having to wait for the completion of the entire system is analyzed. As well as the role of distance euclidean algorithm which can be used to calculate the distance between the object and the tourism and compare the results of the calculations of some object, so it can provide recommendations about the objects.Keywords: Algoritm, Android, EuclideanDistance,Tourism

Abstract

Game has been the one thing that is in our daily lives. Formerly only used as a means of entertainment games alone, but now the game has become wide functions, such as games can be used as a learning tool, a business area, and competed as one of the sport by professionals. Game development platform can also be viewed directly by the public, at first only games played on computer and console but has now entered the era of mobile game android and Windows Phone. A distinct advantage is the portability of mobile game play, that player can play games anywhere they want as long as they have mobile devices capable of running mobile games.Game developed a modification of the traditional game smack ingkling aimed at children aged 6-13 years , This game has 3 levels where each level the player will be given about the question. The design of this game uses the android operating system. In addition, this game was built using a programming language actionscrpit contained in Adobe Flash CS6. In the development of this game using MDLC (Multimedia Development Life Cycle) with five stages that have been made that concept, design, material colecting, assembly, and testing. Design and manufacture of this game is aimed at preserving the traditional game smack ingkling to be a trend back in the era of smartphones today.Keywords: Traditional games, hopscotch, MDLC, Android.

Abstract

Online tax payments are one way to speed up the tax reporting process for taxpayers. The development of the online system is still often experiencing problems, especially the accumulation of data which eventually the online system experiences obstacles that result in the payment process being hampered. Another problem that may occur is that there are still many taxpayers who do not know and understand the online system properly. The development of transaction monitoring has a weakness where the computer system connection will die if it is used continuously to monitor transactions that occur within 1 or 2 weeks depending on the temperature conditions of the system in which it is placed. Therefore, it is necessary to add the auto reboot feature. The development of internet of things (IoT)-based tax transaction monitoring will make it easier for taxpayers to pay taxes because there is a link between taxpayers and companies engaged in tax payment services so that taxpayers are no longer bothered with the matter of paying taxes. The purpose of this study is to design an IoT-based transaction monitoring method and connect transaction monitoring tools to each cash register database or server in each store. While the method used in this research is data collection, among others in the form of observation and interviews as well as system development methods which include analysis, design, implementation, operation, and system maintenance. The results obtained from the design and connectedness of the system indicate that tax transaction monitoring can be carried out continuously so that the system can make it easier for taxpayers to carry out reporting. Abstract

The internet is a communication tool to find the information needed, not all areas are covered by the internet. Internet service providers as internet service providers also offer expensive packages beyond the ability of residents, in this study designing an internet network in Kemas Rindo village to help residents get cheap and good internet facilities. In this study using the waterfaal method in building an internet network, analysis, design, coding, testing and maintenance were carried out. Based on the area of 3027 hectares and the number of community units as many as 8 RWs in the Kemas Rindo sub-district, 8 CPE points were built with Bridge mode. After finishing building the internet network, Quality of Service measurements were made on Throughput, Packet Loss, Delay (latency), Jitter and the results obtained were categorized as good or with an index value of 3 based on the reference value of Telecommunications and Internet Protocol Harmonization Over Networks (TIPHON). The value obtained from the QoS measurement is throughput of 81.125, Packet Loss of 0.375, Delay of 150,625 and Jitter of 0.500. Keywords : Hostpot, RT RW Net, Kemas Rindo, Waterfall, QoS

Abstract

Tangan yang bersih dan menghindari bersentuhan dengan objek lain merupakan hal penting pada masa pandemi COVID-19. Pada penelitian ini dibangun alat untuk mengeluarkan handsanitizer tanpa sentuh. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskripsi dan metode pembangunan alat. Dispenser yang dibangun menggunakan mikrokontroler Arduino Uno dan sensor ultrasonik HC-SR04. Dispenser akan mengeluarkan handsanitizer jika ada objek yang terdeteksi oleh sensor. Berdasarkan pengujian, diketahui bahwa jarak maksimal objek dengan sensor adalah 10 cm.

Abstract

Keamanan kunci manual atau kunci konvensional pada pintu ruangan mempunyai kelemahan seperti pemilik lupa, kehilangan kunci, bahkan mudah dibuka pencuri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merealisasikan alat pengaman pintu menggunakan e-KTP sebagai RFID tag berbasis mikrokontroler Arduino Uno. Metode penelitian menggunakan e-KTP sebagai RFID tag dan mikrokontroler Arduino Uno sebagai pengendali rangkaian. RFID akan membaca tag dan jika tag tersebut sudah terdaftar kedalam Arduino Uno maka kunci pintu yang berbasis solenoid akan terbuka dalam jeda waktu tertentu. Hasil rancang bangun menunjukkan bahwa program penguncian pintu bekerja sesuai dengan program yang diberikan. Pengunci pintu akan terbuka setelah RFID tag yang sudah didaftarkan di program arduino didekatkan ke RFID reader dan pengunci pintu juga akan kembali tertutup sesuai dengan waktu yang ditentukan yaitu 8 detik. Pengujian jarak pembacaan sensor RFID reader menggunakan e-KTP sebagai tag-nya. RFID reader diletakan dibalik kertas A4 dapat membaca tag dengan jarak maksimal 1.5 cm. Kesimpulan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa alat pengunci pintu menggunakan e-KTP telah dibuat dan dijalankan menggunakan arduino uno sebagai pusat kendali alat dan dapat diprogram menggunakan software arduino IDE. Abstract

This study aims to find out about Information Technology management at Muhammadiyah University of Palembang and to get right advice in managing Information Technology from the University level to the Study Program. Regarding benchmarks in Information Technology Governance use the Cobit 5 framework with the Evaluate, Direct and Monitor domains. Monitoring and evaluation was carried out using a questionnaire distributed to lecturers and employees at the Muhammadiyah University of Palembang and the researchers did observations on the management of higher education information technology governance. Based on the questionnaire result, the highest gap occurs in sub domain 4, which is 3.65 while the observation result towards the capability level is at level 3 with a value of 56.67%, the sub domain ensuring resource optimization has the highest capability value of 66.67%. Based on the data obtained using the EDM domain, the University of Muhamadiyah Palembang has to set Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Work Instructions (IK) so every five processes can run well to create good IT governance.

Abstract

Memberi alat pengaman tambahan merupakan salah satu usaha untuk menurunkan risiko pencurian kendaraan bermotor. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah merancang dan membangun sebuah sistem pengaman sepeda motor menggunakan mikrokontroler NodeMCU ESP8266 dengan sensor RFID. Perangkat lunak pengendali dibangun dengan bahasa pemrograman Arduino IDE. Perangkat lunak uga terpasang di telepon pintar berbasis Android, sehingga eksekusinya bisa dilakukan secara jauh melalui telepon pintar. Dengan fitur ini, perangkat dapat disebut sebagai perangkat sebagai Internet of Things (IoT). Antar muka pengguna dibangun di lingkungan Remote-XY. Sistem ini memanfaatkan sensor RFID untuk mengenali ID yang sudah didaftarkan pada sistem. Dengan demikian hanya ID yang terdaftar saja yang dapat menyalakan kendaraan. Penelitian ini menggunakan E-KTP sebagai alat pengenal. Sistem dapat mendaftarkan tiga identitas dari kartu E-KTP atau Tag RFID. Berdasarkan pengujian yang dilakukan terhadap sistem, tag RFID tidak memberi tanggapan pada jarak lebih dari dua cm. Sistem juga tidak memberi tanggapan jika kartu tag RFID yang digunakan tidak terdaftar di dalam sistem. Penggunaan jaringan wifi berhasil mengirimkan data digital secara real-time dari mikrokontroler ESP 8266 ke aplikasi Android sehingga dapat menyalakan sistem kelistrikan pada sepeda motor.
