Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find a model of empowering the Islamic City of Padang through the Corporate Social Responsibility Fund (CSR) of PT. Semen Padang based on local wisdom. The research method uses qualitative approach. The data source is the manager of empowerment through CSR funds of PT. Semen Padang and the community who received CSR funds from PT. Semen Padang. As the result, after applying the Islamic community empowerment model through the Corporate Social Responsibility Fund (CSR) of PT. Semen Padang, the people who were initially helpless become empowered, independent, and prosperous can also is used by various element of peope as an example of a model in implementing community empowerment.

Abstract

Marriage is one of the cycles of human life that gives birth to new social status and gives rise to new roles both of the spouse and the spouse's relatives. Once the importance of the meaning of a marriage in society because through marriage causes a family relationship. The husband and wife bear the noble obligation to uphold the household which is the basic joint of the community structure. The family is fostered by a pair of people who have agreed to navigate together with sincerity and faithfulness, based on the beliefs that are confirmed through marriage, and is affixed with love to complement each other and improve themselves in the direction of Allah's blessing. Allah SWT intentionally fosters affection into the hearts of each partner, so that harmony and peace can occur in fostering a household. The existence of a marriage bond is expected to create a sense of responsibility to foster domestic life, especially between husband and wife in addition to establishing a familial relationship between the two parties. However, not always life and relationships between husband and wife run smoothly, waves and household storms sometimes happen to them.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is; First, to find out and analyze in depth the Program of the Muhammadiyah Movement in the Lampung Region through the Socio-Economic Empowerment of Orphans. Second, to find out and analyze in depth the effectiveness of the Muhammadiyah Da'wah Movement Pattern in the Lampung Region through the Socio-Economic Empowerment of Orphans. Third, to find out and analyze in depth the Evaluation of the Muhammadiyah Da'wah Movement in the Lampung Region through the Socio-Economic Empowerment of Orphans that has been going well. The approach used is descriptive qualitative with the phenomenology approach. Data collection techniques through; in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation studies. Then the validity test is performed, the data are analyzed in a way; 1) data reduction, 2) presentation data and 3) research conclusions. Research result; (1) The Muhammadiyah Da'wah Movement Program through the Socio-Economic Empowerment of Orphans in Lampung Province, there are three namely; a. Childcare Social Home Program, b. Family Care Program and c. Family Care Program (Family Benefits). (2) The pattern of the Muhammadiyah Da'wah Movement through the Socio-Economic Empowerment of Orphans there are two patterns or forms, namely; Training and Assistance or Internship (3) Evaluation of the Muhammadiyah Da'wah Movement in the Lampung Region through the Socio-Economic Empowerment of Orphans is successful by seeing an increase in the level of awareness, knowledge and skills of orphans who have been given assistance , apprenticeships and trainings.

Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to determine the role of Da’i personality traits in mapping the level of mental health of orphans based on the perspective of the Qur’an. This study used a qualitative approach involving thirty-four orphans aged 12–18, comprising 55% girls and 45% boys. Data were collected by exploring children’s experiences during the first three years since losing their father. The results showed that the first year is the most difficult time mentally for children, especially related to anxiety, stress, and communication disorders. This condition is influenced by physical, emotional, and social factors, and the absence of the father’s role. In this situation, a Da’i with an empathetic, communicative, and spiritual personality must provide guidance and a sense of security. As mentioned in QS, the Qur’an emphasizes the importance of caring for weak children. An-Nisa: 9. In the second year, the children’s mental condition has not shown significant improvement. Peers become the main emotional support, while a Da’i acts as a spiritual companion who helps children understand the meaning of loss and deal with the pressures of life, especially in the context of underprivileged families. QS. Al-Hujurat: 10 underlines the importance of social support in building solidarity and mental strength. Entering the third year, the child’s mental condition is greatly influenced by the experiences of the previous two years. Children who receive emotional support and spiritual guidance from a Da’i are more stable and mentally strong. This study confirms the importance of Da’i’s personality, such as patience, wisdom, and compassion, in accompanying orphans so that they continue to grow healthily, confidently, and do not lose hope, as in line with the principles of QS. Abstract

Food needs are the most basic thing for human life and are the driving force of the world economy. As the level ofhuman life increases, the need for food will increase. The Qur'an as the holy book of Muslims who will alwaysṣaliḥ li kulli zamᾱn wa makᾱn, can be a problem solving, the spirit of Islam that must be present in food matters sothat deviations do not occur. The state to the village level must be able to regulate the availability of food it has, inorder to avoid a food crisis. Like in Way Huwi Village, Jati Agung District, South Lampung Regency, a foodsecurity program has been carried out in an effort to realize an independent village with a community developmentapproach. The implementation of community development through a food security program is an effort to realizean independent village in Way Huwi Village in implementing the program in Way Huwi Village, in general theprogram is running well, right on target, an effective program. This program goes through the stages carried out.First, the village deliberation, this stage is the initial stage, namely absorbing residents' aspirations, reading needs,mapping needs and priority scales in each hamlet so that the program carried out by the village is effective. Second,Village Development Planning Deliberation (Musrenbangdes) Musrenbangdes is driven by the VillageConsultative Body (BPD), is a routine agenda carried out before the program is implemented in order to uphold thespirit of deliberation by inviting various elements of village officials, Bhabinkamtibmas, Babinsa, communityleaders, religious leaders, LPM, youth organizations, posyandu cadres, and others. If the program has beendiscussed and reached an agreement, the next stage is program socialization including the food security program.Third, program socialization, this program socialization is carried out such as when it will be implemented, theprogram flow is announced so that activities run massively, socialization is carried out formally and informally,formal such as being posted on a notice board, informal such as when patrols, community service and othercommunity activities are conveyed by village officials to the community. Four Determination of BeneficiaryFamilies and Types of Businesses. Five, Implementation of Activities. Food security activities in Way HuwiVillage such as in the form of animals, vegetables and plants, the background is that most of the farmers are used toraising goats, cultivating fish, planting vegetables so this program is very suitable to be implemented. The role ofthe Way Huwi Village apparatus is also very significant in always monitoring the progress of the development ofbeneficiaries such as those who raise and enlarge goats, cows as well as vegetable plants and fruit seeds. Theauthor's recommendation in this study is to optimize cooperation with related parties such as the Regency,Provincial, House of Representatives, Agencies and Companies that are willing to help smooth this activity so thatthe beneficiaries are wider and more. The monitoring team continues to monitor with written reports so that it iseasy to monitor. Then collaborate with experts or facilitators so that community development continues with newinnovations to realize an independent village in Way Huwi Village, Jati Agung District, South Lampung Regency.
