Abstract

Tanaman selain membutuhkan unsur hara makro juga membutuhkan unsur hara mikro. Salah satu unsur mikro adalah mangan (Mn) yang banyak terdapat di alam dalam bentuk feromagnesit. Sampai saat ini masih belum banyak penelitian yang diarahkan untuk hubungan Mn dan tanah tanaman sehingga review ini difokuskan untuk melihat hubungan antara unsur Mn dan tanah tanaman. Bagi tanaman Mn berperan penting sebagai pengaktif enzim, diantaranya enzim pentransfer fosfat dan enzim dalam siklus krebs. Unsur Mn juga penting dalam reaksi oksidasi-reduksi, metabolisme N, klorofil dan karbohidrat. Selain itu Mn merupakan bagian penting dari kloroplas dan turut dalam reaksi yang menghasilkan oksigen. Tanah biasanya mengandung Mn sebesar 20-3000 ppm, dengan rata-rata 600 ppm. Tanah akan mengalami defisiensi atau kekurangan Mn jika di bawah 20 ppm, dan akan mengalami keracunan jika lebih dari 3000 ppm. Konsentrasi normal Mn dalam jaringan tanaman pada umumnya terletak antara 50 ppm-200 ppm, dan pada konsentrasi 400 ppm, telah masuk ke dalam kategori kelebihan Mn yang dapat menimbulkan gejala-gejala keracunan.

Abstract

Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana tugas dan wewenang Pejabat Pembuat Akta Tanah (PPAT) dan bagaimana tanggungjawab Notaris sebagai pembuat Akta Tanah. Penulisan ini menggunakan metode penelitian yuridis normative dan dapat disimpulkan, bahwa: 1. PPAT bertugas pokok melaksanakan sebagian kegiatan pendaftaran tanah dengan membuatkan akta sebagai bukti telah dilakukannya perbuatan hukum. Kewenangan PPAT hanya membuat akta mengenai perbuatan hukum yang disebut secara khusus dalam penunjukannya. 2. Tanggung jawab notaris secara profesional harus bersedia memberikan bantuan hukum (membuat akte otentik)kepada pihak ketiga atau klien tanpa membeda-bedakan agama, kepercayaan, suku, keturunan, kedudukan sosial, atau keyakinan politiknya tidak semata-mata untuk mencari imbalan materil, tetapi terutama untuk turut menegakan hukum, keadilan, dan kebenaran dengan cara yang jujur dan bertanggung jawab. Abstract

Geoelectrical resistivity research has been conducted using Wenner Sounding Configuration in Buraen Village South Amarasi district Kupang Regency which covered 2025 m2 area research. The purpose of this research is to determine the spreading pattern and value range of manganese rock resistivity and also calculate the potential resources of manganese rock on that area research. The processing data was used the IP2WIN to compute the depth, thickness, number of layers and also value of rock resistivity. Surfer 9 program was used to compute manganese resources. The result of the research showed that spreading of manganese rock was almost exists all over measurement lines which varies the thickness. Based on rock layer analysis, resistivity values were on the range 4 Ωm – 31,9 Ωm which suspected as manganese rock layers. The volume of manganese rock from the calculation results was 36.707 m3 and it was also hypothetical resources because of geological validity in the survey review.

Abstract

Community service was held on November 17, 2018 at Gita Surya Private Middle School and Eban 1 Public High School. The material for the dedication of science games is fruit electricity, electrolyte solution, caramelization of sugar, magic money, electric magnets, differences in air pressure, floating and floating floating events, volcanic eruptions, mothballs moving in water, natural acid-base indicators. Science demonstration activities carried out with methods of performance, lectures and discussions. Students interact actively, not rigidly, energetically marked by the number of questions that arise, and students are very enthusiastic in answering questions given by the service team and the high interest of students to be involved in the practice of science demonstrations.

Abstract

Devotion with the title of potential plant extracts as natural pesticides in Salu village, Miomafo Barat district, TTU district was held in November 2018. The purpose of this service was to provide knowledge on how to increase food production through eradicating pests, providing knowledge about the advantages of natural pesticides compared to synthetic pesticides, and make soursop leaf extract as a natural pesticide. The main target of this activity is the farmers who are conducted through methods of lecture, brochure distribution, and product manufacturing training. This service activity was conducted in 3 sessions. The first session was socialization of ways to increase food production through eradicating pests. The second session is a socialization of the advantages of natural pesticides compared to synthetic pesticides. Making soursop extract as a natural pesticide is the third session that closes all the series of devotion. In addition to providing questions, farmers also provide personal experiences that are useful for the development of science. The coordination of the making of soursop extract indicates the high enthusiasm of the farmers in Salu village towards this devotion. The final product in this activity is soursop leaf extract which is ready to be applied to plants.
